Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

Some of the best crafted chocolates I’ve had in a while. We stopped for the ice cream, but then I saw everything else. Candy, caramel topping in a jar, and caramel apples. Service was very pleasant, thorough, and attentive. We sat outside and enjoyed our treats. We will definitely be back

This ice cream was incredible. I got the Praline Caramel Ice Cream 9.7. It has a rich, creamy texture that melts smoothly in your mouth. The sweetness was just right—not overly sugary but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. I enjoy every bit of this...this went crazy.

I gave it a 3 because I usually don’t have a bad experience, with just getting ice cream . However when I bought the ice cream cake for my daughter 2year birthday I was very disappointed. The cake looked melted , sprinkles dissolved and ice chips everywhere . The cakes was very expensive, but when I complained to management they said that I should have brought it back (even though we took it out when it was time to sing happy birthday in front of all of our friends and family ). They were very unfeeling and nonchalant and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else . Please stick to the things you can see ( the cake was boxed up and wrapped in plastic ) , especially if it’s a special event.

I went in on a Wednesday at @9:28pm and was told that the store was closed. However, on their site and Google, it says they close @10pm. Instead of still servicing us for the inconvenience and their mistake we were turned around with a sad excuse. But the treats are good. The interaction just put a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been to kilwins several times before since my friend recommended this place to me. They have great ice-cream here and a variety of flavors! My personal favorite here is blue moon which tastes like a combination of cotton candy and bubblegum. In my most recent visit, I got a coffee chocolate chip scoop with a sugar cone! That was pretty good too. I have been to kilwins every time I visited Chicago, and I am sure I’ll go there again in my next visit. The ambience is really good too and they have a large assortment of sweets/chocolates besides the ice cream.

I used to be a big fan when I lived in HP, but hadn’t been in years. Decided to stop in tonight after a long, hot week. Ordered 1 scoop and the portion is laughable for the price - $10 (I left tip - regrettably). Also, the young man working the register 6/26 has a nasty disposition and should work on his customer service skills. That plus mediocre ice cream means I won’t be back.

I really enjoyed my visit here. They have a ton of options for sweets, including chocolates, ice cream, and many other confections. We just got some ice cream and we were very happy with it. The staff was fast and very polite. There is some seating inside of you'd like to sit. The prices are pretty high, but it's fun to just have as an occasional treat. Probably the best ice cream in the area.

I allowed myself to indulge here a few days ago for my birthday. The establishment was clean and staff was very friendly. They had a variety of available treats. I was even able to sample a couple of ice-creams. I chose a traditional taffy apple and a chocolate covered turtle marshmallow. My only complaint is they weren't fully staffed. So, service was a bit slower than I'd like it to be.

Popped into this Black owned ice cream shop for something sweet after dinner one night. I was not expecting such a lovely experience as it was my first time finding out about this place. I found it on Google just looking for ice cream. They have sooo much more than ice cream! I got two Apple Pie Caramel Apples, S'more ice cream, and Dulce de Leche ice cream both in waffle bowls. WOW This was probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had! So creamy and delicious! The apples!!! Soo good! Service is quick and the staff is friendly; everyone working together. I can't wait to come back! I know the line will be out of the door this summer!

Does not offer samples so you just have to guess if you'll like a $15 scoop of ice cream. And the light skin guy with wild hard and glasses that works the front counter is super arrogant and rude. Not someone you want to be handled by when spending your money. Ice cream.... 6/10

I got ice cream and also white chocolate covered rice crispy. We got sample ice cream before making our choices. One of the staff even gave me a free pretzel stick :)

This is a great spot to get ice cream. Chocolate chip is my go-to, but they don't offer, so I got cookies and cream. It was good! I'll definitely be back when I'm around. The place is clean, big, and the service was great.

Excellent experience at this location getting delicious high quality treats. Came to get a sweet treat with some friends after eating at Bob's pizza. I got the double scoop of ice cream which proved to be so much. In the future would just get 1 scoop. It was delicious and so fresh. I had the toasted coconut which was fantastic. Additionally the Kilwins tracks was tasty. Lots of other goodies here. Next time will try a Carmel Apple with nuts. Customer service was good here too. A young man with an Irish accent was so helpful.

This was some good ice cream and the service was great... I'm here from Memphis TN and never had good ice cream like this..

It's a simple small parlor. It's very straightforward. They make their cones fresh and stamp their name on them. I think that's a cool touch. I can't speak to if the ice cream is made fresh in-house, but I think their chocolates and candies are. They're certainly branded in-house because they have their own bags. It's a great treat option for a midday or after-meal snack. Nothing bad to say here.

We stopped by yesterday as part of a food tour and tried a variety of items, from chocolates to Rice Krispies to pretzels to a mini turtle sundae. Everything was so incredibly delicious. The owner of the store came out and gave an amazing speech and shared with us that everything was made in-store. My favorites were the chocolate covered Rice Krispie and the turtle sundae - both were super rich and featured a variety of textures. There are a couple seats to eat at but overall it seems the spot is more grab-and-go. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. This was my second time coming and I would definitely come again!

Whenever I go on vacation, I crave stopping in an old time chocolate store and ice cream stop. Going to Kilwins felt like I was on vacation. There were a ton of flavors of ice creams, and a scoop of ice cream was massive in the best way. There was so much charm in this place, and the ice cream was delicious too. I can't wait to come back for more ice cream and to try their homemade fudge - it looked and smelled incredible.

I drove from the west side this evening to patronize this establishment. I have heard great stories from my friends about the customer service and great sweets. Unfortunately, I left without being serviced. I came in about 8:35 and there were 2 young men in the store. The light skinned gentleman with the blow out Afro, no hairnet, no gloves, a very bad attitude, leaned on the counter while my husband and I asked questions about the menu items. We were told there was no hot caramel, no hot fudge, no marshmallow toppings. We could not order the turtle sundae nor the heavenly sundae because he "already put that up". The only reason I gave stars is because The establishment was clean and quiet. I was actually super excited upon entry. The other gentleman working was very polite and attempted to explain the menu options as well as answer my questions. However, a group of teens were anxious to order and I did not want to hold up the line. As a food service manager for the better part of 10 years, the first gentle man was off putting and rude. No greeting upon entry, no courtesy when addressing customers, eye rolling, elbows leaning on the counter and register and sighing loudly when we asked questions. The lack of hairnet with the amount of hair the gentleman had was concerning. I am quite sure this is not a representation of the establishment that came so highly recommended. I chose to leave without ordering. I will just try again on a different day and hopefully the outcome will be better.

Service was great, I was greeted when I walked in and the food was also delicious ! I have a Carmel Apple , turtle stick and gummy bears. I also purchased a scoop of Superman ice cream for my nephew and he loved it.

I Love this place, it smells soooooooo good when you walk in. And tou can see them makin the chocolate and they have a lot of different choices to choose from.

Kilwins is a cute shop with pricey confections. I've been a few times over the years, I wish the service was better. I've always felt rushed.

Always friendly environment. The only thing I really don't like are the prices. Way too expensive. I'm not paying $20 for a taffy apple. Ice cream is good. Fun to watch them make they're different items.

This stores smells aaaamazing! Walk in, inhale deeply a few times, and you probably can't walk out without wandering around and buying something. If you have a sweet tooth, you're trapped. I love caramel covered sweets, so I picked up a caramel pecan marshmallow on a stick. The rich, buttery smell did it for me. Much to my disappointment, the treat was not fresh at all - caramel was stale. Not sure how many days old it was, but the $5 treat was no longer a treat, rather, it was a challenge to nibble as it had gotten dry and did not pass the chewability test. They have a large variety of fudge, chocolate treats, and a selection of ice cream. They make for nice gifts to others or yourself. I sampled the toasted coconut ice cream (*get this!*) and it was out of this world. I would have gotten a scoop, but it was freezing in Chicago at the time. I will probably return in the future, but I hope the items are fresh next time around. The store smelled heavenly, it's a shame the treat I picked up probably once had potential.

Black owned, black owned, BLACK OWNED! My friend was visiting Chicago from LA and suggested we come here as I've never been. When I walked in I was blown away by all of the sweets! I literally told the staff to give me a moment to get myself together. I settled on milk chocolate covered graham crackers! O M G!! Sooo yummy!! I also got the pecan turtle crispie. Oh I'll be back. Another location that's well worth the drive!!! Fun and knowledgeable staff! I'm pleased!!

Sigh. I miss when Fannie May was on the South Side. This place is ok, with faux Fannie May things, it's a cute shop for gifting things for people. Apparently when you purchase the individual candies and ask for a box, you are charged $1. I guess you're supposed to gift individual chocolates in wrapped up plastic and a plastic bag. Such a turnoff

Although we dont visit very much in the winter time, Kilwins is always a staple for our walks in the Summer/Fall. We usually get a waffle cone each with one scoop. Ice cream is a little pricey, but well worth it. Quality is always good and service is always pleasant. I've never purchased anything else here aside from ice cream, but all the other treats (fudge, caramel apples) all look amazing. During the warmer months, there is patio furniture set up, which is nice, as we usually walk down with our dog. But there are no trashcans provided. This causes people (because Hyde Park) to just either leave their ice cream cups on the tables (which are never bussed by staff) napkins everywhere, etc. If a garbage can was placed somewhere, then at least those of us who care could pick up after those that don't.

One of my favorite fudge and ice cream shops! I'd picked up a piece of fudge at the S Michigan location and decided to come back since I heard they were a black owned business The fudge is a bit pricy but they were doing a Juneteenth special for $6.19 per slice. We got the salted caramel chocolate -- yum! We also really enjoyed the ice cream -- I got the chocolate coconut chip. They have locations all around the city!

Wow, we learn something new every day. Upon researching to write this review, I found out the craziest thing. As an implant to Chicago, I thought this was a local Chicago chain. Come to find out, Kilwin's started in Michigan and is very heavy in the north and northeast. Downtown Hyde Park ... Gotta love it! One evening I strolled into this place because I was staying at the Hyatt across the street. Upon walking in, I was immediately and happily greeted by the Associates working here. The smell that goes down the street can be totally intoxicating. You smell fresh waffle cones and hear the giggles of people walking in and out. This place has lots of things to offer for your sweet tooth. Candy apples with decadent toppings, chocolates, fudge, lots of other confections and especially ice cream! There is plenty of seating so you can sit and ki-ki with friends and really enjoy your treats. If you don't want to indulge on-site, they also have many giftable items that are presented very lovely. On my visit, I had pecan ice cream topped with warm, delicious caramel in a waffle cone bowl. Totally hit the spot and I left satisfied and in a very jovial mood. If you're in Hyde Park, I would suggest this place. I think it's the only ice cream parlor left in Hyde Park. Also, Kilwin's are scattered all around Chicago (downtown, up north, etc.) and in the areas mentioned above. If you're so lucky to be near one, I would definitely drop in for a treat. This isn't just a place for summertime treats either; they have something for your sweet tooth, cravings, and gifts all year long.

Me & The Bestie had a sweet tooth after lunch. So, we decided to stop into Kilwin's for something good and sweet. Wow so many yummy treats. I was so undecided of what to pick. Prices are a lil steep but what the hack. Right? You work for the things you really want. And I really wanted me something sweet and yummy to eat. I decides to get the Turtle Marsh-Mellow. It was worth my $4.95 plus tax. It was a nice size and boy was it a treat to my taste buds. When I bit into it man was it delicious. If your ever in Hyde Park please stop into Kilwin's and grab you a sweet yummy treat They also have ice cream, nice selection of candy to chose from and homemade taffy apples It is worth the money.

Everything here is fresh, delicious and expensive! The peanut butter cups, ice cream and truffles are amazing. And the hand dipped caramel apples... they are simply the best! They are made on site and the smell of the caramel is intoxicating. There are a lot of complaints about the prices however when you taste the flavor and quality, you realize you get what you pay for. The big issue is the staff. There was 2 ladies behind the counter and were incredibly rude. No greeting. Didn't respond when greeted and acted as if they were being bothered. When i pay $10 for an ice cream cone, I expect someone to say hello!

You can easily catch the line wrapped outside but the wait is worth it. Very steep price but you're paying for quality! Both the ice cream the apple taffy's are beyond delightful. Gourmet is an understatement. The Carmel is so rich it'll leave you thirsty. The apples are extra large and the scoops are a generous size with yummy waffle cones. It's so cultured inside.

Great assortment of ice cream and chocolate. The fudge look absolutely decadent and are massive chunks that you first see when you enter the store. Great souvenir to bring to friends and relatives if they don't have a Kilwins near them!

This place has a beautiful ambiance and lots of delicious treats. However it was not worth the hype for the price. All in all we got taffy apples, ice cream , a white chocolate Rice Krispie and pecan chocolate snapper, and chocolate covered marshmallow. While it was sweet and delicious the price was not worth the product. The best thing I got was the apple pie ice cream and I would definitely go back to try their other flavors

After a long bike ride along the lakefront I rode through Harpers Court and Kilwins was calling my name. Ah, so good. I went for a butter pecan mixed with Mackinaw Island fudge milk shake and a one dark chocolate cashew turtle. Don't judge me, totally worth every calorie. A couple times the pecans caused a bit of a traffic jam getting stuck in the straw. The whole ordeal made situation made it even better. Parked my bike and walked through downtown Hyde Park enjoying my milkshake. After I was all done, I went back to Kilwins and grabbed some hand packed ice cream to take home for the family. Mint chocolate chip, Kilwins Mud and cookies and cream. No wonder I have 10 checking here. Did I mention that it's black owned, well it is. Looking forward to my next bike ride.

What makes an ice cream shoppe an ice cream shoppe? Should it have ice cream or just pictures? Every time I come by this place there is never anything in stock. The only thing that is great about this place is.....not a damn thing. I am so over this place. I wish Shawn Michelle's Homemade Ice Cream was in Hyde Park to replace this trash. Thanks

Came here last week to get a shake before my movie. Apparently the place uses hand made ice cream. I was unaware that ice cream was made my machines in certain instances. The ice cream was adequate. It was sweet ice cream the milk seemed normal as well. The price was unusal though. With tax $9 something. In life there are instances where people will pay a premium despite quality. Like beer at an airport or pop at a movie theater or concessions at a sports stadium. What I'm saying is Chicago has a decent selection of independent ice cream shops that aren't corporate behemoths that won't charge nearly 10 US dollars for some ice cream and milk combined via blender.

Ice cream cones are delicious and the ice cream flavors are amazing. I would give it 5 star but they only let you try one flavor (at least let us try 3) and the description of the flavors could be more detailed due to that. Besides that issue, ice cream on a cone was great here!

I AM A SUCKER FOR CHOCOALTE AND SWEETS!!! I saw the previous reviewer who wrote "HOLY TOE-CURLING AMAZEBALLNESS," and I gotta say, she knows whats good! I've gone here more than 20 times in my 4 years of living in Chicago, they have something for every occasion and feels. They have from chocolates, to cookies, to fudge to ice cream to even caramel apples and even popcorn. SO MANY FLAVORS! Their creations are very unique and it's convenient that there is one store that has all this sugary goodness that has something for everyone. I really like their service as well, they are very nice and allow you to try their fudges and ice creams before so you can buy exactly what you want! Good luck buying only one or two things, because I kid you not, you will walk out of this store imagining what you'll try the next time around!

I'm giving Kilwins a 3-Star because their Hot Chocolate machine was broken. :( Saaaayyy whaaat... There's no other way to make hot cocoa at a chocolate store? The employee could've recommend me a different drink he could make but he did not and I just left with a dark chocolate peanut butter cup ($3.75). Though, as I walked out of the store a few minutes later I got a quick glance of another employee seeming to make a hot chocolate drink... I'm confused.

This place is absolutely amazing. You walk in and its smells absolutely delectable. The staff are so nice and everything is handmade. The ice cream is handmade and comes in so many flavors. They have chocolate covered marshmallows, pretzels, strawberries, Rice Krispies, apples, and nut bars.

My daughter and I stopped in a few days ago. We wanted to end a day of shopping with something sweet and satisfying. We came across this ice creamery which is located near Harper Court. I had no idea it existed before that day. You can smell the sweet smell of waffles cones on the street, which draws you in. Once inside, you notice the decor, with an old-fashioned ice cream parlor look and feel with a few contemporary fixtures and wall coverings. They offer anything you can imagine to satisfy a sweet tooth, like gigantic pecan turtles, caramels, all sorts of chocolates, all hand made, mind you, and ice cream! I ordered the butter pecan and my daughter ordered the apple pie. Both were delicious, but I will be going back for the apple pie. It was the perfect balance of apples, cinnamon and other flavors. It was apple pie a la mode on a come. I was very happy with my purchase.

Being from up North Kilwins is a staple ice cream parlor and chocolate and nut factory. I've enjoyed Kilwins home in Chicago and in NYC in my husband city. Once we got wind that there was one in Charlotte we had to visit. Since discovering this location we've been several times. Our most recent run was for Fathers Day as Kilwins is my husband fav and he wanted it for Fathers Day so we took the long hike. Entering you smell nothing but goodness from the fresh cones to the chocolate and caramel being poured on the candied apples. This location is great as right outside the door you have two benches on the side of the street but even better if you cross to enter the middle you have a nice greenery as well as multiple benches to sit and enjoy ice cream with you spouse, partner, date, children, grandparents, etc.. There is parking in the lot right next to Kilwins / behind. Don't be embarrassed to try flavors as they will give you a tasting spoon for each one you want to try. My Favs are the toasted coconut and blueberry waffle cone.

Went back yesterday because I had a yearning for a sundae but this time made sure to ask, "Is the water fountain fixed?" When the answer (by the very same and still solitary) employee was still no, I asked, "Would you still be charging me for water, then?" And the answer was that employees were not allowed to give water away, confirming my suspicion that this was all about stinginess and, frankly, usuriousness on the owners's part. It's not that I mind paying for water (even in a place that's already expensive), but this is just shitty behaviour, given that the water fountain dispenses hot water. Plus, it's my experience that when business owners start to nickle and dime their customers in this way (really, how expensive is it for you to just give water to your customers when restaurants do it for free, and yours aren't exactly the sort who are served sit-down meals and who aren't likely to even ask for water unless they're human camels like me?), it's a sure sign that they're not doing well. Again, the place was empty, around lunchtime. And just one employee. I'm calling it: Kilwin's is not around for much longer.

Meh. I paid $1.49 for a piece of caramel that was smaller than a Hershey kiss and wanted to sample the peanut butter fudge before purchasing. There are signs all over saying free fudge samples, but apparently the only sample of fudge that you can try is the cookies and cream or the pecan turtle. There was really no point in me trying those samples as I had no interest at all in purchasing them. The staff was friendly enough but I thought it was a bit overpriced.

We came for the ice cream. It wasn't great, it's like grocery store ice creams. It's not as thick and creamy as ice cream shops' ice creams. Their specialty seems to be candy, fudge, and chocolate but we didn't try any of that. Maybe I'd come back for the premium chocolate and candy but I wouldn't come back for the ice cream.

SO rich... SO flavorful... SO awesome. I highly recommend the S'mores ice cream. I came here with my daughters for an after dinner treat and we shared 2 scoops of the s'mores ice cream. came back the next day for an after lunch treat and got some kilwins mud (?) ice cream. It was sooooooo good. Plus they're black owned & I love supporting black owned businesses that provide great service and a quality product. Will absolutely be back when we're in the Chi.

Order 3 ice-cream I- sundae 2- kids Waited in front of register while the young lady was ringing up. She was laying the ice cream on the counter. A young guy came and said, would you move down. I stepped more to the side away from his register while grabbing the ice cream for the kids to move them out of the way. He said again. Would you move out of the way. I then looked at him saying. We have to pay. We haven't been given an amount. He said again- take your stuff and move down. No one was behind us. He was rude after we waited for a long time to receive our ice cream. I looked at him and said you don't have to be rude. He said just g- y'all go and leave the payer. (While still getting ice cream off the counter). I will not be back in the store. He has a bad attitude towards customer. Our your lady was super nice evened apologized for us waiting.

I will always unapologetically profess my support for Black-Owned establishments. However, the clear melanin economic excellence in this scenario did not sway my rating. This place is just THAT delicious and you can't beat the infectious atmosphere on a hot summer night meandering around 53rd street. Date night location...yes. The ice cream (no matter what flavor) hits the spot every time. Don't be intimidated by the pricey smorgasbord of fudge. If you're feeling like you have the paper then by all means load up and have a ball! But a delectable cone or cup is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth. Easy 5-stars!

I'm a really big fan of sweet treats! If we lived in a perfect world I'd indulge in sweet treats after EVERY meal and not be worried about which part of my thigh it will stick to I've been to Kilwins about 3 times for ice cream and I always get a different flavor. They never disappoint with the quality or rich flavor. My mom had raved about their chocolate candy with nuts, but I haven't had the pleasure of tasting since it's too good for her to share! Lol. Customer service is always friendly, so no complaints there. The facility is always clean and just enough seating for a few couples, kiddies with their parents or a set of besties catching up. I spied a karaoke machine, but forgot to ask if they host any small themed events. Whenever I'm in Hyde Park I can always taste a scoop or 2 on the tip of my tongue. I'll be venturing off to their chocolate strawberries next If you haven't been here and you're in the area, forget those other ice cream places and give this authentic joint a try.

Pretty fond of Kilwins Chocolate shop as there is one in Ann Arbor I used to go to. This one was similar in style with a classic ice cream shop feel with its textile walls and brown furnishing. There's a lot of ice cream to choose from here and it's kinda hilarious that they show the calorie counts. The scoops of ice cream from here are massive and run about $5 a scoop, more than enough for two people to share. We got the cookie dough and it was some of the thickest and most rich ice cream I've eaten. They also have a massive jar of crushed wall cone that is serve yourself--"drool." Definitely a treat! Nice outdoor patio that was pretty packed at 10pm on a Friday but around the corner are some nice benches in a cul de sac. Would come back for more!

What a great candy shop with the ice cream parlor touch. This place was a hit when I walked in the door seeing all kinds of treats and a open kitchen like area on the side were the Apple dipping fun takes place. Yes I was a kid in the candy store pointing my fat finger at everything lol. Until my son said mom Then my back in the days kid feeling went away Man kids will do it every time. Well he got a Oreo cookie Milk Shake and a Taffy Apple. (of course) Now my turn I got 2 turtle Cashews clusters 2 Carmel candy rolls and 3 pecan clusters. When I got home it was a party with great chocolate for me This place has a warm cafe style to it and a great Hyde Park upscale touch. I have to say this place is in a great location but if you know Hyde Park area then you know that parking is a job. Happy sweet treats

This is probably my go to for ice cream in the Hyde Park area. They have a large amount of flavors available and they're all pretty delicious. The chocolate covered s'mores, graham crackers and oreos are also to die for! The only reason Kilwins is lacking one star for me is the customer service is often hit or misss.

Updated with lower review: got a groupon and the process was a mess!!!! Charge for an extra box 4.00 charge for another flavor 3.00 each chocolate chosen! Why offer a groupon. Owner was sloppy! I love that you can see the fudge being made or the chocolate covered strawberries being dipped. They have a wide assortment of treats :-) Everything I tried so far is great and I have a serious sweet tooth. The added lounge was a plus. You can sit back and enjoy your treats. My favorite is the Hyde park fudge. Yum. By the way....they have a rewards program for frequent visitors.

Kilwins is a nice and upscale, albeit expensive, addition to the Hyde Park food scene. I lived around the corner from Kilwins for several months, but didn't stop by until I was lured in one day by a man in a moose costume... The inside was very cute. It was definitely modern, but styled with some vintage, "old time candy store" flair. The store smelled like fresh chocolate, and they had some candy samples out, which were pretty tasty. But since it was a hot day, I was in the mood for ice cream. My friends and I spent a long time trying to figure out the flavor of ice cream that we wanted. But the staff was very patient with us and happily made recommendations and gave us samples. When i saw the Superman flavor, I instantly felt so nostalgic for my childhood favorite flavor. Right now, I generally like flavors like peanut butter, pistachio, or strawberry, and certainly nothing too "colorful." But I made an exception that day. And to take reliving my childhood all the way, I got a milkshake. That's right, a Superman milkshake. It turned a really bright, unnatural shade of blue, but I had no shame that day. It was delicious! But besides the fact that it is a lot of sugar to have at once, and it is a flavor I don't normally choose, this is a treat that I will only have once in a while because it was very expensive. My small milkshake was over $7. I honestly cannot remember how much my friends' single scoop ice cream cones costed, but I do remember them being dissatisfied about the price to portion ratio. This is not ideal for a part of town that is filled with budget conscious university students. Kilwins is a great dessert option in Hyde Park, but I will save it for special occasions because of the high prices!

A candy and ice cream dream. How can you go wrong? Service was great and the sweets even greater. Some of my faves are the Turtles and the Carmel rods. Really hits the sweet spot with the ice cream in the summer months. I really miss this place now that I'm in the burbs.
