"Kiss My Slice was modern neighborhood pizza parlor that flaunts its creativity, as seen its epic fried chicken and waffle slice, with a dribble of syrup." - Robert Sietsema

"There is a kind of modern neighborhood pizza parlor that flaunts its creativity, turning out oddball slices that seek to compete with other forms of fast food, either by poaching on their territory, or just by jumping up and down and shouting, "Me! Me! Me!" The sassily named Kiss My Slice does both, as seen by a careful examination of its epic fried chicken and waffle slice. The waffle has been minced into individual boxes, the fried chicken cut in cubes, and a drizzle of pancake syrup, probably constituting the first time syrup has been put on a slice of pizza. Pineapple-and-pepperoni is another strange slice choice." - Robert Sietsema

We needed a quick bite after a nice three hour train ride and Kiss My Slice did the trick. It's a small place, we chose to stand at the counter by the window to people watch, which, let's face it, NYC has prime people watching opportunities. The pizza came out hot, solid NY style pizza. Thin crust with not too much nor too little cheese and sauce. We got the special... 2 slices and a bottle of water for $5.50. For a snack, it was perfect. The guy behind the counter was polite. Eat here with no regrets.

As far as nyc pics goes, it’s crispy while not being too thin. The crust is handmade. The specialty pizzas were very good. My husband loved the barbecue chicken and I was a big fan of the buffalo chicken. Overall would buy again. One slice is the right amount of food for a quick bite. :)

With all the competition this place seals the deal as the best local pizza shop. It was literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel and their food really satisfies. For $5 you can get 2 slices of plain pizza, they also make buffalo chicken turnover which are absolutely delicious!

Great pizza joint within walking distance of all of the tourist stops. Don’t fall for the $1 pizza elsewhere. Pay a couple extra bucks and get the good stuff! Thin and crispy crust. Quality cheese. Tasty pizza. You can’t go wrong!

There is nothing like arriving in New York City and getting your first delicious taste of the city's famous pizza. For me this was 'Kiss My Slice'. Walking around Times Square and coming in out of the cold to this shop was a treat. Many different flavors are on display at this pizza by the slice shop. Our pizza choices were quickly cooked and given to us. Prices were fair, and we took them to their little stand-up counter facing the window where we could people-watch, enjoy the warmth, and our pizza! Pizza is sold by the slice. I don't remember if credit cards are accepted, but it's a good idea to carry some cash on you when shopping around in NYC. Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, and Garlic powder are available to add to your slices. It was a tasty enjoyable experience and I would come back for more!

Pros : yummy pizza … really enjoyed their Buffalo chicken pizza. Cons : Expensive. They need to learn how to make garlic knots. They were dry and lacked garlic!

I was so pleasantly surprised to find a place serving ready vegan slices in this area. My partner loved the regular cheese slices too. The slices were as big as my face and the employees were all so nice. The spot felt like a true NYC pizzeria, I loved it.

As New York as it gets, this hole-in-the-wall pizza stop is everything you imagine it to be. For me, I came due to the new vegan offerings, and was excited to pick up 2 vegan Beyond Meat veggie slices. Fully loaded and extremely satisfying, I definitely recommend this for any vegans who want a classic NY pizza experience.
