Justin(manager) in the drive-through needs an attitude adjustment. Very poor social skills. Rude and overall nasty demeanor. It seems he may have deliberately sabotaged my order because I confronted him about his disgusting behavior. I received half my order and it was in shambles “see pictures“. I suppose to Justin a five piece Nashville hot really means a three piece and a large side of green beans means don’t close the lid so it will spill everywhere. That I can tell you was very much appreciated. Didn’t receive our small sides of green beans and I was missing a biscuit, however The biscuit that I did receive looks like somebody crumbled it in their fist. I did call and speak with Justin the manager and his outright awful behavior continued. Thank you so very much for this very pleasant experience. 🤷‍♂️ Zero stars!!!

Sierra Vista KFC faces a management issue that affects the overall dining experience. The General Manager, a miserable individual, takes her anger out on her employees, creating a tense and stressful work environment. Her unprofessional behavior, including belittling her employees in front of customers, is unacceptable. I’m not alone in this sentiment. During my typical visits between 5 and 8 pm, I’ve noticed a concerning lack of basic ingredients in their chicken sandwiches and white meat meals. It’s simply ridiculous to sell chicken without the most common part of it. How can they expect customers to be satisfied with such subpar quality?

90% of the time they don’t have any pot pies. On my last order they had none of the food I ordered on line, they replaced the chicken part but couldn’t do the pot pie. They wrote my name down and I’ve been back 3 times to get my replacement and it still isn’t available!

I love KFC. BUT... Today around 4 pm, I went through the drive thru. I was ordering an 8 pc., potato/gravy and cole slaw. It also comes with 4 biscuits. When suddenly she said, "hold on", she was away from the mic for at least 4/5 mins. She did apologize. I pulled up to the window and paid. I got my food, went home, opened the bag to find NO GRAVY OR BISCUITS! I drove back, had to explain twice what happened. She said, "come to the window." Then she asked, so you want to order an 8 pc? NO, I WAS HEAR EARLIER AND THAT'S WHAT I ORDERED AND DIDN'T GET OUR GRAVY OR BISCUITS. Oh ok, she said, I'll tell the girls. I get home, we got what they forgot, but no honey or butter spread, one spoon and 3 napkins. What is going on there?

We used to go a lot but I haven't seen one manager in forever probably left. Now it's a roll of the dice. Couldn't get my online order because they didn't thaw the chicken wings. So the employee offers me an 8 piece as an option, well then it gets packed as a 4 piece and I'm like where the rest and the manger had vetoed the offer I was given and it was basically take it or leave it. Since I had paid with a gift card online it would be more of a headache to try and refund it. Also now the app assistant is not much better trying to file a complaint so leaving this call before you order or roll the dice. This place has sadly gone so down hill.

Tried to go through drive thru at 5:43 pm and ordered 12 pc meal employee said if I ordered mac and cheese it would be 20 wait...I said 12pc meal with slaw and potatoes...55 dollars and then was told to pull ahead and it would be right out...at 5:56 employee came out and said 4 more minutes as they were waiting on chicken....finally 6:15 I get my food...I am a nice patient person but when I politely told the you girl that it took way longer than I was told and she should let her manager know that this is bad for business she rolled her eyes and walked away while I was saying that I totally got Pissed then!!!..I think that my hard earned money will be better spent elsewhere and if I could I would give this place a- double Zero!!!! There is No excuse for it being dinner time and having no food cooked and No excuse for Rudeness when I wasn't being Rude!!!!!

Again the poor attention to the orders and extremely poor customer service at this KFC. Missing items that meant a member of our family would not have the chosen meal except to be very inconvenienced to go back and "pick up " what the "manager" (male) agreed was missed. He also refused to provide his name for a report to the KFC office. This has been a routine at this store. So many restaurants to choose from. They-due the "managers" poor customer service are off our list.

I just got back from picking up my order. I was missing the mac & cheese portion plus the 3-piece chicken tender with fries box. I rechecked my order on their website and it shows that I ordered and paid for all items. I've been trying to call them for over an hour, but the phone has always been busy. They probably took it off the hook. I will drop off a note for the manager tomorrow and see if I get a response.I

TERRIBLE manager. No one should ever be talked to the way the manager talks to her staff and customers. What manager says to a customer "I don't know what's wrong with these fuc*ING people" reffering to her staff THAT SHE HIRED and when one of them refused to let her talk down to them she tells them to "clock out forever" THATS WHY YOUR TURN OVER RATE IS SO BAD. The staff are too scared to speak up because they don't want to be fired or they just stop showing up. Monique ("scary manager" as one of your employees called you) do better. Those people do not deserve to be treated like they're bags of dirt. They're PEOPLE. At the end of the day when you walk out of KFC with your chest puffed up thinking you're the shit because you made your staff cry, remember what it was like to not be a GM and be on the receiving end of humiliation in the work place. Your store is only in business because there's no chicken place to complete with the products you should have available (your store rarely does). You do not deserve to be the GM, those people need someone better.

We ordered some stuff from KFC we got um a bucket to share with chicken strips and French fries for 12 dollais for $12 with very good and delicious is chis do you used to have a all you could eat for lunch here many years ago but they stopped doing that which I really like going in there for all you could eat

This place was closed for remodling and had a delayed reopening due to the covid pandemic. The place is open again for drive-thru business. I should have paid attention to other nay sayers. Ordered an eight piece meal with an extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Was charged $4.49 for that AND got neither biscuits nor cole slaw! Three mashed potatoes bowls were placed in a paper bag and three containers of gravy in another, so it was not easy to see all the contents in the plastic bag until I got home. People, please don't leave the drive-thru until you inspect the contents of your purchase. This is not the first time we didn't get everything we ordered. Went back the next day to complain. I did get biscuits and was compensated with a free chicken sandwich, so I changed the star review from one to three stars.

No buffet... the only reason I used to eat there. The prices are ridiculous. Get the same fried chicken at Fry's Food at a much low price or better yet, go to Popeyes Chicken for much tastier chicken. KFC is no longer a part of Americana... it's been cheapened by the bean counters to satisfy shareholders. So sad.

Tried KFC again today for the 1st time in a very long time. KFC never disappoints in terrible service and poor quality. We ordered chicken strips meal, $25 and the strips were like eating chicken jerky! Tough , cold, and chewy. So fricken gross.... If I could give ZERO I would. Last time you'll get my hard earned money KFC !

This is by far the worst KFC we have been too. Every single time we go there they never have original chicken and always have an excuse as to why. My husband just went through today and was told they only have white meat. He said fine, 8 pieces of white meat and was told they can't do that. Every way he asked he was told no. He said he would even pay extra, nope. It is not a supply issue, it is a management issue. This KFC needs to have a major overhaul of management and people.

Place looks better after remodel. However, prices far exceed food value. Theres a $2 up-charge on top of high price for each breast. Another SV restuarant that will go out of business.

It took almost an hour to even be able to order food there. One worker in a green shirt, the manager?, said they had to get the drive through taken care of, and walked away. A skinny man in a black shirt started to take our order, but when we asked about a senior or military discout, said, "I'm new" and walked away. It took almost an hour to speak with a clerk. The drive in section dealt with 15 to 20 orders and completely ignored the walk up window! During this 40 minute time frame, several customers waiting in line, there were 5 there when we came in, 3 of those people left; and several more cancelled their online orders and left. All but one of the people who came in after us also left!! To be required to wait over an hour even to be waited on tells my wife and I that this KFC IS BROKEN! Several people who actually got their order were missing chicken, silverware, biscuits and such and had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get someone's attention. I doubt the manager was even at that drive in! It was a zoo. Since we're unaccostumed to being ignored, we will check out the food; however I sincerely doubt we will ever buy chicken from there again! Even Wendy's next door hasbeen prompt and actually spoke with us, during past orders, and was swift in all aspects of drive-in. The staff at that Fry Avenue KFC doesn't care about walk-ins! Lastly when we got our order we were given the incorrect receipt without a survey attached and the change was a combo of bills and quarters, which from a $50 bill took some second glances... Service and food are good to great. I love eating the chicken and the sides, but it really is expensive. I wish I could afford to go there more often, especially since I live now right across the street, but the prices are such that I can't. Let me add again, the service has been great every time I have been able to go. For instance, one time when I was filling my drink cup, and the machine was spraying and dripping, I told the young lady on duty, and she didn't hesitate, but went straight to the machine and fixed it. Nice people, efficient, cordial -- now if only the prices could be lowered.

I concur with each and everyone's review that has put in a review here. I also got the so call S#!TTY treatment as well the 2-3 time I paid a visit to this KFC. Yes, I got this Manager F'g responses as well each time when I asked for service at the counter and or a change with the order. I would personally say go to Popeyes, Fry's, Culver or even Safeways to get Chicken and sides as this KFC is overpriced and F'g HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT and SERVICE. Hopefully to the Upper or Regional management are getting the message's here and fire Her (Present Manager) and hire someone who knows customer service.

Worst experience I have had at a KFC or any fried chicken place. I entered the drive-through and was immediately met with the voice of a young man who was already in a hurry, there was no line. I asked if they had any spicy chicken as I had not had a chance to read the full menu. He said, "No. You want Popeye's" Which I find interesting since I know there is a Louisiana Hot sandwich that he could have recommended and why would you send a paying customer to another restaurant? I then said that I wanted to order 8 Crispy Thighs. He repeated the order as an 8-piece meal. I again stated that I wanted 8 "thighs". I hadn't ordered my sides yet, but he was in such a hurry. I then had a young lady cut him off and tell me that I wanted the 8-piece. I wanted to be sure they understood that I wanted 8 thighs and a la carte usually adds to the price. He then in a very condescending tone told me that an 8- piece was the same as 8 thighs. I then told them I had changed my mind and wouldn't be ordering because they seemed so rude and drove off. This review has nothing to do with the quality of food, but with the quality of customer service at this particular restaurant. I travel for work, so I eat a lot of fast food, this is the most disappointing KFC experience I have had. These employees need to be trained.

Does not honor website prices because they are privately owned and they don't have to. Let's examine the 8 piece chicken, 2 sides and 8 bisquits for $21.99 At $2 each for the chicken, $2 each for the 2 sides, this leaves $1.99 for 4 bisquits. Horrible value

I got the #6 combo which is the 3 piece chicken with coleslaw and mashed potato. In my opinion, the chicken were not great tasting even though I am open to trying any food regardless of negative reviews. I didn't like that on parts of the chicken, it was mushy. I don't know if it was the batter or not, but it didn't taste good. The mashed potato was bland and I didn't even want to try to coleslaw.

The food was good, the wait sucked they are running around like chickens with out their head. I ordered a 16 piece tender meal and got 3 BBQ when asked for more they stated they had to charge which is fine.. But on the cash register there is a note that says you can get up to 6 BBQ's... the place was empty and waited 20 minutes to get asked what I wanted and another 15 to get served RIDICULOUS!!!!

So they have remodeled the store and hired new staff. The service is horrible. We used the drive thru tonight. Not a bad wait time to place the order. However. We were directed to pull over to the side for our order. Here we are 30 minutes later. Still no food. Not a favorable service.

Been a long time so I thought I would give KFC a try. Chicken so slty I couldn't eat it. Potato logs dried out and biscuit "crunchy." To top it all off one of the guys working there picked up trash off the floor, went to the back and started refilling serving containers with out washing his hands. Counted money in register then went back to serving food. Still some trash laying on the floor which several employees walked by numerous times.

I give this store no stars I went there and the customer service skills are not good at all .The person on the headset yelled at me then went to the window and there I was yelled at then was given the food thrown at me . I don't think this people have been trained at all . This store has no customer service skills and General Management should get this fixed I would like that man in the window at 7:00pm to be fired ....

This KFC is a continual disappointment! This round they blamed the Uber eats driver for their employee's not filling the dishes and sending the correct numbers of items ordered. Do yourself a favor and fry your own chicken at home, less messed up orders and bad attitudes! As a follow up the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife on the phone, then he hung up on me when I called to let him know that disrespecting a customer and blaming Uber eats for their mistake is unacceptable. If the owner sees this please contact me.

I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal, half original and half crispy, cinnabon. Well got home we got no breast, got 4 thighs, 2 drumsticks, 2 wings, the original was like a grease bomb, the crispy had raw dough. The cinnabon was a biscuit with cinnamon and frosting, gross. $30 bucks down the hole. Never again

Very rude cashiers. My friend and I went to the drive thru and when she was trying to say something. They mimicked her and started laughing. If you cant be mature enough to work at a $9/hr place. You cant be mature enough to work anywhere. The restaurant looks good but the workers . Change the attitude or quit.

This is quite literally the worst KFC anywhere. Employees are flat out rude, the restaurant is typically dirty, and all in all, it's just a horrible place to eat. They claim to offer delivery, but every time we call up, they are rude and snide, and tonight asked us to hold, and then sat the phone down and walked away. We could hear them laughing and joking in the background... clearly forgetting they had paying customers waiting. I used to eat here nearly weekly, and these days it has tapered down to maybe once a month, and after tonight, probably never again.

Monique is very mean to her employees, she yells at them, and is far from a sweet and kind hiring manager, she definitely doesn't treat people how she wants to be treated, they need to replace her with somebody more fit for the position and kind hearted to others that work there! I left for 4 years ago and came back and she's still there smh that shows she'll never be anything in life! getting bigger and bigger every day, eating the chicken like she owns the place! The only nice one there is Adrian he is vary nice to me and showed me the right way to do things when I worked there and was not mean about it. he even took me home one time I'm cool with his girlfriend I remember she use to sit in KFC and be a whole vibe and was so cool then Big OH Monique came around and told her she couldn't do that anymore! I paid him gas. Anyways my experience working with Adrian was magnificent all in all 10 out of 10 if you didn't know how to do something he would show you how to do it because he treats others how he wants to be treated and not Monique! he was a nice person to work with and still is and still mature in the work place. I can't wait till the day Monique stops working there she doesn't deserve that position especially how she treats her employees she treated me very wrong 4 years ago Took me off the schedule for no reason and causing me to quit, when I did nothing wrong or deserving of being taken off the schedule. She was jealous of me that's all I can think of why else would she do that. And she answers the phone like she's the shitttt smh oh Kay fatty her name should of been Fatima cause it fits her! Any ways I'll apply when she's gone they need a cook but as long as she runs the place I can't be around such a mean and negative hiring manager Monique!! Daffy or Daphne I just spoke with on the phone was pretty cool vary nice, she agreed with me about Monique being the same old person and never changing. Honestly, this is the worst restaurant in town. Drive thru regularly gets my order wrong. I've learned to just go in and get it. The staff is obnoxious. Customer service is the pits, can't say that enough. The dining area is regularly dirty. I really do expect better from a chain restaurant. You would think some level of oversight and consistency in the product. I truly think the place will end up closing. The staff are killing this place.

Food is always horrible. They've forgotten something in my order twice in the past two trips. Pot pies. And they aren't cheap either. The staff is complacent. I wish there was a Church's or some other fast food chicken spot in Sierra Vista. The Popeyes is on base. I'll have to skip KFC next time and suck up the extra drive time for better food and service. However the food did come out pretty quick... probably which is why it looks and tastes like it has been sitting under a heat lamp awhile.

KFC has become one of them more disappointing chains. I have not purchased food from here in quite a while. We decided, instead of cooking, to give KFC another try. I ordered the 16 piece meal with three large Mac and cheese, 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy, and one large Cole slaw. I took my food and went home. I took the chicken out of the container and placed it on a serving platter. There were only 12 pieces. I returned to the store with my receipt and told the clerk an error had been made, that I paid for 16 pieces and only got 12. She left and a male employee, I assume a shift lead or manager, came to the counter. He asked, without any conversation, "do you have the chicken"? I must have looked a bit puzzled and he then asked "do you have the chicken on you?" I replied no, that it was on a serving platter at home. He then walked away and proceeded to pack up 4 pieces of chicken. I then told the employee that I also needed an additional large Mac and cheese, a large Cole slaw, and a large mashed potatoes, which I paid for, just under $15. The large containers used to be in a 1 quart styrofoam container. It would probably taken three of the "current" containers to fill up a quart styrofoam container. So, after two trips to the store, having to add 3 more large containers of sides, I had dinner for 6 adults for just under $70 and received no apologies, nothing comped, for my inconvenience.

Where is the chicken in the chicken pot pie? I found a few large pieces of potato and some veggies, but not much else. There was a nice crust on the top, but no crust anywhere else! Inside there was only the tin. Sad. I also received a regular tea instead of the sweet tea I asked for and on top of everything there was no cookie. I ordered a side of corn, no butter, salt or pepper for the corn. Just a terrible meal.

She has no name tag, but she's an African American, heavy set, short reddish hair, and a nose piercing. She screwed up the order and claimed we didn't order properly when she was the one barely putting in the order at the window for the second time. Don't waste your time here. Buffett alert! This is a KFC buffet. I had never been to a KFC buffet and did not know they even existed. It was a nice spread with original and extr crispy chicken, greens, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and several dessert options. My daughter wanted popcorn chicken and that was included too although you had to ask at the counter. They kept the buffet well stocked and the food was hot. And they kept going around and cleaning off tables! I saw several people go through the dining room cleaning up and wiping down tables in the hour I was there. It was pretty impressive. I don't eat KFC often for obvious reasons but next time I'm in Sierra Vista I will probably have to come here to get my KFC fix.

New owners. Buffet has gone down hill, and up in price they now make u get a drink with it, you can only get a few items from behind counter. I saw two dead cock roaches in the diningroom. No toilet paper in restroom. What a disappointment this restaurant has become.

This is amazing! The buffet literally is the best thing ever. This is the first KFC buffet I have ever seen and it's 6 bucks. You are allowed to get things over the counter such as chicken tenders, grilled chicken, fried chicken, biscuits and potato wedges. Then, at the actual buffet, they had all the sides, more chicken, salad and even desert! This is such a good deal for all this food

Totally disappointed in the food - not the staff with the exception that they never should have let that chicken out the Drive-Thru window. Driest chicken I ever ate and KFC's famous cold slaw was a misfire too. Not going back, would rather go through the hassle of a day pass just to get on Post to get POPEYES chicken as that has always been consistently great.

Possibly the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! I went to pick up dinner for my family, asked if I could get their Grilled chicken in their Big Box 3 piece meal, was told that I could, asked for that in 1 of the 2 Big Box meals I ordered, drove the 20+ miles home only to find out I did NOT have any grilled chicken. So, I called the store, talked to Alex (shift manager, I guess) was told that I had to bring the food back, uneaten, in order to have it replaced the next day (since I wasn't driving back into town until tomorrow), told him that wasn't going to happen as I still wanted dinner tonight, he said that that was my only option, told him if that was the case, I could just do without KFC forever, he said, with a lot of attitude, that was fine with him & hung up! Never going back there again & recommend no one eat there anymore.

This was the worst drive thru experience ever. The employee, who claimed to be a manager, was rude from the first greeting. She apparently thought we were taking too long to order and let us know it in her tone of voice and repeated sighs over the intercom. The fact that we were the only car in the drive-thru didn't seem to matter. When we reached the window, she literally rolled her eyes at me and continued to try to rush the transaction by speaking as fast as her small mind would allow. I calmly asked if she could repeat the food order (and not just the meal numbers) and she just stared at me in disdain. At that point, I calmly told her that I really didn't appreciate her attitude. She said, "I don't have an attitude YET. But you can go eat somewhere else." I asked if she was serious. She was. I asked for a manager & she told me that SHE was the manager. She then refused to give me a number for customer complaints and refused to serve me. I had my elderly mother in law and 3 young children in the car and told her I just wanted to feed my kids lunch. She shrugged her shoulders and slammed the window. I sat there in the drive thru for another 10 minutes while I looked up the KFC customer service phone number and called it. That employee was kind, but useless. He informed me that the location was privately owned and that the best he could do was request that the general manager call me. Thanks buddy. It's no wonder KFC is going under.
