If there were a museum for terrible dining experiences, this KFC would be the main exhibit -- and the manager would be the tour guide. I'm not exaggerating when I say this might be the worst restaurant in Orlando. Forget the theme parks -- this place is the city's new attraction for chaos, disrespect, and disappointment.
Our order was already off to a bad start -- they forgot our fries, the most basic item on the menu. When I politely asked about it, the manager completely unraveled. She started stomping around the counter, grunting, and yelling like a five-year-old toddler who just got told they couldn't have a toy. Customers were staring in disbelief. Instead of calming things down, she doubled down -- talking down to customers, yelling over people, and outright snapping at anyone who had an accent.
It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly shameful to witness. The energy in that restaurant was pure tension -- people waiting quietly, employees looking embarrassed, and the manager putting on what could only be described as a one-woman meltdown.
And here's the worst part: this isn't new. Scroll through the reviews and you'll see the same pattern going back years. Rude service, missing items, cold food, and the same toxic behavior from management. Clearly, no one at corporate has bothered to step in.
This KFC is not just "bad service" -- it's a spectacle. Orlando should put it on the map as a cautionary tale for customer service gone wrong.
If you value your time, your mood, or your meal -- avoid this place like the plague. Go anywhere else. Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, your local gas station -- all better options. This location needs a full reset, top to bottom, starting with that manager who seems to think tantrums are a leadership style.
Zero stars. Never again.
@ColonelSanders you would be rolling in your grave if you knew that this place existed....
