Chinatown Is Getting a Breakfast Sandwich Spot from a Michelin Star-Caliber Chef - Eater DC

"Baker’s Daughter is taking over a 600-square-foot space at 675 Eye Street NW that previously held a Chinatown location of Killer E.S.P., an Alexandria-based coffee shop where employees have accused the owner of sexual harassment and disregarding public health protocols meant to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus." - Gabe Hiatt

Mr. Yogato’s Owner Wants to Sell His Frozen Yogurt Shop for $1 - Eater DC

"Alexandria coffee shop Killer E.S.P. opened up a second location in downtown D.C., and this is a grab-and-go affair. The shop at 675 I St. doesn't have a single stool in the place. There are treats from Julia’s Empanadas and Dangerously Delicious Pies." - Adele Chapin

Killer ESP is a small coffee shop just north of Chinatown on the same block as Sixth & I Synagogue and Chaia Tacos. Unlike its original shop in Alexandria, this location is tiny. There aren't any seats so it caters to people on the go who want quality coffee. The small shop itself is nice. There are plants growing from the ceiling and the shelves sell local goods from empanadas to yogurt to pastries. They brew Stumptown Coffee and Lost Sock Coffee (a local roastery). They also make a beautiful green tea matcha latte. The staff are friendly as well. It's a great spot to get coffee on the go!

Before 8:00 am, serves Stumptown coffee. They team up w/ Dangerously Delicious Pies, so grab a slice of quiche or pie as well. This is a tiny spot hidden behind the corner TD Bank. (Not as big as the original in Old Town Alexandria.) You can also pick up some bags of Stumptown beans, but not a full selection.

Best latte I've ever had and their iced matcha is killer, too! Staff is awesome and the vibe is so good. I frequent the Alexandria location, and checked out this one for the first time. Not disappointed!!!!!!!!

This place replaced Dangerously Delicious Pies a few months back. They are such a hidden gem! They carry Dangerously Delicious Pies, Julia's Empanadas, and lot of sweet treats. The people that work there are very sweet.

Love the Killer ESP in Old Town and especially love this one in Chinatown as it is close to work. No seating (or cute dog) like Old Town but the same drinks and empanadas I love. Really enjoy a cup of specialty tea, Nutella late, or if I miss breakfast a ricotta empanada.

When they say Killer, they ain't lyin. It's easy to miss this one...I actually found it walking to another coffee shop, (name redacted). Killer ESP really does have amazing espresso, and my Americano was buttery. Great coffee, super fast. This is a place to get a cup on the go, so go already!

Great local coffee shop in Chinatown. Good selection of coffee and teas - tons of teas. There isn’t any indoor seating but the shop is super cute.

I have a great time every time I go get something from ESP. Staff are AWESOME. Quick to laugh and get to know their customers. If it didn't hurt my wallet I would be in there every morning.
