"You probably heard of Kismet Bagels long before they opened their spot on Girard (thanks to their pop-up days)—and their reputation lives up to the hype. They serve soft bagels with a satisfying crackle from Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 7am. It’s the bagel sandwiches, though, like The Spicy (with bacon, egg, cheese, pickled jalapeños, and peppery everything schmear) that makes this more than just your neighborhood bagel shop.
