KFC Jalan Sultan

The restaurant is in a busy tourist area, so it can get crowded at times. The ground floor often has limited seating, but the upper floor has more space and is more comfortable. However, the staff didn’t seem very friendly during my visit.

The store closes at 11pm. We arrived at 9:00pm. Some people are waiting in line for their orders. Only 1 person was working at the counter doing all the jobs- cooking, preparing,receiving orders, cashier. No one was helping him. The receipt in the order booth was not printing. So customers couldnt see their orders. The sauce containers were emtpy. Customers started complaining because they're not getting their orders on time and correctly. No one was there to help the man at the counter. More and more cutomers coming in. Still no one was there to help the man at the counter. There was a woman cleaning up the tables (but there were no tables to clean) she just kept going back and fort, walking around then she stayed inside the storage room. It was very poor management and lazy coworkers. I commend that one and only guy working at the counter for being patient. But no! "one-man show" shouldn't be happening in this type of workplace. Petalling street gets busy at night especially on weekends, why not hire more workers? God knows how hard that man's job every weekend and no one was there helping him. 😔😑

It was delicious, fast, it doesn't look as much but it was really fulfilling and tasty, the best KFC that I have been!

This is the cheesy wages I bought in food panda.. is that sop for cheese sauce ... it's will be last order i spend rm 30 for this ???

Use KFC delivery app to order 2 quantities of B1F1 signature box - classic, paid 2*RM 23.49 = RM 46.98, where there should be a total of 4 boxes, yet only receive 2 boxes, call care line instantly by 5:45pm, told to wait for returning call as they investigate, till now not yet reply. Update: after 45 minutes, a new delivery approach with the missing items. Although I waited for some time, finally the family fest can be started.

Actually I don't want to put one Star also 😔,very bad service here,today I when to have dinner snacks, take away paid rm17+.00 ,he gave so small pieces of chicken,when we aks him to change ,he showing face,than we ask could you please give us drink without ice cube ,he said can you tell before we prepared than he handle the service in such rough way KFC take necessary guidance on how to have proper customer service We paying not eating for free

I haven't been to a KFC in Malaysia yet. But it was near where I was going afterwards. So after visiting the next door Domino's Pizza to discover they nickel&dime you to death, I decided here, KFC KL. The customer service was extraordinary! The associate at the counter was very helpful but the menu and pictures on the above screens kept changing! He's pointing and it rapidly changes, lol! Settled with a simple chicken fillet sandwich, coleslaw and a drink selection. I needed to eat and run anyway. Thus, fast food, right? I paid and almost instantaneously, there was my order! The person standing at the outside of the counter, looked like any other customer and I assumed they were. But I guess they (there was 2 such helpers) were workers/helpers! They should probably wear some type of KFC ID or apparel - so you know they're actual workers/helpers. Anyway, the fillet was just like any other fast food sandwich competitor. So no exciting raves there. The coleslaw was tasty like I remember from USA KFCs. But it was nearly frozen, it was so cold. In the Malaysian heat, no problem within a few minutes time. The coleslaw portion size however was entirely too small. A cheap shot regarding corporate greed and profits.

The place is well organised and the staffs are really helpful. The chicken was good and well cooked. Enjoyed it. However the cold Milo and coffee is not at all worth the money. It tastes really bad. The orders are self taken though E- counters and delivered within a short span of time. Overall good place to hangout with friends and family.
