This company just does not care about its customers. I don't eat there anymore, though it would be convenient to do so in my Seattle neighborhood.
These are the comments I sent to them. Absolutely no response.
So, I vote with my wallet, and take my business elsewhere.

I gave feedback last year. I gave it a 2nd chance last week. Still same problem area, but worst. That is why I do not patronize you.
Now, not one staff slouching, eating, but 2 and even 3. Going back-forth with food, texting-talking -- long conversations - on cells, having long lunch discussions at tables meant for customers.
Worst, this time even food was not right. Potato wedges stuck together, i.e., not fully cooked, not crisp and crispy when you pry them apart.
You do not inspect, evaluate? You do not need my business?
Last year, I left my details, but got no acknowledgement of my comments. If I do not receive word back this time, I will know you are not concerned about losing my custom.
[And after I emailed this, I even telephoned a Customer Service person. She said someone would get back to me. Of course, this did not happen]

Ana the cashier was having her first day of work. She was delightful. She even smiled when she handed me my tray when my meal was ready, remembering me from having taken my orde.
However, I will not eat there again. Two staff took up 2 tables to eat their meals. Very unprofessional. And they
looked so demoralized as well; it was not they looked delighted to eat their food, in that setting. And the chair
next to me had food mess from a previous diner. No... there are dozens of other eating places
so close to this KFC that I do not have to patronize this establishment again.
