KFC

We ordered a four piece meal. One of the drumsticks was so small it felt like it came from a pigeon. The other pieces were also flavorless compared to what we are used to. There is no place to sit and no one is cleaning tables. We ordered eat in but got take out boxes. Had to ask for utensils so we can eat there. The waiters was so unhappy we made this request and felt like we were serving the. On the positive side, the bathroom is passably clean. Overall, I would consider skipping this location.

When this place is busy expect a long wait. The food is fairly good. The only real complaint is that it can take a while to eat. I like to bring my daughter here for a treat we mostly do takeout and not eat in as there are limited number of tables.

A absolute model of inefficiency. Never before have a seen people starting at an order screen with such confusion and then instead of filling the orders, just start talking to other employees.. please stay away from this location so the franchisee is forced to realign the management team and employees.

Best chicken you can get the service was great also it my order was very quick ten out of ten would go again!!

Went to this location Toni to try there spicy chicken sandwich combo and it looks like Frank’s hot sauce smeared all over the top of it. The chicken chalupa was okay, fries could had used more crunch to them. And the sides were soo small ate them 4 bites each lol. But there customer service is 5 ⭐️ tho.

One of the better KFC's out here. Very kind, understanding service workers. I've placed two previous mobile orders and by the third one, they would hand me my food when they saw me waiting in line. I've never had a KFC establishment recognize me. Very attentive crew here.

This place is my favorite KFC restaurant, crispy chicken and good service.

They had a Tuesday special 3 pc meal for 10 bucks or an 8 pc special. As always very confusing trying to read the board. The guy taking the orders was impressive the way he asked questions and suggested Best Buy And options. It was busy and he was effective moving customers in and out and getting Orders correct... everyone including me can get overwhelmed looking at chicken menu and the Taco bell menus...food always decent and prices very fair with the specials...guy running the ordering was like a machine... need everything Assume the manager... give him a bonus as running place like a well oiled machine ...

So so so slow! They are slower than sloths with the orders . Don't go here , it's not even fresh food it's old !!!

Came here to bring mom cause she wanted it . She wanted to eat in . All the tables were dirty so I asked the man who took her order if I could get something to clean the table . This man laughed and took the next order .

Things never got any better at this KFC/Taco Hell. Rude cashier, bad foods. Soda tasted old, no flavor, like they have adjusted the soda, syrup, water mixture to save a few bucks. Would have given it zero star if possible.

The place is filthy, and the people who work there are clueless. I asked the guy taking my order the difference between a tenders meal and a tenders box, and he replied, "I have no idea."

Never had any major issue. And have been here hundreds of times over the past decade (I live near it.) food consistently good. It's fast food of course, so don't come here expecting world class healthy food. I've always had good service. Prices are a bit more then I would prefer. It is usually always a significantly long wait. Especially through drive thru.

This review is not a critique of the workers. They endure with what they have to work with. A visit here is a grim, unpleasant experience. It is a place of slow lines, a busy, crowded menu board with endless combos and sub combos of both KFC and Taco Bell offerings... in small print no less. The layout of the restaurant brings to mind a former bowling alley with the cooking and serving area along one wall and the uncomfortable,usually chilly seating area along the opposite wall. Patrons eating are observed by those waiting in line two feet away. It is an unwelcoming, get in / get out ASAP atmosphere. Located in a horse shoe shaped poorly lit strip mall crowded with vehicles, sadly it is the only KFC around.

wanted tacos but then gave me chicken extremely upset and disappointed. Now I am crying in my car. So upset and extremely tearful while writing this. The chicken is shaped funny and it's way too salty and too many bones. Not natural at ALL#greasy. Coleslaw on the side??? That's so weird and not even good together. I just wanted fucking tacos so bad. My day is ruined thanks to FUCKING KFC. i hate them. I don't know why people eat there. Smell is so bad nasty. Biscuit is dryer than an old ladies puthy. Tasted like raw eggs. disgrace. I'm gonna get heart disease. BYE.

It's a KFC/Taco Bell. All the one star reviews here are excessive. Is it AMAZING SUPER HOT mouthwatering food? No. You went to KFC, not fucking Gordon Ramseys. It is acceptable food, for how cheap it is. Definitely an in and out kind of place... usually don't sit there to eat unless I have to. Service is usually rude and rushed but you're dealing with a staff that is severely underpaid and under appreciated given how busy this location is. Given that context, they are fine. Just order like a normal human. Say thank you, get out of the way and wait patiently for your food. The food is normal KFC/Taco bell quality on par with every other one I've been too.

anyone notice or see how there's a straw inside the bag?? does that indicate that someone there should remember to get a cup meaning that i wanted a drink if i ordered it? !!! what kind of idiot doesn't remember that in a customer service business woest service ever and it has happened to me 3 other times plus today.

I have always been a big KFC and Taco Bell fan. My husband and I recently moved to Natick and were excited to see this dual branded location. I recently had seen the Georgia Gold Commercials and was thrilled to try it. When we got to this store, we had a cashier Carlos. I'm the last person to criticize language issues, my husband is from Mexico. But we simply couldn't get our order across. We asked for a Doubledilla and had to point at the menu and repeat the order multiple times. I wanted the Georgia Gold tenders and Carlos ordered the 2 piece meal and we couldn't seem to get it fixed. Horrible experience. As we sat the line got bigger and bigger.... clearly this person should not be the front of the house employee.

Terrible donut Chicken sandwich. Amount of glaze dripping off donut in bottom of tray and everywhere with half the size of the chicken they show in their advertised picture.... If I hadn't have gotten it to go I would have demanded my money back. so overpriced for what is was, especially as I threw it away because it was soooooo. Disgusting.... KFC should stay out of the donut business as they don't know what they're doing ....yuk yuk yuk. It's gonna take some time for me to return to a KFC

I'm just very upset with my experience. I was missing over half my order and tried to correct it online and my code wouldn't even go thru. I understand mistakes happen but to try and put it in with the company and all I get is the run around...adds to the disappointment and frustration

We usually order KFC from this location about 1 to 2 times a month and this place has always been pretty consistent regarding services and tastes. So today, we crave for some fried chicken and wings, and decided to get some KFC. Got there and ordered a bucket and 20 wings, and I was told I have to wait about 9 mins for wings. I paused for a second, thinking my family love wings from KFC, and I told her, "What the heck, I'll wait for it". So she took my card and swipe. To my surprise, she gave me my receipt and a Free Cup for Soda and told me "This is for you for free since we are sorry that you had to wait for the wings." I never thought that was necessary but it made me a very happy customer. I mean this type of customer service is what many resturant is lacking today. I definitely will be back just for this reason alone. This type of customer service definitely bring customers back.

Great place to eat, we had hard time finding a table as the place was crowded. The chicken tenders were great and Grilled stuffed burrito was also good. Noce remodel guys.

These fast food chains are hard to figure out. A few weeks back I went into this KFC around 4:45pm to grab a couple of the K7 original breast meals. As I approach, the cashier looks and acts as if it's the worst thing in the world that a customer is patronizing this place. I order my breast meals and the cashier says "we don't have any original chicken breasts". Hahaha. ........ I'm an idiot, how dare I think KFC would have any chicken breasts at dinner time. For the record this also happened to me once before here about a year ago. I'm dumbfounded and scramble to think of what I now want to order because I now just want to just get out of this Shi*hole asap. Reluctantly I order the 10 piece tender bucket, wait my five minutes for the guy to gather them up and off I go to my house. I get home and my wife and I get ready to dig in. Well the stupidity continues. Inside the bucket are only 8 tender pieces - again I'm an idiot. How dare I think this guy can count above 8!! It doesn't end there though. These 8 tenders are barely thicker than my middle finger (see attached photo ...... and yes that is my middle finger-kind of a hidden innuendo) and to top it off these tenders are NASTY. My best guess is that these tenders are left over since lunch. I then take the time to fill out their satisfaction survey adding all the situations listed above AND requested a call back when asked within the survey. I never get a call back (again surprising?? - No). This place has failed on so many levels. I haven't been to a Burger King, Wendy's or McDonald's since 2014 because of their terrible customer service (and nasty food) and now I don't think I will ever go back to this place and if I'm smart I my never go to another KFC again.

You know why KFC provides a bucket with your chicken? So you have something to vomit in after. KFC is disgusting, and I wish it wasn't connected to the great and wonderous Taco Bell...Taco Bell is awesome. I love me some chalupas and quesadillas and crunchwrap supremes. I have been meaning to try the cheesy potato burrito and someday will. Yeah the line can get long but those people are usually fast. I don't blame them if they're slow cause I'd probably be eating the food as I was making it too. Which is what I assume they are doing if it is taking longer than usual.

Took 45 minutes to get a bucket of chicken and 2 sides. Staff was rude. Everyone waiting for their order was pissed. Haven't eaten kfc since high school 10 + years. I'll wait another 10 years no problem.

Went to this location 3 days ago. Ordered the buffalo wings, 1 chicken thigh and a biscuit. My order was a little over $10. The chicken was overcooked and so dry. I had asked the server if the buffalo wings were breaded and she said "a little bit". I looked at them and they were completely breaded and I had to pick off all the breading. The only good thing was the biscuit, I will probably not go back to this location. Also the service was super SLOW and they had many people on but I don't know why it took 20 minutes to get my order.

how the heck do they continue to stay open with all the poor service, sarcastic attitudes from employees who can't hardly speak english....and now.....bad food! especially the one in framingham and hudson!! kfc use to be the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!great finger licking fried chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the kernel would roll over in his gr what the hell happened!!! and why did they merge with "taco bell"??????? so very sad and disappointing!!!!! boston market, here i come it's time for taco bell and kfc to go out of business and just shut down....... stop deceiving and taking advantage of consumers!!

The road to mediocrity, is lined with chicken and taco shells. This store is the absolute worst I've ever been to. It absolutely clean, but the employees pick their asses , Taking their sweet ass time to make a goddamn taco. Everything's already made, they just have to package it. Morons

I use to eat at this location all of the time but dealing with the management at this location is the worst possible experience that i have ever had. I called the store because i found a piece of hair in my chicken so i talked to a manager at the framingham location who argued with me for 10 mins over the phone and hung up on me repeatedly i called back and asked for his name and the district number and he told me i do not need his name and to look at my receipt for the number because he would not tell me and i stated to him that i did not have my receipt so he finally gave me a fake phone number. So i had to call another location to ask them for the phone number. I spent 40 dollars this day for food for my family but after this i will never return to this location or any kfc location ever again.

I didn't think there were bad KFCs, but I've now been proven wrong. The chicken was dry and tough and my order was wrong. Stay away

I came here looking for some good chicken I got 2 large cups and a 12 bucket piece meal it came out to 47.04 I gave her 47 and she said I need the 4 cents and I went to put my ice on my cup and it didn't work we asked a worker passing by me what was wrong with the ice machine and he ignored and didn't say nothing honestly this store fucking sucks

Even on the grand scale of fast food awfulness, this place still manages to stand out. I go here out of necessity, and it is rarely enjoyable. They manage to go through orders at an incredibly slow pace, even when it isn't crowded (which is rare). Food orders are often wrong, and shortages of essentials like fried chicken are common.

This place is pretty awful. Long lines, inefficient service, inept staff, and cold food. Last time I went there I vowed not to go back, but forgot and went last night. I won't forget again.

Came here for a 3 piece tender meal and it took 25 min! I was first in line. Other people who were behind me in line got food before me. Then when I say something to the dumb kid employee sitting behind the counter doing nothing, he gives me attitude. Nothing but unprofessional. Save your time.

I love the flavor of KFC I.ve been trying to clone it for years. WHY because the SERVICE and MANAGEMENT is about the worst in the industry. I Love a KFC breast but I rarely go because it takes forever, cold half the time by my 2-mile ride home. (, and ALWAYS check the bag before leaving, Just got back 10PM and breading seems like been sitting for hours it tastes like. Late nite, cook smaller batches DUH Taste Great, 0-Service Except once in 10-ish years, the cashier was so great and knowledgable, I gave him my ## to call for a job. Guess you can hire one good one from time to time. (He is not there anymore)

This place is ALWAYS crowded! No matter what time of day you go in. It's like it's the only restaurant in town that's how crowded it is. The food is just ok. A little bit below ok. Fake cheese and from what i heard fake meat on the taco bell side. Ugh. Rarely will you get anyone that speaks English. Though that part goes out to the entire town. I added a star because the pricing is indeed cheap, and I always do find something that is edible.

Chicken was old and dried out. Very gross. Chicken tenders were 90% breading and had less chicken in them then a Chicken Nugget. Lowest quality food I've ever had at a KFC.

I went to this KFC/Taco Bell a couple months ago - it was dirty and the staff unpleasant. I ordered my food to go and my taco and burrito were less then yummy. I have thought about going back and giving them a second chance for some popcorn chicken but after reading the other reviews, I'm thinking no.

Wed Jan 11, 2012 This company just does not care about its customers. I don't eat there anymore, though it would be convenient to do so in my Seattle neighborhood. These are the comments I sent to them. Absolutely no response. So, I vote with my wallet, and take my business elsewhere. ========================= 5-27-2011 I gave feedback last year. I gave it a 2nd chance last week. Still same problem area, but worst. That is why I do not patronize you. Now, not one staff slouching, eating, but 2 and even 3. Going back-forth with food, texting-talking -- long conversations - on cells, having long lunch discussions at tables meant for customers. Worst, this time even food was not right. Potato wedges stuck together, i.e., not fully cooked, not crisp and crispy when you pry them apart. You do not inspect, evaluate? You do not need my business? Last year, I left my details, but got no acknowledgement of my comments. If I do not receive word back this time, I will know you are not concerned about losing my custom. [And after I emailed this, I even telephoned a Customer Service person. She said someone would get back to me. Of course, this did not happen] June 24, 2010 Ana the cashier was having her first day of work. She was delightful. She even smiled when she handed me my tray when my meal was ready, remembering me from having taken my orde. However, I will not eat there again. Two staff took up 2 tables to eat their meals. Very unprofessional. And they looked so demoralized as well; it was not they looked delighted to eat their food, in that setting. And the chair next to me had food mess from a previous diner.
