Placed an online order and was told the waiting time would be about 25 minutes. Ended up waiting over 50 minutes only to receive the order with over half the gravy spilt inside the bag and 7 tenders instead of 10. The food was still decent and warm.

Had it for both lunch & dinner, burgers come in huge portions & the chips are delish!!!! Just do not come at their opening time as the food is not ready and the staff are bz doing something else

Had a great experience at KFC Bath Road, Heathrow! Tried the Supercharger Burger — absolutely delicious, 10/10 for taste and quality. Big shoutout to Manager Isma for her excellent service — friendly, professional, and attentive. Highly recommended!

Full of noisy school kids. Courier bikes and cars occupied disabled parking bays. Order arrived minus 2 boneless chicken, which are part of the burgers we ordered. we were given two options. Option one: Take what's ready and collect boneless chicken when cooked . Option two: Wait for the boneless chicken and eat everything except the boneless chicken cold. Men's toilets are not working. Rubish bags left overfull next to the tray return station.

The pieces are huge ! The lady who served me was amazing. This level of customer service you don't normally see!

Food was really stale fries were cold wings were warm not hot the food was delivered within 3 mints which made me sure the food would not be good n this is 3rd time in row

What can I say. The burger was empty. The chicken peice was very minimal. Beans had a funny taste. Was expecting fries turned to be chips with skin on it. Would I come again. No. The good thing it was ready in 2 minutes.

Majority of the time find service and food is good but had sometime issues which were resolved by the head office on contact. Staff is overloaded I think due to majority of the time it’s busy with customers.
