Came here for the first time when I was visiting friends in Austin. It was so delicious! I had the sausage and gravy but the definitely could have put more gravy on my biscuit. But it was delicious, the blueberry pancakes were also so delicious! Our server was very nice and attentive! I highly recommend will definitely be back when I’m in Austin

Kerbey Lane has always been fabulous especially for breakfast and late night dining. I had the Texas Benedict which was a refreshing twist on a Benedict. The cornbrequest. Steak really sets it apart and is smothered in delicious kerbey queso. I've eaten at every location over the years and am a big fan of the South Lamar location due to it's easy accessibility and the fact that is in the same lot as two of my favorite shops. It always blows my mind that I used to rent videos from the blockbuster that used to be in this spot. The old Kerbey was down the street on the opposite side of the road. As busy as they were, the wait wasn't long and we were greeted immediately after seating and our order was on the table in no time. Good service from the host stand to the kitchen, servers, and bus staff.

Been coming here for a few years, but the best is behind this place now. Long experience (slow to seat, slow to order, slow to arrive, slow to go), hit or miss mains, and a general air of decline. Food, when it really hits, can be a great highlight to brunch — but that’s only if the right cooks are in the kitchen. Tired of feeling like I’m not supposed to be in this restaurant! A gamble for brunch — so if you’re willing to risk it, you might win big.

Andrew was great! He made solid recommendations and was attentive without being intrusive. He even spruced up our dessert when he heard my wife was celebrating a promotion. Love this Kerbey. I’ll be back

I think this is one of the best restaurants I've been to. Food is super delicious. That explains why it's packed with people around noon, even on a weekday. They have more seatings indoor and a couple of tables outside.

The food is always so good! We eat at Kerby Lane a few times a month. The pancakes are a definite recommendation. Meatloaf, Buffalo chicken sandwich, Burgers... really theres not anything I've tried that's not a hit. We had a great time tonight. I tried the Crabby Patties; so good. Our server, Lync was delightful and very friendly 10/10. She answered questions about the menu and she was very friendly, too.

I absolutely loved eating here for lunch! Ask for Andy, he was super friendly and very attentive. We ordered the cinnamon swirl latte, truffle fries, green chile chicken mac and cheese, and harvest chicken. Everything was delicious and served in a timely manner. If I'm ever back in Austin, I will be stopping back by to try something different. Next on my list is the salmon. They have two different dishes that both sound good.

We went here for our 2 1/2 year anniversary and the food was amazing! It's so useful to have a nice restaurant open 24/7 as well, as my partner had worked beforehand and almost everywhere else was closed. Our server was super friendly and we ate so much my partner went into a food coma on the couch when we got home lol. One of my favorite restaurants but my first time at this location and I might actually prefer it now. 4/5 for the atmosphere just because some people were really loud, but it was late on a Saturday so nothing out of the expected really

Consistently delicious breakfast. Love their cinnamon swirl pancakes, especially because you can get them gluten free. Honestly fries are bomb. We always join the waitlist before and do some shopping around. Service is quick most times, even when it's extremely busy.

The greeting was warm, parking was easy, and the décor was beautiful. Unfortunately, the service went downhill fast. Our server, Samuel, was super awkward throughout the meal. He didn't write down our order, forgot our drinks, and served a pork chop smothered in compote, even though we asked for none. To top it off, the cornbread was bigger than the pork chop. He never refilled our drinks or checked on us, and even walked away mid-sentence when frustrated with his point-of-sale device. At one point, Samuel offered queso to the kids behind us, and when they asked if it was free, he responded with, "Someday you will learn money isn't everything." It was uncomfortable to witness. We also watched another couple come in, order, and get served before we even got our dessert. After looking at other reviews, it seems like we're not the only ones who had this awkward service experience. Something really needs to be done about this. The atmosphere was nice, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Great Restaurant! The parking lot is big but I find that it's hard to find a parking spot during certain times of the day. We went in at around 12PM on a Saturday and I think I found the very last parking spot available. Ive been shopping in that same parking lot and had the Same issue but I did end up getting a parking spot both times. The Staff is incredible they are very kind and accommodating. Me and my friend went in for brunch. I started off with a hot matcha latte with almond milk. I love Matcha and this is probably one of the best ones I've had here in Austin. I normally feel like the others taste a bit watered down but this one was really concentrated and delicious I didn't add any sweetener and I didn't feel like it needed it. For my meal I ordered the Buffalo Mac it was tasty. I would have preferred for only the chicken to have the buffalo sauce and the Mac and cheese just be Mac and cheese without buffalo in it because I felt like the buffalo was overwhelming since it was in both the chicken and mixed in the Mac and cheese. I also ordered the flight of pancakes I got their monthly pancake which was the peach cobbler, the lemmon poppy seed, and the cinnamon roll. They were good. My friend ordered the Orange Mocha Latte and COBB salad which she really enjoyed. I would visit again. I like that instead of reservations you can get on a waitlist online from home and if you time it right when you arrive you're ready to be seated. Great experience overall!

Yelp saves the day for their raving reviews! A favorite place for locals! So it must be goood! Sure enough it was good! Pretty crowded near lunch time... relaxed place to start your day!! Poppy seed French toast tastes like the muffin / cake! If you're a lover of lemon flavor... this is a must!

Well, that was my first time at this location, and well... Nope. Nah. There were so many choices for our guests to join us for brunch, and this one was just fail after fail. The food was great, but the service was surprisingly terrible. The orders came out at different times, and some of them were at the wrong temperature. Despite asking for more refills on drinks from our table, we were ignored so much that we had to get up and make the request at the bar. But ok, the food was great otherwise. Skip. It's not worth the wait if you see 20 people waiting outside. I can't even suggest takeout because there is only one line for people picking up their food, trying to get on the waitlist, or trying to show they got a text that their table is ready. But yes, the food is good. The manager was nice and tried to fix it, at least. We just don't want to go through that again.

Kerbey lane is a must for anyone looking for a yummy filling breaky in Austin. After my 5 years in Austin it still never disappoints. Their Kerbey chips & queso just hit the spot perfectly. The tomatoes, onion, and guacamole elevate the classic queso blanco. Their chips have a sprinkle of salt and have a light/airy crunch. I can always rely on Kerbey lane for a fun and filling meal. Sometimes I wait to review a place after trying it a couple times and this is one of them. I went in person to eat at Kirby Lane Cafe - South location and it was PACKED! Over an hour long wait but the nice thing is you can put your name in online and show up before your table is ready so that's what we did and we didn't have to sit outside. Server was nice - quick service, everything came out fast. We had the turkey club, burger, and pancake. Everything was good. It was not the most stellar meal - but it's diner food so it was good. BUT we recently ordered take out from here and it was terrible. The pancakes we ordered were so black - they were so burnt. They forgot our breakfast tacos and home fries in our order too. I will never be ordering take out from here again. I recommend if you eat here, only do it in person. Pros: fast service, staff, prices Cons: long wait, terrible take out experience

I arrived at 5:37pm on a Monday evening (New Years) with my son and sister to get some dinner. We were visiting from out of state. We actually came the day prior around 7:25pm but they closed at 8pm and we were told they stopped sitting people. After about a minute of waiting, the host asked how many were in our party, which was 3. We were told it'll be 5-10 minutes and that there was a party of 3 ahead of us. I was confused by the wait because there were several available tables. While waiting, I noticed they had a "Greetings from Austin" painting in the waiting room. It's like the mural that on the side of a building elsewhere in Austin. There was a price tag for $800. I'm not sure if it's actually for sale though. Layout was nice. They have outdoor seating, which wasn't presented as an option. They have bar seating for those that want that. They have beer on tap and a partial bar. I saw an abundance of Tito's bottles. We were sat at 5:46pm. They do have kids menu and crayons, which was nice. The adult menu, however, was dirty... Our waitress came at 5:50pm. Her name was Zoey. She was friendly. We got waters to start. They have happy hour from 4-6pm every day. I ordered a Blueberry Collins at 5:53pm, which came 5 minutes later. It tasted decent and more like soda than an alcoholic beverage. I hadn't eaten since breakfast so I can say that I did feel it a little bit. I'll also note that the bar menu was dirty too. My son got the kids breakfast platter. I got the bacon wrapped meatloaf with a side of home fries. My sister got French toast and chicken. The food came at 6:19pm, which was about 20 minutes after ordering. My home fries were missing and came at 6:26pm. Every single part of my meal was delicious! The home fries were seasoned amazingly. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. The meatloaf was mouth watering! The sauce initially threw me off appearance wise, but it was amazing. My son and sister enjoyed their food. I tasted their French toast and I enjoyed it. Zoey was attentive I would definitely return for the meatloaf. My only major complaint is that the menus were dirty and there was trash on the floor under the booth we were sat in.

Kerby is a 24*7 diner, with all day breakfast options - and is extremely dietary friendly. They're very accommodating to dietary restrictions, offering vegan, gluten free options etc and you can customize the menu offerings to suit your needs. Their menu is really long already but that doesn't mean that you can't ask for something - and I have never heard this restaurant turn down any requests. They have extremely cheap wine to that'll get you tipsy faster than you can read the label on the wine lol! As a vegan, I love their tofu migas - that come with black beans and a side of rice. I asked for broccoli on the side to make it a full meal. You can make this a healthier version for you by customizing it. Definitely my go to for a quick bite.

I like leaving reviews after trying a place a few times to get a genuine feel for the place... and Kerbey Lane is one of the best places I have gone in a long time. I see a lot of mentions for long wait times - but that's not their fault. You do need to plan ahead because they will be busy. We always put our name down then walk over to the bookstore or through the neighborhood down the block and look at the nice houses. This is our "go to" for brunch, and we go at least twice a month. The service is always incredible, they are always on top of what we need and our food has never come out wrong! Their monthly pancakes never miss lmao. Last month was s'mores and this month is an espresso glaze... 10/10 worth it. This is also the only place that has ever made me scrambled egg whites. Usually when I order egg whites they come out as weird floppy egg pancakes. Anyway! 5/5 put your name down, look around town and then enjoy top notch brekkie.

Such a hidden gem cute breakfast, brunch & Tex-Mex deal & ambiance. Speaking of deals the food is 10/10 for the price! This is my quick new go-to brunch I am such a big fan of chilaquiles and YESSSSS it's soooo Delicious!! Plus it came with black beans and rice which was another WIN in my book! I am not a coffee girl but I heard the lattes were so good had to try and the gingerbread flavor was good. We had a nice server she always came and checked on us and made sure we were happy, we wanted some fun drinks but she mentioned they were the ones making the signature cocktails there was no actual bartender or bar so we stuck to Mimosas. This place is great for family, and friends with plenty of variety on the menu everyone can choose from. We did come on a Sunday and it was a bit packed but the wait wasn't that long, can't wait to go back and try lunch.

You can never go wrong with Kerbey Lane. Open 24/7, amazing value, friendly and great service, this is an Austin gem. You definitely need to try the pumpkin French toast as it's a seasonal item. It is so soft and fluffy to eat. They serve it with butter and syrup but alone is just fine too. Their coffee is okay though. Overall great value, great food, fabulous service, will continue to come again and again.

I'm really glad Kerbey lane exists. It's an all-purpose kinda place that always works out if you've got a diverse group of people/picky eaters, late night cravings, or a tough budget. The vibe is chill, the food solid, and of course, plenty of vegan options. I highly recommend getting any of the omelettes as tofu scrambles for best results. Is it as good as I remember? No, the pancakes have been disappointing, flat, and tough lately. The veggie chili is more like a watery, gritty bean soup. Is service on point? Not at all. I love that they're busy, but so much gets forgotten, ignored, or mixed up in the process. Will I come back? Of course. It's perfectly fine.

Kerbey always hits the spot we're your craving a diner-like breakfast! Parking - shared lots with other businesses, usually easy to find parking aside from peak weekend times. Wait times - during the peak weekend hours i recommend using their online "get in line" feature as the wait can be close to an hour on Sat/Sun morning. Menu - you have to get their queso to share, so good. Their sweet breakfast options like their pancakes and french toast are really good. Love their poppy seed french toast (it's like cake!) and their vegan breakfast platter as well. There's definitely something for everyone as they have a sandwich/burger section too.

I usually love coming to Kerbey Lane because it one of those easy places where there's something on the menu for everyone, prices are fair and parking is ample. Super disappointed with my most recent visit though and it all came down to customer service. Granted the restaurant wasn't too busy; the service was lackluster. It seemed to be full of 20-something-year-old workers who were more interested in chatting to each other in the bar area. No one at door when we walked in so wasn't sure if we should seat ourselves? No knives on the table. No side plates. I waited 15 minutes+ for a drink refill and got it only because I actively flagged down someone working there, but was largely ignored the rest of the time. No offer of a to-go box for anyone and it took too long to find our server to then ask for one after they left. Our server messed up the order from the booth behind us. All in all, awkward vibes. Nothing flowed which didn't make it the most enjoyable meal out.

Kerby Lane has been an Austin staple for decades. It's popular with everyone including families, students, the elderly and then some. Breakfast is where it's at here, though they do offer lunch and dinner. The large menu offers many options to satisfy any taste. There's also that eclectic Austin vibe going on, so it fits right in with the city. From the monthly pancake creation, seasonal pancakes, French toast, migas, omelettes, and benedicts, they really have breakfast covered in terms of options. Gluten free and vegan options are available as well. I ordered the highlighted crispy chicken benedict and had to send it back, as the chicken was cold and dry. The second attempt was better temperature wise, but the chicken was flavorless, as if they forgot to season it completely. Needless to say, it was a disappointment. Probably would stop here again for something else, but there's so many great breakfast options now in Austin, so who knows when.

Kerbey Lane is one of my favourite chains, however this particular location leaves a lot to be desired if this is going to be someone else's first introduction to the chain. Upon walking in there was nobody at the hostess stand. Do we seat ourselves? Wait? What's the deal? Is this what they mean by Keep Austin Weird (or does anyone even say that after all of the Tesla and miscellaneous other tech and finance bros have priced everyone else out of Austin and diluted what actually kept Austin weird until somewhat recently?) Once eventually seated the first obvious thing was all of the flies in the restaurant. Our table along the window out to the strip centre parking lot was mobbed with flies. When the food came out they were dive bombing the food. If you eat outside on a patio then yeah you are going to have to confront nature. But inside a restaurant dining room that has walls, windows, and some supposed amount of barriers/building envelopes to the outdoors? That is too many flies and too much nature that is getting near my pancake when I am eating indoors. I might as well have just stuck this in my back pocket and gone for a walk in a non-Shrek infested swamp and seen what came out to mire this pancake-laden boy. The gingerbread pancake itself was beautimous as always. It is thick, flavourful, and is a party in your mouth. That doesn't change location to location fortunately. However, this seems like the least clean location of the bunch since I have now visited all of their Austin locations (but still not that one in Round Rock). I am not sure what their particular problem is but I read Lord of the Flies in the sixth grade and there was not much help about flies per se, but if you do dine in here you probably want to bring a copy of Lord of the Flies or some other paperback, rolled up newspaper, or other contraption with which you can swat away at all of the flies that will be dive bombing you as you try to sensually eat your massive gingerbread pancake. If that gingerbread pancake was not so luscious and divine I would have given one star for all of the flies. So I am a kind, benevolent god.

Why is the rice on the Enchilada plate so greasy? My stomach is in full rebellion. I don't recall it being this greasy in the past. I didn't eat much of the rice but I did eat the enchiladas and suspect that some of the grease from the rice got onto them.

The food was good, but not worth the annoyance I experienced. I ordered a Diet Coke and was brought a water. I told the waitress and she brought me a Diet Coke, no harm. I ordered the chicken panini with Mac and cheese. My food came but it had fries not Mac and cheese. At this point, I was starving and ignored it. There's no telling how long it would take for me to get the side since the meals took longer than they should have.

Chicken eggs benedict had an eggshell in it. The sauce on it was not good. This place usually has a wait to be seated. Service was okay.

Kerbey Lane feeds Austin. Their breakfast menu is my favorite, but their other dishes are also good. The eggs are all cracked from the shell, no egg slurry in bags here. Pancakes are always good, be sure to specify how you want the bacon cooked. Service is friendly and they always seem to have enough servers, which has become unusual some places. South Lamar and William Cannon are both reliable spots. Be prepared to wait for a table, big crowds on the weekends.

Kerbey Lane is a well oiled machine. It serves classic diner vibes, which I loved. The menu is HUGE so be prepared to be overwhelmed by countless options. I got some French toast and Migas. My takeaway: the food was nothing special, but good. I really enjoyed the queso! Overall, a stripped down experience like the one you can find at Kerbey Lane is sometimes needed. I loved leaving the bells and whistles behind to get back to basics. I had a good time, and will stop in again.

Ok...I truly love Kirbey Lane, and although my relationship with the restaurant is off again, on again, I always find myself back in the arms of Kirbey Lane whenever I'm in Austin. This solo trip provided a different experience. Sitting at the bar offers a great view of the open kitchen and inner workings of the restaurant. Sadly, the thing about open kitchens is you can see the backbones of the back of house. There was a fair amount of chaos between the kitchen, servers, and management that I honestly wish was not apart of my dining experience. Apart from that, the folks working were friendly and casual. I never felt awkward dining alone. As far as food goes, you can ever go wrong with the pancakes. As usual, they were just as delicious as ever. I'm addition to pancakes, I also tried the following two items: Hibiscus mint iced tea- the flavor is light. Not sweet, hibiscus forward, very little mint. Queso- a little spicy in the perfect way. Chips arrive warm and crispy, thick, and salted. *chefs kiss* A matter of fact, a chefs kiss is how I'd describe Kirbey Lane...a chefs kiss on the forehead to be exact. Casual. Diner like. Homey. Delicious.

I was in town with a group of friends and thought we would try out this breakfast spot. Service was definitely not the best. I went with a big group and the waiter acted like we were a burden. The food was good but not great. I got a sandwich with sweet potato fries. But the kerbey queso was very good. I would go back just to get a side of queso and chips. Overall it was an okay experience.

This is a good generic breakfast place. The food is decent. Sometimes the pancakes can be a little dry but overall everything is usually pretty decent. The wait times can be extreme so we usually make a reservation online. The staff is friendly. They are usually busy so it's harder to get their attention but they follow through when things are brought up to them. I do like that they have options for different diet types. The vegan options are decent.

Sunday brunch is a scene here - make sure to come early or to wait for at least 30 minutes for a table. The restaurant is expansive and it's truly impressive to see them serve brunch to close to a hundred people with efficiency and smiles on most of the servers' faces. The kitchen is turning out so many dishes, they can't all fit on the (long) server's window. While the food is not out-of-this-world, it is truly satisfying, hearty and if you are looking for a classic eggs, fruit, biscuit, bacon situation this is the place for you. While the crowd makes for a little bit of a wait, it also makes for a fun vibe where people are talking to each other and it seems like a communal experience. While I may not expect the highest quality of food when I come here, there is no doubt I will be back.

This location is meh. Every time we go here something goes wrong- from the server being rude to half the tables being open and the host won't let us sit where we request. The servers that are new don't seem to know what they are doing but they're at least nice about it. Food is okay. I think it's over priced... I know things are more expensive in Austin than they once were but this place isn't anything fancy or high end food. It's always freezing inside. Bring a jacket if this review doesn't denture you.

I love this place! Their Kerbey Queso is out of this world and an absolute MUST. They have gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options that are Delicious! The staff is fantastic, the vibes are great, just a perfect little spot for brunch!

Sad sad excuse for a diner. Quedo and the water was the best thing at this place. My kid ordered the chicken tenders and they were terrible. Everything tasted like fish. Seems like alternating the fry oil is too difficult for hipsters! Keep the weirdo's in Austin!

I'm not originally from here so maybe I just don't "get it" about this place. Great service from the staff and the food comes out hot and fresh. This location is very clean and I enjoy the various pops of color and patterns that make it lively. I stopped by on a Wednesday early afternoon and it was almost dead, nice and quiet. I tried this place out because friends in Austin raved about the pancakes. I like that they do a seasonal themed flavors in addition to regular pancake offerings, but I was disappointed in the lack of flavor and they were a bit dry. I'd give it another try, but seems like an average diner and difficult to validate coming when there are so many amazing food options nearby.

Service was excellent, ambience as always is great. Food....what happened folks? We were looking forward to breakfast at Kerbey Lane. Such a disappointment. Forgot to put the taste in...poor quality of ingredients. Not enough eggs in the batter for the French toast, ham looked like the end piece you would give to the dog, coffee was cold and strong.... not worth the trip for sure. Cheryl Bond

After two rounds of Kerbey Lane Cafe -- South, I can attest that it's very consistent in its delivery of good service and great bites. The wait time leaves a lot to be desired but it can beat places like Snooze and First Watch on certain days. I absolutely love their fall seasonal menu right now! My only gripe is that even after checking in when it is our place in line, people will sneak in to be seated before us here. I have learned to be vigilant about it. Will be back!

Man, this place has really gone downhill. We spent $100 on breakfast a couple of days ago and it was awful. Two plates of scrambled eggs (ice cold), pancakes (ice cold and NO BUTTER came with the plate), mocha coffee (undrinkable), and latte with soy milk (how can soy milk curdle??). Two of the dishes (one an omelet and the other chicken and pancakes) were edible, but nothing remarkable. The only reason we didn't act out and send everything back to the kitchen was because our waitress was so kind. She tried, but the kitchen wasn't cooperating. I remember back when this place cared. I think we'll just go to the original on Kerbey Lane or the located on W. William Cannon. S. Lamar does not have it together.

Eclectic location with some yummy food! The servers were really nice and it just took a few seconds to get our appetizer. Great recommendations from the wait staff. Hubs the chicken fried steak. I liked the enchiladas but the beans and rice were disappointing. Bathrooms were clean. Price was very reasonable for enchiladas and cfs. I will be back! I must try the salmon tacos.

In town with family for the holidays so we had to hit a branch of this family favorite. Our party of 16 was easily accommodated by using Yelps waitlist feature. When we arrived at the restaurant the staff has already been looking for ways to seat us n good size clumps near each other. We ended up with 3 large booths next to each other. The services are hard working and the kitchen is well run. Everyone's food was delicious (ore the empty plates).

Amazing host greeted us and quickly readied our table for 8 adults plus a 2 yr old. Our server Drew did a fantastic job taking care of us. The food was solid diner food and the prices were reasonable for the area. The thing that would make me return was definitely the service though!

This place was absolutely poppin' on a Sunday morning! We joined the virtual waitlist at about 10am and it was an hour and a half wait. I'd recommend planning ahead if you're visiting this spot for brunch/lunch on a weekend! The food was delicious and our waitress was very sweet. Very classic brunch food, and not too expensive!

An Austin breakfast classic!! Super friendly staff, everyone was so smiley and helpful, very inviting. Started off the brussel sprouts - I had no idea that this place even served sprouts but they were delicious! Super crispy and covered in a tamarind sauce - every bite was very tasty. The watermelon and tomato gazpacho intrigued me because I had never thought of combining those two flavors. Definitely an interesting combo. My waiter described it as a lighter bloody mary taste which was pretty accurate. It was not as creamy as gazpachos I have had in the past - I don't think I would get it again, but it was interesting to try. The Lemon Poppyseed pancakes were delicious. So light and fluffy and the cake itself is sweet enough to not need syrup which makes it perfect. Highly recommend any pancake but specifically this one - tastes like you're eating healthier lemon cake.

Breakfast on the way out of town was recommended by a friend. It was a great choice flexitarian friends enjoyed standard breakfast fare. The vegan plate was awesome not bland great tofu scramble was flavourful pancakes that came with no dairy butter. Our coffee stayed full. No small feat as I can drink my weight in coffee servers were friendly and prompt. The art good the ambience inviting. A first choice any where

Time 11 am: called in a reservation for 8 and host says wait will be 20-40 minutes. which gave us hope and put us in a good mood because that is manageable amount of time after our 3 hour workout running on close to zero calories. We arrive at 11:20am 12:20 This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Service sucks. I've been waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half with a reservation and don't see any source of tables, and no priorities above any other group. I am very glad I found this app to share my thoughts and opinions with my other fellow diners. Lord somebody help this diner. Time stamp 12:30 we finally get a seat: Waitress is already in a snarky mood as she asks for drinks. As I am sitting across the table and cannot hear her, she raises her voice in an ugly tone and yells, DRINKS?? With an award winning eye roll. Time stamp 1:00pm As the meal was starting, my friend was brought out her food, which was almost the same order as mine, just with gluten-free pancakes. Only one pancake was brought out, which was handed to my friend as she thought it was her order. She begins to eat the pancake as the second plate of pancakes is brought out to us. We then realized that she has been eating the non-gluten-free pancakes the whole time. Although this is not the waitresses fault, the way she handled the situation made my experience extremely poor. As my friend handed back pancakes, and a very nice manner, she did not even respond and just yanked the pancakes away as if my freind was the one in the wrong and not the restaurant. We then noticed that she was talking about our table behind the counter, saying that we were annoying, when we are just a group of girls trying to eat lunch. 1:15 I am the only one at the table with no food yet. 1:30 My other friend removes a hair from her food. 2:00 We finish eating and over all, I will say the food was very good... probably the best pancakes I've had in a while. Most likely cause I hadn't eaten since 5am This poor experience has leaked into my time and was unable to attend some other events I had planned for today. Proceed to dine here with caution

We had a pretty bad experience at this place. First we called ahead to place ourselves on the waitlist about 10 minutes before we got there. After arriving, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, got sat before us. Even people who walked in way after us. The host with bangs even had to ask a group what their name was because they didn't have their name written down for the waitlist and they STILL got sat before us. The other host had the audacity to ask us 45 minutes into our wait if we wanted to just sit at the bar... At our table, our waitress messed up multiple things during our time eating. She brought out half of everyone's food and one of us didn't even get any food at all. He ended up getting his food while we got the check. Keep in mind we still didn't have two sides at this point. I asked her to just bring them out with the to go boxes. After stating that she would take my friends meal off, because it came out as we were leaving, not only was the meal still on there, but they were charging us for an additional meal. That belonged to NO ONE. So we had to get the check fixed as well. It was overall a complete mess and no one went out of their way to make sure we were good. The waitress had to be flagged down for refills and anything we needed (that she continuously forgot). It was just very frustrating and not an enjoyable experience. The host/ maybe manager with dark hair and bangs was rude to us and stared at us throughout our entire time dinning there. Just a bad experience. Save your time and money, go somewhere else
