Kitchen Ter(re)

"William Ledeuil has concocted a kaleidoscope of minimalist tastes. His star dishes include high - flying pasta (made by artisan Roland Feuillas from spelt, durum wheat, einkorn and tender Roussillon wheat) but also Thai broth of eel and potatoes, or a cappuccino of tamarin apple and caramel ice - cream. 100% modern, 100% delicious." - Michelin Inspector

This was one of the best restaurants I went in Paris! We ordered a vegetarian ravioli, that was an explosion of beauty and flavors, just the arrival of the dish itself at the moment that the citric sauce is added, is the start of a mind blowing experience. The whole meal was fantastic! The drinks were really interesting too. The service was lovely! The restaurant environment is calm and relaxed, with good background music. Definitely I’ll come back soon!

Best meal I had in Paris! The ravioli, which was actually gyoza in a wonderful sauce of coconut, ginger and other wonderful ingredients, was heaven on earth. So many flavors from different cultures and parts of the world put into one bite. Truly incredible. The shrimp appetizer and the deserts were also delicious and beautiful. If you are visiting Paris, you MUST have dinner at Kitchen Terre

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I don’t know how else to explain it besides saying it was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. If you are traveling to Paris, ITS A MUST TRY ‼️

Kitchen Ter(re) is a culinary gem nestled in Paris’s 5th arrondissement, offering a unique fusion of southern French and Mediterranean seafood flavors. Helmed by renowned chef William Ledeuil, this establishment stands out for its innovative approach to traditional dishes. The menu showcases a variety of pasta dishes crafted from ancient grains like spelt, durum wheat, and einkorn, sourced from artisan miller Roland Feuillas. While dining there I enjoyed the dentelles de cucugnan which featured a delicious homemade pasta with smoked eel and asparagus. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the cream sauce was delicate and delightful. Seafood enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of offerings. While dining we enjoyed the Peche du jour, which is the fresh fish of the day. We also enjoyed a seafood starter of smoked fish ginger asparagus and dill, it was perfectly balanced. The restaurant’s commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients ensures a memorable dining experience. The ambiance at Kitchen Ter(re) is both trendy and cozy, featuring electric blue benches, and terrazzo tables creating an inviting atmosphere for diners . The attentive and friendly staff further enhance the overall experience. They were very informative about the menu and helped us navigate which items to choose, taking into consideration our dietary restrictions. The staff is multi lingual which also enhances the dining experience. For those seeking a distinctive dining experience that marries southern French cuisine with Mediterranean seafood flair, Kitchen Ter(re) is a must-visit destination in Paris.

The room reminds me of a canteen, being too bright and lacking warmth. The food was delicious although the pork dish was chewy. The pace of the meal was rushed. Wham, bam, out in an hour and a half. The courses arrive before you have a chance to finish a small glass of wine matched to the previous course. Nobody asked if we wanted a second glass or wine with the second course and no coffee or digestive were offered so we left. An expensive mistake as an evening out. To add insult to injury the waitress requested a 20% tip.

Delicious cuisine! Delicate fusion between French/Italian and Thai. Superbly creative and amazingly executed. World class!

The eel soup was so good! I would say the eel was not noticeable though so maybe use a different protein. The service was above and beyond. We had an issue with our wine but they resolved it professionally.
