Stopped in for a casual dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how solid this spot is for New England-style seafood in South Florida. First off, their lobster rolls—both warm with butter and cold with mayo—are outstanding. Perfectly toasted buns, generous lobster portions, and well-seasoned. Honestly, it's hard to pick a favorite between the two.
We also tried the firecracker shrimp, which came tossed in a tangy buffalo sauce and topped with just the right amount of blue cheese crumbles. A creative twist that actually works really well—spicy, creamy, and addictive.
The clam chowder (classic New England style) was excellent—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. If you're in on a Sunday, don’t miss their lobster corn chowder special—a cozy, slightly sweet take on a classic that's perfect for a comfort food fix.
The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better—attentive without being overbearing, and happy to offer recommendations.
Only real miss was the Key lime pie. Despite high hopes, it was pretty average—almost flavorless, with barely any of that signature tartness. Probably a 5/10. In hindsight, I should’ve gone with the Boston cream pie instead.
Overall, this place is a gem if you’re craving
Northeastern flavors with a Florida twist. Great service, solid seafood, and a few standout dishes that’ll keep me coming back.
