Kobe Bistro By Chef David Thai

Was looking for some Kobe beef while visiting and this was a short walk from our hotel. Excellent service, wonderful dishes and we sampled all of the Kobe on the menu. Each was unique and flavorful as well as perfectly prepared. Really like the trio of sauces offered as well with the mushroom being my favorite. Finished with the crème brûlée. I would check it out but make reservation during busy times.

We walked by the restaurant a few times and decided check it out one day. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and romantic. The food was elegantly presented and well prepared. We enjoyed every single dish! Peter, our waiter was very professional and friendly. We got the pleasure of meeting chef David and had a lovely conversation with him. We can tell he's very passionate about the work that he does. We did not order wine as we're not big drinkers but chef David gave us complimentary wine to pair with our waygu steak. Wow! The wine and steak combination was wonderful! This dining experience will be one of the memorable memories from our trip in Vietnam.

To make the evening even more magical, they gifted my fiancée a present – such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made us feel genuinely appreciated and celebrated. We chose the Michelin Set Menu, and every single dish was a masterpiece – each bite was simply divine. The food was not only incredibly flavorful but also presented with such care and creativity that it left us speechless. The service was impeccable – attentive, warm, and highly professional. The staff truly went above and beyond. The wine selection was also top-notch, perfectly paired with our meal. The atmosphere combined with the elegance and professionalism of this place is beyond words. It’s the kind of experience you never forget. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We ordered the Michelin Special set menu during lunchtime. It is exquisite,particularly the steak. This restaurant doesn't provide many seats,so reserving a table in advance would be advisable.

The food was simply amazing, delicious and full of flavor. A great experience for those who love a good gastronomic experience and for those who want to try for the first time. The service was very thoughtful and very nice.

We stumbled across this wonderful little bistro and had a fabulous meal. The layers of flavor and textures were amazing. Three of the group had a set menu and raved about the tastes. My meal of an appetizer and dessert was excellent. The wait staff was very attentive. This is a “must eat here” restaurant!!

Amazing set lunch in Kobe Bistro by Chef David Thai. Different taste with innovation of dimpling with teriyakia sauce & orange peel. Salad is fresh & steak super good👌👌👌 Will be back soon & bring my friends there🫶🫶🫶
