An exceptional dining experience that fully lives up to both its reputation and price point. I must particularly commend the restaurant's outstanding service. During the reservation process, I encountered numerous technical difficulties with the online platform. Upon directly contacting the restaurant via email, the receptionist, Ayano Imose, enthusiastically assisted us with our reservation and graciously waived several complicated procedures and fees associated with the website. This thoughtful assistance was greatly appreciated. During our meal, our server T.Tran was remarkably warm and witty, providing what was undoubtedly among the most attentive and thorough service we've experienced in fine dining establishments across various countries. There was no theatrical performance or formulaic routine—just genuine warmth and a sincere welcome. As we departed, both our server and the floor manager cordially escorted us all the way to the entrance. The cuisine itself is equally worthy of praise. The restaurant beautifully fuses French culinary innovation with distinctive local Japanese ingredients. The assortment of sushi served as appetizers was surprisingly impressive. The Wagyu beef steak main course was particularly spectacular, with perfect temperature control and premium ingredients presented with ceremonial elegance. The restaurant is situated on one of the upper floors of a high-rise building, offering a quiet and intimate atmosphere. While previous reviews mentioned difficulties locating it, as special elevators must be accessed from the shopping mall, the restaurant staff proactively sent detailed maps via email prior to our visit. The journey through the building was pleasant and did not detract from the overall experience. In conclusion, Kei Collection is a Michelin-starred establishment that left me thoroughly satisfied with both its flavors and service, significantly enhancing my impression of Tokyo.

This new restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Imperial Palace that adds a magical touch to the dining experience. The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying drinks while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The food was exceptional—every dish was prepared with care and full of flavor. The cozy and inviting atmosphere made our evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, amazing views, and a relaxing vibe!

Really lovely setting, amazing views and clean modern style. Food was a bit underwhelming, and I did not feel it was worth the price. Overall was a memorable experience, I can recommend going once but I don't plan to return.

Incompetent staff, clueless chef, and completely overrated food. It took over an hour for the staff to take our order, just for them to tell us that 4/7 main dish items were sold out at 7pm. The manager came scrambling but was completely incompetent and lacked any decision making ability. To make it worse, the staff was constantly scrambling around the table as if they were at a night market, even asking me to order a second drink mid bite. To top it all off, the chef did not come to apologize and had the audacity to ask if we enjoyed our night as we were walking out. I would recommend any family restaurant before you waste your time here expecting michelin quality food and service. Completely disappointed.

Beautiful view, the food was also very good. But what we most appreciated was the kindness of the staff, who were really friendly and chatty. This made the experience nicer than other restaurants of this standing, which can sometimes feel too strict.

◼︎総評  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ⻁ノ⾨ヒルズステーションタワー49階。 エレベーターを2回乗り継いで辿り着く先にあるのが グリル ガストロノミーレストラン 「ケイ・コレクション・パリ(KEI Collection PARIS)」 フランス版ミシュランガイドで5年連続 三つ星を獲得する⼩林圭氏が⼿掛けるレストラン。 以前伺った御殿場の「メゾン ケイ」とは違い こちらはアラカルト形式で 自分好みにコースを組み立てるスタイルです。 数ある料理の中でも、 一番外せなかったのは“うろこ焼き“ 繊細な魚をあえてうろこ付きのまま調理する ケイを代表するスペシャリテのひとつ。 カリカリ?バリバリ?とした食感のうろこに、 しっとりした身。そしてそこにかかるソースが、 また優雅で最高に美味しい逸品でした。 そして、デザート代わりの〆に選んだのは フレンチでは珍しい「カレーライス」。 赤ワインを煮詰めたソースをまとわせた ケイ流のアレンジで、具材はあえて入れず、 じっくり炒めた玉ねぎなどが入ったシンプルなカレー。 丁寧にとられたフォンドボー(肉や野菜の出汁)と 赤ワインのソースがシンプルながら奥深い味わいでした。 気づけば「あれもこれも…」と 頼んでいるうちに結構な金額に。 アラカルトの自由さは魅力ですが、 やっぱりコースが決まっている方が気楽かもしれません。 ちなみにドレスコードは、カジュアルシック。 上品ささえあればTシャツでも問題なさそうです。 ◼︎注文  ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ *赤紫蘇のグラニテ(アミューズ) *サブレ(アミューズ) ・最中 1,600円 ・ヴィシソワーズ 800円 ・桜肉タルタル 2,500円 ・甘鯛 鱗焼き 5,800円 ・大蛤の海藻バター焼き 1800円 ・和牛ハンバーグ 4500円 ・カレーライス 1,000円 ※サービス料12% ◤ 皆さまの【フォロー】【いいね】【お店を保存】 ありがとうございます。とても励みになります ◢ Instagramも宜しくお願いします❤︎ @yoko_kawamura_
