So I placed an online order at 5:06pm it was supposed to be ready at 5:26pm. I arrived at this location at 5:50pm as I knew it wouldn't be ready at 5:26pm and was told that my order would take 15 more minutes because I ordered extra crispy. I informed them that I placed the order almost an hour ago and didn't feel like waiting so I would just take the original recipe. They said ok, and a few minutes later they handed me my bag. I asked if everything was in there, she said yes. I asked her if she was sure, she assured me everything was in there. As I was driving home, I made a left turn and 2 sides of Mac & cheese fell out the bag, but I didn't order any Mac & cheese. I pulled over to inspect the contents of the bag. I had 3 sides of Mac & cheese although I had ordered none, a side of mash potatoes, again, which I did not order, and I was missing my cole slaw, chicken sandwich and my wings. The only correct part of the order was the bucket of chicken.
I turned around and headed back to the location. I informed the manager that my order was incorrect, to which she told me that they handed me the wrong order. She then hands me another bag and tells me this is my order. I again asked if it was correct, she told me it was. I decided to look inside before I left this time. I was missing my wings. The box that was inside the bag contained biscuits instead of wings, and my order had no biscuits as it was chicken only. I informed the manager of this new mistake, to which she sighed and rolled her eyes, very classy. I didn't respond as I just wanted to get out of there at this point. My order was finally complete and correct after 3 attempts at 6:15pm. My order was very basic (12 pieces of chicken, 1 side of cole slaw, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 order of 8 pieces of wings) took over an hour. Could've gone to a steak house and got my food quicker. This place is consistently horrible. I'm not sure why it hasn't either closed yet or flipped the staff and or ownership. This model that they have isn't working. It was better when it was a Buffett years ago. Less interaction with the staff and less mistakes, food was better then as well. They should probably go back to that. I put in a complaint to corporate on Tuesday 9/26, no response as of yet. I guess if corporate doesn't care, why should the franchisee or employees care. I just won't go back.
