"The Maria Standard from Kimski is an excellent smoky polish sausage that’s topped with a funky kimchi-sauerkraut hybrid, and perfectly embodies Kimski’s Korean-Polish-American identity. At this casual spot, straightforward Korean dishes coexist harmoniously with crossover ones. The menu has classics like spicy rice cakes or chap chae, along with pierogies topped with soy sauce-infused sour cream or a cheesy bulgogi sandwich we think about daily.
