I have been going to this restaurant since my bachelor days when it was DJK, the predecessor of this restaurant, and I still go to this restaurant with my kids, who are now middle school students. It is one of my favorite restaurants. 1. One of the things I like the most about this restaurant is that they serve the meat right away when you order it. I will say this clearly. (There are a few other Korean BBQ buffet restaurants in this area, and some of them don't serve the meat right away even after the customer orders it. It seems like they are using a dirty trick to make the customer feel full during the delay and then not eat more meat because they are full.) This restaurant doesn't use such tricks. The meat you order comes out right away, and they even change the grill quickly if you want. 2. This restaurant includes great dishes like stews, steamed eggs, and corn cheese in their all-you-can-eat menu, so you don't have to pay extra when you order these dishes. In other restaurants, you have to pay for meat separately and order stew or steamed eggs with extra money... 3. The staff are fast and friendly. Even when they are busy, you won't have to wait much long... 4. If there is one complaint about this restaurant, it is that they open at 4 pm on weekdays (open for lunch on weekends). However, I respect that decision because it is also a decision they try to make a profit from an economic standpoint.

Service here is fantastic! Staff were friendly and quick. Quality of the food was also awesome! Their spicy marinade was a favorite of the table! Their veggies selection is limited and their salad left something to be desired but overall, it was a great treat for the price point! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a casual family meal or a small group!

Google
First time trying Korean BBQ and I loved the experience. Great price for the amount of rounds we were able to get through. The meats were great and plentiful. The dipping sauces were fantastic. The steamed egg stole the show. The service was a bit slow but we were able to get full in 3 rounds and still had 1 hour left. We were pleased and will be back. 4.5🌟

Google
We have been here so many times, sometimes order from the kitchen sometimes go for AYCE barbecue. This restaurant has plenty of seating, as well as a private party section right by the entrance. They serve authentic Korean food and delicious side dishes, can’t have enough of them, my 5 yo son can always find his favorite food on the table.

Google
For the amount of food you get and the experience, this is well worth it. The salad has a great dressing and the tofu miso soup is delicious. High quality ingredients. The staff is great! We had a great time.

Google
It was a little dingy in the restaurant. Decor was dated and run down. We had a party of 8 and they charged 18% gratuity automatically and we cook the food. The server did not explain the side dishes and did not bus our table during dinner. I had to get up and find someone to refill our waters. For the price, I was hoping to get a few more vegetables to cook.anf an explanation of the side condiments. Quality was mediocre. Service was not up par. I was so hoping to have a fun experience with my family and was a bit disappointed. Will not return.

This used to be DJK Korean BBQ before converting to King Kong Korean BBQ. The interior is still pretty much the same. The difference now is that they offer all you can eat options. You have either the Standard ($24.95) or Premium ($32.95) options. The premium option includes a few more better cuts of meat and seafood. They also have a weekday lunch option at $19.95. The quality of meat here was decent and pretty much standard for acye. It definitely does the job of filling you up if you are in search of a great amount of protein. The service here made the difference for me as the staff made sure that we had enough to eat and always checked up on us. They were also friendly about it.

Google
All You Can Eat menu is what makes this place worth it. It's right off a main road and it's next to a motel, so the vibes already isn't the best. The service was good. The meats were hit or miss, I suggest the bulgogi and miso pork belly. The Hawaiian beef seemed like older meat and didn't have much flavor. If you want quick KBBQ, this is a decent spot.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate Mother's Day with my two kids. Food was nice and great flavoring with the marinaded meats. The downside was one of the servers. The server could've been a bit less forceful during their change of grills. While transitioning the food from the old one to the new one she used a lot of force to get the meat off the grill that the juices splattered on my hand, face, and neck. I shared that she splattered meat juice all over me (while my kids were watching her) and the server completely ignored my statement. Even my youngest asked if I was okay, but she just left the table. No apology, rather just walked away nonchalantly. I hope she understands that she could've handled herself with a bit more patience.

Yelp
Great spot for some KBBQ. The staff is nice and provides ample side dishes. My go-to spot for Korean bbq.

Yelp
The food is always magnificent. I go back time after time after time simply because I'm l craving it! Luckily there have been the same few servers there, they recognize everyone that comes consistently. They're friendly, efficient and really good about noticing if a sake bottle is empty or all the raw meat has been cleared. It's warm, but everyone is cooking at their table. Pretty loud, not a lot of privacy. Family friendly. Well lit, and their bathrooms are always clean!

Yelp
We didn't go for AYCE, with two teenage girls, a grandma and spouse, no chance AYCE will have much value although variety of choice would be nice. We instead ordered some staples, walked out paying about $80 and had leftovers. On an early quiet Friday afternoon they weren't busy and food came out fairly fast. I'd come back not for the AYCE and just order a entrees again. Although with same male friends I'm sure we can eat back a decent amount of the buffet price :) The owner even came out, greeted us and asked how things were. RARE for a K establishment...

Yelp
If you plan on going on a Saturday, come before 5 pm. By the time we left 5:30 ish there was a line for tables. Let me set the scene. We got there and there was one other table waiting for the rest of their party and 2 tables leaving. We placed our drink and food order at the same time. As the waiter left the table across from us got sat. He disappeared for a bit, took the order of those across from us, and gone again. It wasn't long when he came back with food, but it was not what had ordered. He had dropped it and ran before we could say anything. Then tables started to fill up and he pretty much ignored us. The second waiter was very sweet and helped us to get those drinks that never got, a fork that was asked for in the beginning as well, and our second order of meat later. She was amazing! The sides were all great, though a bit small servicings. The salad was good and fresh. We found all unmarinated red meats were very good. Nice cuts, good flavor. The bulgogi wasn't bad, just that same flavor as you'd get from a store bought marinate. One of the meats we didn't order, a marinated, I think pork loin soaked in some sort of alcohol was interesting. Cooked it tasted like bread. Lastly, the teriyaki chicken was very good. The food is good, and the place is clean with the standard Korean BBQ vibe. I will say there are no fans for the smoke, and I did smell like a campfire after. It's not my new bbq spot, but it's still good.

Yelp
I was at King Kong with my daughter last Monday night, that was my first time there and there Korean BBQ was sooooooooooo good. Highly recommend it. Will definitely go back again and again.

Yelp
I am updating my review after dining here again recently a few days ago. Family member had a craving for Kbbq and we came here as it is very local and pricing is affordable and competitive to other nearby AYCE kbbq or just Kbbq places. No changes in pricing or menu compared to last month. Staff deserves so much more appraisal than they are receiving. The ladies that serves the tables and register are fantastic. Younger female with short brown hair and blonde highlights - super patient and very nice and excellent customer care when she takes your order and brings items to you and even when you forget and ask her right there and then, she smiles and answers in a very gentle voice! She thanks you in return each time, just makes your dinning experience so WHOLESOME and feel homely. The lady that runs the register - we didn't encounter much until the end, I had a freak accident where a piece of the jalapeño fresh off the grill fell off my chopsticks and onto my thighs and danced between the two before falling on the ground - yes i might have screamed a bit out of pain and shock. She came right over to me to ask if I was ok, she didn't see right away that it was something from the grill that I dropped, she thought it was oil splatter from the meat cooking. I asked for ice but she came back with burning relief gel!! SUPER ATTENTIVE AND OBSERVANT. She waited until I applied the gel and then even when she walked away she was still concern about me and watched over her shoulder a few times in case i need something else. Again made me feel so homely and I was so well taken care of even though it was my own fault. 3rd lady, I really think she's awesome and we've seen her before and I know her only by her face mask- it's one of those homemade fabric pink ones. She's the only one that wore a pink mask. She never rushed us to get food off the grill when we have to change and she was super nice and told us to eat slowly and take our time, we have a lot of time before closing. Super nice and speaks gently, again made me feel so homely. Pricing here - very competitive and affordable. Side dishes always can ask for refill and our table of 4, we asked for two sets of ban chan - server lady said no problem. We asked for 4 sets of extra sesame oil, ssamjang and garlic and jalapeño peppers, she came and returned and got us extra too! Refilled our waters and salads (first bowl the kitchen forgot to add dressing but the second bowl was chilled and tasted very fresh and yummy). Quality of meat is good and portion size is plenty for 4 people and all the staff are so helpful and attentive. Granted we came on an evening around 8pm and not on a weekend, still they have excellent customer service. All in all those 3 ladies are pearls to keeping this place running smoothly and making your dining experience worth near 100%.

Yelp
Just love this place. The service was great. They were attentive, quick, and didn't give hassle about anything. Also the quality of the food was good for AYCE. The place was busy but not too busy so it was lively even for a Wednesday night. Will come back for sure!

Yelp
30 bucks for the standard bbq. Meat was mediocre. Salad banchan and soup were decent. Left full but unsatisfied

Yelp
Used to be our go to place for KBBQ, went yesterday around 4:30pm. It took over 15 mins to cook thin sliced beef due to heat too low. Heat was turned up, only to have it turned back down by the staff. We ordered twice before we decided to leave due to the meat taking forever to cook (1 hour). I felt a little disappointed, I noticed that the other tables got all the side dishes including their salad. We didn't get any salad so I asked for one (while the other tables were asked if they wanted extra)...I'm still waiting.

Yelp
My go-to AYCE Kbbq. Simply because the price is affordable for how much you can get out of it. The owner is super nice and friendly. The waitresses are always patience and try their best to help you when you need. They always give you a good portion of meats. Although some meats are really fatty for me like the briskets. Personally, I think Kingkong has the best marination and flavors compared to other Ayce Kbbq. Definitely worth it for the bucks!

Yelp
Waited a little bit to be seated with a reservation, completely understand that short staffing is an issue Our group was seated by the door, we were the only group so social distancing was utilized and the back door was open as well for ventilation. The meat was refilled and corn cheese was a favorite of our group. The bulgogi was well seasoned and side dishes as well as drinks were well replenished for our table. The soda sized were really big and worth the price. The service was great for being short staffed and we were checked in regularly too. With a group, only 2 cards are accepted and tip is already included, split down the middle as the amount can't be split by item.

Jodie A.

Yelp
Me and my family have been coming here for years now and we still love it! We come in a big group and always order AYCE, the service is always good, the food is great and the prices are lower than all the other Korean spots around. Weekends do get busy after 5 so be aware of that. But it is a simple place to eat good Korean food!

Lei B.

Yelp
DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE! Worst service ever!!! Coming to this place we were excited and hungry! They did not explain to us why they weren't serving us, did not let us use one of the 2 table top grills, did not let us order the items we wanted on our table. Refused to get the owner on the phone so I could talk to them about their customer service. The other boy rudely walked way when trying to talk to him. Our family has been to many Korean bbq restaurants as we love and enjoy this type of restaurant. Never ever had we encountered any type of service as this! This place should be shut down.

Su-jen Y.

Yelp
Loved that there is a standard option since I can't eat that much so the premium one would not be worth it for me loved the brisket and pork jowl. For the jowl, I recommend grilling it for much longer so that a lot of the fat is grilled off and the meat becomes super crispy and doesn't taste oily. I also ordered the bibim cold noodle. It was decent.
google avatar

Morgan B.

Yelp
This place is open for dine in as of right now. We did the all you can eat bbq the $25 a person one. It was decent food. The meat is cut kind of thick. ($10 fee for not finishing) The inside was nicely spaced out per the pandemic. It also wasn't crowded for a Saturday. The employees are very kind people but they just really lack on service. We weren't checked on until we were ready to go. Drinks were empty majority of the time as were other sides. Considering how empty the restaurant was today, I was a bit disappointed regarding the service.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
Pretty good for Portland options, but if you're from a bigger city like LA or Vegas it's no comparison. We got all you can eat, premium option, so that we could get more shrimp and squid options for the non-beef eater. If your whole party eats beef then I think the regular option is fine if you're like me and prefer the basic thin sliced stuff. Service was good - there were two ladies rotating around taking orders. We got plenty of food within our time period and left happy and quite full. They changed our grill once and we were able to get more banchan easily. Convenient location too since it's near the main strip of Beaverton restaurants and bars. Would come back.

Jess L.

Yelp
Worst services, they won't let my kids seat together because we ordered different food for them instead of all you can eat. When the bill came, they wouldn't separate the bill, they added their gratuity together . Well if this is the case, they shouldn't had make my kids seat separately. They said they called the police i When we questioned their bill! Restaurant is greasy everywhere, needs to walk very carefully.
google avatar

Gina H.

Yelp
Went with a group of 5 and tried the premium all you can eat. Ordered many different things on the menu: #1 thinly sliced beef brisket - it gets tough quickly, going to pass next time #3 Thinly sliced beef belly - first time trying it and it was great! #6 Spicy beef small intestine - ok but wont order again #7 Beef large intestine - too large and way too fatty to eat #11 LA style short ribs (galbi) - seasoned perfectly and definitely our favorite item!!! #12 Beef top blade - ok but nothing special #16 Pork belly - nice and thick ans definitely a must try #24 Pork Jowl - oh my, right mix of fat and meat. Another favorite!!! #30 Shrimp - nothing special and size is super small, I would pass next time #34 Spicy squid - ok but not great #39 Soybean paste soup - yummy! Its a must with grilled meat Also got mixed veggies with sliced garlic, onions, sweet potatoes and mushrooms.

Yelp
First time eating inside restaurant since covid19 started, there were not of people, we were not sitting close to other tables. Side dishes was good, I like the fish cake. Ask for spicy sauce if u like spicy. The marinate on the meat was good. There were only two people, they did their best but once there less table, they were more attentive. We just did dinner standard, $24.95.
google avatar

Mirelle F.

Yelp
Food and service was great. We were eating with our 4 year old that didn't even eat any of the AYCE food, we ordered japchae separately but still was charge with 50% AYCE value just because she was sitting with us. They should have informed us about their policy.

Yelp
So good!! I have been to KingKong twice now and have had a good experience both times. My favorite meat to get is the miso pork belly! The banchan is also great, which I consider to be an essential part of the Korean bbq experience. I like the salad that is served as well, it's refreshing when eating all that meat. Inside feels like a group/family oriented space and is a great place to hangout with friends, cook some food, and have a few sojus. There is a doorbell at each table that you can press to get the attention of your server, which is very convenient.

Chris J.

Yelp
We didn't enjoy anything about KingKong Korean BBQ. The ventilation was terrible. Food was underwhelming- garlic scallops had no hint of garlic or butter, just watery scallops. Banchan was subpar. There are other options in the area that are worth spending money at. I will say a majority of the staff were kind and hardworking.

Ana C.

Yelp
Great service, the place and the waitress are fast and efficient. The only bad thing about this place is that some of the customers make a big effort to ruin everybody's experiences by complaining about small thing. We were sited close to a big group with kids, two of the old men of that table were rude af with the people in there which made us feel uncomfortable. If you can't pay and read the rules l, why do you bother? That's just ridiculous!!!!! I see a lot of people complaining about the prices and the rules but all places HAVE rules. It's amazing how some people can behave like kids and not line what they are, grown adults. Food is good, I recommend to do AYCE PREMIUM since they have a good variety of foods (if you are a beef lover that's the only right way to go). Compared to other bbq places this is the best one so far. Don't let other influence in your personal experience, at the end of the day what matter is the taste of the food.

Ali M.

Yelp
The food is good but the place is understaffed. They were trying their best to make everyone happy though. The bulgogi was on point but the thin slice chadot was different than other sauce places I would go again

Iris L.

Yelp
I have been eating Korean bbq for more than 20 years and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. We were a group of 6 chose the premium AYCE. Their rules: - you can only order 4 plates each round - limited 2 hours of dining time (including waiting time, and they serve SLOW) - only serve two pieces of Galbi, 4 thin slices of beef tongue each round, 1 small piece of steak, 4 thin slices of beef - Only serve 4 rounds of premium selection meat ( calculate this and we can't even have two pieces of galbi per person) - can order more ONLY after you cook all meat They didn't state how much meat they limited to serve you each round with limited number of rounds. With party of 6, we were waiting to order food or waiting for food HALF OF TIME. They literally took 15 minutes to come take order, and another 15 minutes to serve the raw meat. We probably sat there with an empty table without food almost for an hour. We even needed to go the front desk to order food because no one came after we pressed the bell for 20 times. No salad no banchan. The grill was burned dark empty every time cus there's no food to cook with a very long wait time. And we even needed to change the grill ourselves cus no one changed the grill!! This serving 4 plates with very small portion of meat makes might sense for party of two. But for a bigger party, it's almost like no food was being served. Imagine each 30 minutes, a party of 6 only gets two galbi, 8 thin slices of meat, and a palm size steak. We tried to communicate with them that the server and the food came too slow (how long does it take to get raw meat to be served?!) . But they didn't improve at all. I'm 100% sure they did it on purpose, probably this is how they have been doing to to limit how much customers eat. We were charged full price for something they called ALL YOU CAN EAT, with very limited amount of premium meat we can order. At the end, everyone in my group was half full and left the restaurant unhappily! To be honest, if they can't run premium AYCE, just take it off from the menu. DO NOT FALSE ADVERTISE, AND TRICK CUSTOMERS!

Yelp
Food is tasty, great selection and amazing service. My husband and I have been dining here for 2 years now. There's two menu, one menu offers seafood selection
google avatar

Lindsay T.

Yelp
This is my first time coming here since they switched to all you can eat and changed the name. We ordered the basic dinner, $24.95/adult and half price for kids under 8. The service, meats, and side dishes were so good! They refilled the sides promptly and changed out the grill when it was used so we had a fresh grill for the second round of meat. The all you can eat menu also includes soy bean paste soup and steamed egg, both were delicious! There was sesame oil and miso dipping sauces that went well with the meat and the kid loved it on his rice. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and we will definitely be back again Great value for the money.

T H.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst service. They were not busy, brought items out including utensils, napkins, water separately, wasting time and then brought our children's food last. The staff were inefficient and unfriendly. When we voiced our disappointment they never apologized, showed any concern and even threatened us. No more details needed other than it was shocking how poorly their customer service was. We definitely do not recommend this place. There are other Korean BBQ places who appreciate their customers and have tasty food.
google avatar

Brett E.

Yelp
This is a nicely run kbbq place. Other places will give you glitz if you want it but if you want k-pop, ajumma service, and good food, this is your place. We went for the standard allucaneat and it worked for me and my son. The Kimchi plates were standard fare and about 8. If you wanted more you could ask for more. If you want Kalbi or seafood you need to pay the $6 up charge. Service was nice and friendly although we were there on a Monday night (730pm) so it wasn't too busy. We'll be back!

Lindsey V.

Yelp
Service lacks at this place. No matter if you go when it's busy or not, they'll serve you your first round and then ignore you for the rest of the time you're there. Server will make eye contact with you multiple times and tell you they'll be right over just to ignore you again. Has time to print out our checks but not our food that we've ordered 2-3 three times. This used to be my favorite place but the service has been horrible every single time we've gone lately. Disappointing.
google avatar

Corleen E.

Yelp
Shoutout to the servers we had during lunchtime today! They were very attentive and polite despite our many requests. We were seated quite fast despite it being lunch hour on a weekend. The food was okay. Could've added a little more banchan options but the salad with sweet dressing was a favorite. We mainly ordered the thin slices of beef and pork belly which were both good. We also tried the soup and steamed egg which were flavorful. I think dipping sauces elevate the meat and we were given two: oil with salt & sweet vinegar dip. We asked if they had ssamjang for a spicy kick, but was given this thick orange sauce instead that was definitely not what we were looking for. Hopefully next time they'll have ssamjang available as it is a kbbq staple.

Yelp
Been craving Korean BBQ so much during this pandemic and they were one of the only two places open for lunch. This place is previous DJK, now All you can eat Korean BBQ. My favorite Korea BBQ place in Beaverton is Kokkii, but they were not open for lunch. I am so glad I tried here! There are two different priced packages, and 1 simpler one for lunch ( you can order more expensive dinner package, but decided to try $19.99 lunch buffet. Lunch and cheaper package does not have Kalbi ( Korean rib) and Ribeye. What I like about this AYCE bbq style is that it's full service. You can order 4 different meats at a time and can change to different meats. My favorite meat was miso pork belly, they were lean juice, and seasoned just right. My son always like frozen thinly sliced sirloin, so he can dip them in sauce ( they were fresh) and my daughters favorite was spicy pork. They also gave us tofu stew (yum) and egg soufflé ( typically at Korean BBQ, non-AYCE, it's additional $5) without additional charges. Ban Chan (side dishes are standard). The service was wonderful, perhaps as there were very few dine in customers. They changed out the hot grill 3 times during or meal, they came as soon as our meat were running low, didn't give us dirty eyes for eating too much me and 4 teenagers... Next time will try the dinner menu that has more expensive meats, which is almost same price ($36.99) as getting 1 order of Kalbi at Korean BBQ. We were glad we stopped by here and will be back!

Zoey C.

Yelp
If you want to get sick come here . Me and my husband have gotten food poisoning. We have had explosive diarrhea for the past five hours . This was the only thing we have had eaten the same . 100% sure it was this place .
google avatar

Geofry T.

Yelp
Located right next to a very sketchy hotel. Standard korean BBQ rules. The meat was very greasy. Unfortunately, we will not ve having korean bbq again.
google avatar

Meek M.

Yelp
Seated at 6:20 pm was told by server we had our last order at 7:50pm. Waited over 20 minutes to order between "rounds@ for 4 people. Terribly slow service, and never offered or brought rice or offered any beverage. Will never come back. This place is greedy and the service so slow and service is poor. Won't be leaving a tip. Go to Kkoki on 80th and Foster. Much better service and experience and you're not kicked out before your 2 hour limit. I should have taken pictures of the restroom if you're still unconvinced.
google avatar

Charlie T.

Yelp
Finally there's an all you can eat Korean bbq on the westside. You can choose from the Standard or the Premium choice of meats. They allow you to choose up to 4 meats at a time. The quality of meat is not bad and pretty much standard when at an acye place. I liked the fact that I was able to order more than one of the steamed egg dishes (some places only let you order one). I initially would rate this place a 4 star, but the service from the kind lady was very nice and friendly. She made sure we got everything and always asked if we wanted more. Good customer service goes a long way for me.

Yelp
Beef Brisket Beef Bulgogi Spicy Pork Belly Miso Pork Belly Wine Pork Belly Spicy Chicken ...OK! Japchae Salad Kimchi Side ..... Great dining experience. Staff was helpful, friendly and made us feel so welcome. Kept turning down our burner, when they passed by, that was but annoying and it could have been the equipment but i think they were trying to be helpful. We had to ask to turn up a few times. That would be our only complaint. We had three meat courses and they came out timely with no judgement. The refilled drinks ans kimchi sides often and at a regular cadence. Staff was very cheerful! Our first time since the new ownership and we like it. Can't wait to wake up from meat coma and do it again!

Yelp
Save your money and stay away from this place. Here's why: We (party of 5) chose the all you can eat option ($32.99). We were informed that we had 2 hrs to eat. The meat portions were very small for 5 people, and the service was extremely slow. Our waitress seemed irritated because we kept asking for more meat. This was by far the worst all you can eat KBBQ experience for us. Don't come here if you want to get your fill on KBBQ; go to K-Town KBBQ.

Yelp
we just visited this place four days ago: Hidden gem, great service from staff- we had a young gentleman(forgot his name) but he was awesome! Very knowledgeable with everything about the menu, explained in detail everything we inquired about- everything was great n delicious. We love the fact that they change out the grills so that you don't continue grilling on a charred/burnt surface. Only thing is the ventilation could be better, the one oscillating fan we seen one table away was basically blowing the smoke and everything in our direction- we left smelling like we were the grill lol! And our eyes watery and red lol! Other than that it was great! Definitely looking to visit again soon and would recommend to friends/family- anyone ;)

Yelp
After researching what seemed to be the best option in the area for Korean BBQ we ended up here last night. Not only time that I'll never get back again but a celebratory birthday dinner that left most of us sick within a couple of hours and still not feeling well. The service was also awful. We all had the AYCE deluxe menu. It was like trying to herd cattle to get anyone to bring us drinks or food. Rude service and super inattentive. I would not recommend this place if you want a nice experience or good food. The quality and c the meat was subpar and obviously rancid since all of us are sick. Stay away from this place!

Yelp
Telling us you've called the police because we questioned your bill is pretty rare. I mean that was amazing. Awesome. Making our kids sit at a separate table as well. I mean top notch service there. Awesome x 2! But really- the chef's kiss- when you refuse to apologize for your absolute sh*t behavior and attitude. I can forgive bad service, and even bad food....but bad attitude, no. F*ck you this is a restaurant not your personal hall of grievances. And if you don't want kids there you should probably make that clear before we sit down. Take your business elsewhere folks- this place isn't worth your hard earned money.

Yelp
so good. we've tried a lot of kbbq places as it's one of our favorite special treat night dinners, but Kingkong takes gold. the customer service was great. we did the AYCE package even though it was only 2 of us but it was actually great because they don't give you too much meat with each serving, which made us feel like we could try more variety than at other places. we had absolutely no issue finishing what we ordered. the cuts were the perfect size not too thick not too thin not I barely had to touch the scissors either. it was cozy and we didn't feel lost among the other patrons. the grill cot changed out quickly each time we requested it. out mean was also brought to us very quickly. they only thing I found myself wishing was that they gave us more tteok when we ordered that, but that's because it's one of my favorites and I could eat about 500 but they only bring you 4, which is actually standard. suffice to say this is officially our go to kbbq in the beaverton area.

Yelp
One star is for the only one food we got. Been there for 2 hours from 8PM to 21:52PM, being seated at the corner. No service at all. Only one server showed up once for the entire 2 hours. Totally being forgotten and ignored. I have to sent my kid to ask them for a check after we waited for one and half for foods at all. This is not a all you can eat, it is a no food for you to eat!

Yelp
Not coming back. Have you tried having s*x without an org*sm?!!! That's what it feels like here! $32.99 per person. There's 4 of us. Limit 4 order of meat per table. They serve very small portions. As in! Very small portion! And when you ask for more, it takes forever for them to serve! We only asked one more time. We tried to ask for a third serving. She said "thank you". Meaning thank you for coming. This is the only All You Can Eat restaurant that we left still hungry, still craving for more. We love to go out to eat, a lot. And notice that at Korean Restaurants, there's a lot of Korean people eating. This is the only Korean Restaurant that there's not even one Korean client. That tells you something.

Yelp
Been here twice and both times a really solid, great experience! In person with a large group is such a fun time. All their meats and sides are spot on and didn't leave disappointed. I've also had amazing beef bulgogi takeout too that was cooked and seasoned very well and a generous portion. Will return!

Yelp
The good was the meat refills were very reasonable and we had no issues once the dinner got started. The salad dressing was amazing and the salad was FRESH and didn't taste/look like it came out of a bag! The rice was replenished as needed and same with banchan. Our waiter was nice! The bad was it took a long time, after getting seated, to get water and our order started. Like 20 min long to get water and drinks and order taken. The banchan was just ok, edible..good..nothing special tho. The Kim Chi was good and we enjoyed another one of the dishes. Don't know what it's called because our waiter didn't know what it's called... I would have liked a few more options for dipping sauces but not a deal breaker. We will come back here again when wanting Korean BBQ and overall im glad we ate here.

Yelp
Didn't see the AYCE option but ending up close to $200 for 3 people. Meats and sides are average. Price is a little on the premium side. Server is extremely attentive. They have plenty of seatings! I went there late night and they only opened one side of the dining room.
