It doesn't deserve even a single star. There is no full menu board and you are pushed to order whatever options they have up there. When you ask about burger meals staff don't know anything about it. I had to find the deal in my mobile and show them. I repeated multiple times that I am going to eat there, so I need 2 trays. But, staff ignored me and wasted paper bags. Finally, they forgot to put the drink which is a part of kids meal. When I came back and ask the staff she asked me first to queue and then when she realised I am angry she asked me to go to sane staff she served me. Meanwhile all burgers and chips got cold already. I am not going to mention about the food. Just check the pics you will understand. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Paid £12.99 for 6 pieces of chicken and chips. The chicken was not well cooked, crispy but stringy in places inside. The fries were a total disgrace - not at all crispy, lifeless and burnt (see picture) so we had to spit out many burnt ends. It's one of the most disgusting takeaway meal we had experienced! I felt strongly enough to write in to KFC about it and this is the rubbish response received: "We're sorry to hear that you don't prefer these fries, however, and please be assured that the listening exercise for us doesn't end here. We will continue to note and share feedback like yours with the rest of the KFC team. We'd like to thank you so much for taking the time to let us know."

Server got our order wrong, chicken was raw, no salt and it would have been easier to bleed a stone rather than get mayo dip. The reson why I gave them 2 starts: 1 for the nice cleaning ladies and 1 for the fact that the toilets are nearby so you can at least wash your hands cos you ain't getting any tissue...🙂

I asked the woman at the till for ketchup and she shouted at me and told me to look in my bag (where there was none in there) and I told her there was none and she still continued to shout at me. And I also asked for boneless chicken strips and I was given chicken drumsticks with loads of bones in them. I’m not impressed with your staffs customer service and their ability to listen to customers. Will not be returning I am upset that I didn’t get what I ordered ☹️

Worst KFC going! If only I could give this store a 0 star rating. Every time I come to this store, they either get my order wrong or they miss items off my order. Also, there is a really bad language barrier too which I find beyond frustrating. The manager of this store isn't particularly professional too as he thinks it's totally acceptable to ignore a customer who wants to make a complaint. The food tastes disgusting here too! Sort it out KFC! This store is giving you a bad reputation. Only God knows how this store is still surviving without a a significant change been made. Some friendly advice KFC, the major step I would recommend would be to have some staff who can speak fluent English! I believe this is the main reason why they get our orders wrong. The customer service here is shocking seriously, it's beyond a joke

I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter. Today, she went out with her friend and ordered popcorn chicken and chips. As there was a box she didn't want to open it until she arrived at her destination. But when she finally opened the box, she was greeted by a long hair that was left by one of the staff, not only that the chips were soggy and the friend complained how she didn't have much chips. She ordered chicken as well, but when she got the order she thought the staff only gave her 6 wings when she ordered 8, only to find out the reminder two wings were in the box with barely any chips. One of the worst KFC places in England, very unhygienic.

I've had too many problems with this place. I worked nearby and have used here only when I really wanted chicken and now never again after today. Firstly, the people there clearly have not been trained in customer service at all and the manager was less than useless. The person in front of me had legit problems and even was trying to help them but the staff ignored them when dealing with the problem. I only know the problems they had as it took so long for the person trying to serve me to do their job and they messed up my order and I was over charged. In the past I have also had dry, rock hard buns on my burgers which have sat out all day (which is worring as this place is normally so busy food shoudn't sit there for long) and I've had food poisoning as well. It isn't hard to tell staff turnover is high and no one cares. Sadly, due to location alone, this place will stay open when it really should not be selling any food. Zero Stars if I could.
