"The Hoxton is one of the growing number of hotels in north Williamsburg, and Klein’s is the restaurant on the bottom floor. Its menu is your usual mix of American and Mediterranean, and while it isn’t too exciting, the food is all pretty solid. So if you need a cool, semi-upscale place for a burger or steak tartare in Williamsburg, try this place. The ceilings are high, there’s a big bar and an outdoor seating area, and it’s a good spot to bring some clients who want to see what Williamsburg is like." - Bryan Kim

"Klein's is the flagship restaurant at the Williamsburg location of the Hoxton hotel, opened by Jud Mongell and Zeb Stewart. The menu features simple Americana dishes centered around a wood-burning grill, with options like steak, a burger, and charred Amish chicken. The space is designed to be casual and approachable, with more than two dozen seats around an open kitchen and a central bar. The goal is to create a neighborhood gathering place where people can hang out without a high price tag." - Serena Dai

"Klein’s is an all-day American restaurant located in the lobby of the Hoxton hotel. It features dishes like eggs Benedict with tasso ham, littleneck clams with chorizo, and a blue cheese burger with house-made pickles. The beverage menu, curated by Brian Valencia, includes unique cocktails such as a colada made with mezcal, rum, coconut liqueur, and Prosecco." - Kat Odell

Had a nice evening at Klein’s recently. It’s a beautiful space with helpful staff. Tried several items, the pappardelle, big steak, cheese plate, calamari, beet salad, Caesar salad, vegetables and we Enjoyed everything. Alao had 2 bottles of wine, (California cab & French Beaujolais) which were well priced. Looking forward to coming back.

Solid food in a beautiful space! My new favorite burger which has a well balanced blue cheese that doesn’t overpower.

Every once in a while a dish hits your soul and this french toast was one of those dishes. Fresh bread with the creme fraiche and a bite of strawberry with each bite; I could still feel my mouth watering. I am glad I was finally able to dine here.

Very good steak. Good selection of appetizers, note to the chef: the grilled octopus was unusually hard and gummy. Note to manager: we left the place because we could not get our drinks at our table in time. Actually some of us finished dinner without never receiving our second drink. Great location, incredible decor.

Perfect date night spot for drinks and simple but well made food. Staff and service were really excellent and a pleasure during these post-pandemic times when everyone is adjusting. Hat tip to the draft negroni and delicious lamb meatballs. Sitting outside made me feel like it was a normal summer night again with the hum of Williamsburg above you and some gentle breezes keeping me cool along with cocktail. Only request is next time we need the hanging lights hanging above us to be turned on to finish off the ambience.

Great atmosphere when we had brunch here today but you can tell they just opened this week and need a little bit of rehearsal with getting everything tidied up as far as getting their groove going. We had a reservation and were seated at a table that was not set, two tables away from our intended table which was set for us. They mistakenly brought out a plate of mushrooms which only 2 of the 6 of us ate because the rest of us don't like mushrooms... and later the host came by to ask, "You guys actually ate those?!" Um... ok... Then they brought out 3 batches of scrambled egg sides (I only ordered one). Our 2 friends both ordered the same salmon breakfast dish... and one got hers at the top of the food deliveries, and the other didn't get hers until we reminded them. There were some other small mishaps but we took it all in stride, knowing they just opened and that the servers were nice and the food is good. When we got the bill we saw they didn't charge us for a couple of things (the things they made mistakes on) so that made up for it. Looking forward to coming back when they are a bit more fluid in their motions...

Nice place with good food and a great bar. Service should be improved, overall waiting time was too long. We've been there three times for breakfast (not really crowded) and it took them too long to serve the food. I really liked the bar (been there several times in the evening), staff there is nice, funny and they are doing a good job.
