First time at a place like this and it was amazing. To the reviews from the folks below saying the portions are to small go to McDonald's. The server was the best I've ever had and everything was a new experience. The short rib was perfect, the bites appetizer surprises you with each nibble, and the pistachio dessert was unique but fulfilling.

Never tried the restaurant when it was at Trinity Groves, but decided to have an early dinner before our play at the Undermain in Deep Ellum on this Friday night. We were the first people there, yet we were seated at the worst table near the kitchen and loud speakers. And we had reservations! I blame the insufficient host. He was not friendly. He stopped by our table. I thought he wanted to see how dinner was going, but he wanted to borrow a chair...instead of taking from the 3/4 empty dining room. The food was solid, though. Small plates seemed the most intriguing. The yellow find tuna was delicious. The main dishes were just solid, but could use some refinement. Byron, our waiter, was very nice but didn't make up for the host's faux pas. We will not be returning again. There are too many other great restaurants in the area to bother.

Had one of the best meals of our lives tonight. Food amazing, service amazing (I'll say here that our server was possibly the best server we've encountered in our 5 years of dining out together), atmosphere - everything was excellent! The concept of a new chef and artist every six months makes this an exciting place to come back to repeatedly!

Went here for breakfast, the biscuits and gravy is really good. Chefs change out every 6 months and the menu changes. Doesn't have as many local beers/taps as Luck(2-3 restaurants down), but they usually have something I like. If it's nice weather out, this area has good restaurants and plenty of patio space.

One of my favorite spots in trinity groves. The changing menu is a unique and refreshing take on a restaurant and makes for an enjoyable experience. Great staff at the time I was there as well as an experienced bartender who made some excellent cocktails. Can't wait to see what the next chef will be cooking up!

We enjoyed every dish we had under chef Nick Amoriello this pass weekend. My favorite was the rabbit, it was amazing! We met Nick and super down to earth, you can really see he has a passion for food. Would recommend it to everyone.

Favorite place in Dallas! Food was super good and very comparable to what you can find in San Francisco. Awesome meats, rabbit was perfection. Cocktails are very creative and tasty. For sure a place that I would recommend when visiting Dallas. The cool thing is that they have a new chef every six months so that adds a lot of variety and excellence by chefs. Must do!
