"Kohi Coffee, first established in P-town, also has two locations in Brighton and Downtown. Both branches are relatively small with limited seating options, but the coffee is great and definitely worth stopping in for. If you’re looking for more unique offerings, then there’s the “Salty Bee Latte,” with honey and sea salt, or the “Espresso Tonic,” with smoked caramelized lemon and sparkling water." - Joel Ang

Google
Great little seaside coffee shop. Sip your coffee while looking at the ocean. How cool is that? Top quality coffee. Hot cocoa hit the spot and their gluten free blonde tasted like it had gluten in it :) 💕

Google
A nice little place to stop in and grab a coffee to go. They did have some food but I didn’t get any. There isn’t really seating so I wouldn’t plan to stay there but they do have a little patio out back that was very nice if you get the opportunity (it was small and can only hold a few people). I enjoyed my latte and my girlfriend really liked their miso caramel iced latte.

Google
Not worth it. We own a home in PT and while this may be the only coffee shop open in winter, we will never return. Coffee is okay, but the guy who either works there or owns it is beyond rude and arrogant. He has a sign that says, say please and thank you, but he treats you with complete disrespect. He’s beyond unprofessional (makes you wonder if he even wants customers) and your coffee comes with a seriously negative vibe. We won’t return.

We like coffee and ice teas at Kohi. They always have good collection of various ice teas which i always like it. This year i tried hibiscus ice tea and mocha. Their espresso, merchandise, cold brews are good too. They have nice bay view in backside as well. Overall great freshness, quality and good service. Servers are always friendly and good at suggesting their seasonal product and their best recommendations as per your need.

Google
Great banana bread. Latte art on other customers’ drinks looked really nice. It was a hot day for me so I got a cold NOLA, but I’d like to go back and try a hot espresso type of drink. NOLA isn’t as sweet as I’m accustomed to based on my blue bottle experiences, but less sugar is always good. Seasonal menu could be written in larger font or be closer to the counter. The area in the back is small but super cute.

Great spot for outdoor seating on a slow day. Good view.

Google
The salted bee latte I got here was tasty and just a bit adventurous on flavor. Better than Starbucks, but have definitely had coffees and lattes at other craft coffee shops that I think are higher quality. This, however, is not what earned them only three stars. Upon entering the building with five other people, we were almost immediately greeted by a female barista who shouted at us to keep the door closed. The shop is tiny; it barely holds the six of us, plus the three other patrons who were already inside. Guess the 15 seconds it took for us all to enter the building was not quick enough for her. As I treat every establishment that I rate, customer service is what it takes to earn 5 stars. There are ways to kindly ask patrons to shut the door if you feel it’s taking too long. “Hey, welcome in! Once you’re inside, would you mind shutting the door? It helps keep the shop nice and cool in the summer! What can I get for you?” That is so easy. If your employees can’t do that, then I can’t give you 5 stars.

First time trying Kohi and I’m hooked! Cant wait to come back to the east coast for this. I def regret not buying a bag of beans to bring home 🥲 gives me a reason to come back.

Yelp
G R U M P Y. We threw away $20 on 2 hot chocolates and a latte that were luke warm and probably overpriced because of their odd syrups. God forbid you ask for a regular flavor like vanilla. But their complicated drinks weren't the problem. The problem is how rude the girl behind the register is. We felt her distaste for the clientele as soon as we walked in, and it became more apparent the longer we stayed. I gave two stars because the girl who actually made our drinks was nice enough.

Yelp
There is nothing better than riding up to KoHi Coffee on my bike and ordering a latte. I love either their matcha lattes or their decaf oat milk lattes. The coffee is delicious and there are coffee beans that you can buy and they'll grind it right for you. We've ordered a dark roast from them quite a few times. I also loved the chocolate-based baked goods. The baked goods from KoHi are definitely a guilty pleasure for me. I also love going out to the back with my dog while I enjoy my coffee and look out at the water. It's a beautiful area with great coffee and lovely people working there.

Yelp
Coffee here has a quality taste to it. Moderately strong but not overpowering but not much lavender taste to me lavender latte. My blood orange hibiscus has hibiscus but I can't taste any blood orange. The staff who served me is friendly. A pretty outdoor space on both sides of the shop. Wouldn't avoid but wouldn't be "running" to come here either. I was relaxing in the back area and luckily I had finished my drinks except a guy with a sprinkler got water on my yelp water bottle while it was open w water still in it. I am not sure what the sprinkler had w it and didn't want to find out. So I dumped the remaining water on some relatively nearby grass to the bookstore near the town hall after my sign to leave the place. I will need to wash my bottle out. C'est la vie.

Yelp
First place I go for coffee in the morning. Staff is always super nice when I go in, and always offering suggestions when needed. Many options to choose from and open super early which is perfect. A+

Quiana W.

Yelp
This coffee shop was cute and quaint. I like how they have a separate to go coffee section. They have beach views and who could beat that really. They have a few pastries and I had some oatmeal. The oatmeal was really good with chia seeds and cranberries in it. I took a star off because they only have oat milk as a non dairy option and I thought the oat milk fad was over. Also I was solo and got two coffees one with no sugar. The barista didn't mark it for some reason and when I asked about marking it I was given a pen to do it myself which resulted in a mix up of coffees. Let's mark the different coffees thanks. The coffee it's self is good quality coffee.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in for a coffee and a latte. It was around 11:30. And when we came to the door there was a small taped sign that said brb. So we waited about five minutes and then someone unlocked the door and took the sign down then walked away, no greeting or any communication. We went in and ordered our stuff and again no greeting or pleasantries what so ever. We felt like we were bothering this person. After we paid $10.97 (expensive) for two coffees we left with no thank you or anything. So we left no tip. Honestly the coffee was good, the service was unpleasant. Will avoid Kohi in the future n

Yelp
Great service and wonderful teas!! With 2 great locations and smooth moving lines!! Be super nice to the staff they are worth it!

Anthony P.

Yelp
Some really great coffee - my test for coffee is to get a cortado (equal parts steamed milk and espresso) to get a good test of how well the milk combines with the coffee and to get a taste of the actual coffee's flavor without diluting it too much. When I tell you that this was one of the smoothest cortados I've had, the milk blending so evenly into the coffee flavor - smooth, airy, creamy, bold, roasty - great job and attention to detail! When I return to PTown I will def want to come back here. Coming from NYC there is no shortage of great coffee; would love to see them closer to where I live :)

C M.

Yelp
Coffee is decent but with such rude service I won't be back. Definitely was not made to feel welcome. Barista was complaining about being back from vacation and how she didn't want to be there...

Lila S.

Yelp
My new fave Ptown coffee. They are pricey but man what you sacrifice in oz. you get back in quality. Lovely cold brew with roasted chicory root in it. Order the New Orleans style for this one. There are a couple other drinks like the latte that you can also have this way! Love the butterscotch blondie - its gluten free and scrumptious with large flakes of sea salt on top. Iced coffee is stronger here than any other spot in town and I've found the oat milk lattes to be a velvety warm up in the winter. The rewards points get racked up here quick after a vacation week or if you work in town. Also transfers from their other locations like the Boston one. I enjoy the fact that its small and not built for hanging out inside. Its a grab and go or better yet - grab and dash out out the back door to the beach !

Sarah A.

Yelp
My review is simply on the coffee as I had my order delivered to me. The espresso based beverages are good - the bean isn't harsh and the milk was frothed well. If anything, it would be nice to select a large option for a cappuccino. As for the drip coffee...I'm not certain if it's the blend used or if there was a mess up with the brew but it was incredibly acidic to the point that it was almost undrinkable. I know there are some coffee bean blends that have more of a citrus taste but this drip coffee wasn't that. I would recommend to stick to espresso beverages and avoid the drip.

T. G.

Yelp
Wanted to like ya, didn't :( so sad. Cold brew and Expresso were just ok. I wouldn't return. The almond milk Macchiato was just a shot of expresso in the smallest cup with splash of milk. Honestly was un-drinkable. I ran to another cafe for warmed almond milk so I could combine. My friend also tried their cold brew and was also disappointed by the flavor. Sorry it's a no from me.

Andrew H.

Yelp
Best coffee in Ptown. The cold brew is great and the vegan banana bread rules and I'm not a vegan. Love the staff and service. All extremely friendly and cool.

Mary J.

Yelp
I had a tragic coffee mishap. I ordered from a different shop & my coffee was cold. Old cold coffee. Old cold gross coffee. Thanks to Parker and Eva, two of the most wonderful humans my coffee debacle ended at Kohi. the coffee was so good, and Parker and Eva were really nice and attentive. My Kohi coffee was so good. We got a bag of coffee to go and cannot wait to brew it. Thank you for saving the day!

Taals B.

Yelp
Great coffee (they brew Maine's Tandem coffee), cute little coffee shop right on the beach.

Javier A.

Yelp
Bad coffee bad service, they were rude and didn't want to start espresso machine. Don't go back here

Amanda B.

Yelp
Came to town on a whim. Didn't realize it was school vacation! Stopped by Kohi Coffee for a cold brew but was "talked-in-to" a seasonal beverage by the guidance of the barista. Delicious! While there was a bit of a line, she was able to take everyone's order, make the drinks, and even give us local insight on what to do and where to go for dinner. Will be back. Do recommend!

Michael W.

Yelp
This is a great little coffee shop located in Provincetown, MA! Went here with some co-worker friends, and quite impressed with how they make their coffee. I order just a 3 oz espresso and flavors were quite tasty. They make their own syrups and my co-worker friend, who loves lavender syrup and is a coffee connoisseur, said his lavender latte was pretty tasty. If you're in Provincetown and need a pick me up, then head on down to KoHi!

JJ G.

Yelp
I get to PTown and go immediately to Kohi for iced coffee, then across the street for Spiritus Pizza. That's summer. Aaahhhhh

Scott S.

Yelp
I enjoyed a KoHi coffee and breakfast cookie on my morning walks down Commerce Street. The staff was always super friendly and attentive.

Khushboo S.

Yelp
Cute little cafe! Loved my chai, my hubby enjoyed his coffee too. Their patio offer very serene setup - we enjoyed sipping our beverage with that serene and calm surrounding.

Jody W.

Yelp
What a fantastic spot for an outstanding cup of coffee! It's small with limited seating - it's meant for take-out. But, the experience of watching how expertly prepared your cup o' joe is part of the charm. I had the New Orleans iced coffee and loved it. I tasted the hot: smooth and delicious. The barista was a young, friendly girl with tats that made this a five star coffee encounter.

Ezra B.

Yelp
Really good coffee with a great backyard view. Friendly staff. We also got the oatmeal and it was very good, but perhaps a bit too much brown butter, so unless you are a huge butter fan ask for light butter. Not a spot to work, but great for a morning cup of coffee and/or oatmeal.

Lauren S.

Yelp
A good americano! The coffee was smooth and well brewed, and the service was helpful and friendly. I also sampled their NOLA cold brew and liked it, although a little smoky for my taste. I would love if they added more specialty drinks like that one to the menu. My bf and I were also eying the food, especially the biscuit with goat cheese and jam. Their back door was open overlooking the beach, and I wish it was open for us to sit/walk back there!

Marin J.

Yelp
Best coffee Ever. Both locations. The only minus is the need for more seating. The smoothest Cortado ever. If you put sugar in, Imma gonna haveta come and personally beat you with a wet noodle until you do better. Seriously. The baristas have the skills to pay the bills and delivered ever single permutation of bean to water that I tried to absolute perfection. From cortado, to latte, to iced latte to pourover. Best third wave experience I've had in a long time, since Little Collins in NYC.

Amanda M.

Yelp
Tried a decaf americano as a I recently gave up caffeine. It was delicious and would have never guessed it was decaf. Great service and coffee. Would recommend

Yvonne S.

Yelp
Coffee was great. Good food selection. Great service. Great for Kona coffee. Great layout

Brian M.

Yelp
Great coffee - I particularly love the New Orleans Iced. For a such a tiny place (warning: no seating), KoHi has their bases covered expertly well - a variety of milk/cream, pastries, and swag. So, where's the 5th star? Well, I'm not sure if it's an issue of price, sizing (that's a Large?), or the amount of ice put into each beverage (probably a combo of all 3), but it srsly only takes me about 4 sips to finish one of their coffees. Maybe it's me.

Danny P.

Yelp
Hands down the best coffee in Provincetown! We went there multiple times, and my wife's favorite was the Nola latte. Small and quant, with a great location and view out the back. Highly recommend making this a stop on your trip!

Kathy R.

Yelp
Found the perfect, and I mean perfect, mocha latte. Been to lots of places, met lots of baristas. The chocolate in this mocha is so perfectly dark. Staff are experts at putting it together. It's not just a cute trendy name/place.

Anthony G.

Yelp
This coffee is very popular. You will typically find a line outside the door. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. I went twice. The first time the coffee was very bitter. The second time I got the exact order, it wasn't as bitter but still too bitter for my liking. The homemade granola with the yogurt is delicious!

Dave K.

Yelp
Came here based on the Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Great service, nice little establishment, with great coffee and we had some jalapeno-cheddar cornbread that was to die for. No real place to sit other than two bar chairs inside and 1-2 benches outside. It has a nice view out back but, oddly, you're not supposed to walk to the beach or sit on the many steps in the back because it's (someone else's) private property. So if you want to sit and work for an hour this is not the place. If you want a great cup of coffee from a local establishment to take with you and you walk through Provincetown, this is it.

Alex W.

Yelp
Full disclosure, I hate coffee, I'm a tea drinker. So I'm grateful anytime a place that specializes in coffee also takes the time to thoughtfully curate a small tea collection. Their Arnold Palmer is my spirit animal on hot days.

Haley S.

Yelp
I came upon KoHi when walking around with my friends and came in for an iced latte. I asked them about flavors and they told me 'we don't have flavors' with a pretentious attitude. Ok well I got an iced latte which was expensive for the small size with no flavoring. I wandered to the back and found agave in syrup form. This is great for flavoring iced lattes since regular sugar won't mix in but couldn't the employee have mentioned that to me as an option without the attitude. The quality of the espresso was good but the latte was gone in a few sips and definitely wasn't worth the price. Will look for a different coffee stop next time.

Adam S.

Yelp
KoHi Coffee is small shop. So my review will be short. It's hidden, but you can't miss the sign as it's right on Commercial Street. Staff was awesome. They take Square (so yes, for credit cards, too). And it's right next to the water. They have a solid coffee menu, and serve Blue Bottle Coffee, which means every cup is individually dripped. Even their mocha is made with a fresh ganache.

Audrey H.

Yelp
Quaint coffee place with a view! Had my latte made with love... it was delicious! Highly recommend!! Barista was super nice and helpful !

Lyrissa R.

Yelp
Very small coffee shop, but loved the lattes. Came here every morning during our stay in Provincetown because we loved the coffee that much. Service is great. Prices are high, but that's to be expected of these "craft" coffee places. We did get a scone and I wasn't too impressed by it, so I'd say definitely stick to their coffee. My brother was in love with their pour-over coffee and got 2 cups the first day. Quality coffee in Provincetown!

Minty M.

Yelp
KoHi has been our go-to spot for great coffee for the last several summers when we visit Provincetown. Their new Nola cold brew has just the right amount of caffeine and sweetness. Their "sweet" and "savory" scones are both excellent in a homemade sort of way. I prefer the peach, which again has just the right amount of sweetness. The interior design and efficient customer service make for the perfect spot to pop in and out on your morning stroll down Commercial. After seeing it on Instagram, we were excited to try the baked egg sandwich, but it was a bit of a letdown at $6 for a little egg and cheese on a tiny hamburger bun. Nevertheless, we'll be back often for the coffee and scones!

Sara M.

Yelp
This tiny little shop packs a punch! Had a great coffee here and a scone. Due to the pandemic you walk in the front door and exit out the back - right onto the beach! Great location and kind staff.

Sohrab S.

Yelp
I'm going to preface this review by saying that I have relatively high standards for coffee shops. I go out of my way to seek places that care about choosing the right roaster, have baristas behind the bar that know what they're doing/make drinks by SCAA standards (so important), and put thought in their interior and ceramics that they use for drinks. KoHi met all of my needs, and more. My visit here included a cold brew and an order of espresso, and both were delicious. Seating is limited to three, but there is a lovely view of the water from a large floor-to-ceiling window. The interior is small, yet VERY clean and organized-- exactly what one would expect from a high-end coffee shop in a metropolitan area. The icing on the cake: the baristas are kind. This shop is on par with specialty coffee shops I visit in the DC area and it's wonderful to know that this place is here for any Provincetown visits in my future. Also, completely unrelated, but worth mentioning since this happened during my visit: If you order espressos on ice, please stop. You're embarrassing; just order an iced coffee, for Christ's sake. What you're doing is the equivalent of ordering an expensive steak well-done. STOP.

Mohsin U.

Yelp
The folks here were awesome. Might've been the best espresso I had in awhile. My friends loved it and the cortado perfect temp. Also got a pour over that slapped tasted so sweet so well done might've been my favorite coffee experience in awhile. I highly recommend it and will def return.

U. U.

Yelp
Went to get coffee here daily while vacationing in Ptown. Delicious! A bit pricey but worth it. Only set back is you can't get bigger than a 12 oz of coffee. I think that needs to be an option. Otherwise, good stuff!

Lauren C.

Yelp
Tasty coffee and safe service! If you are in provincetown I recommend coming here to grab some coffee. The cold brew and hot latte my husbane and I had was awesome!

Deb A.

Yelp
After a long dress be from Hyannis we needed a coffee break and stopped in this small but the best coffee bar in town. They have the best fresh ground coffee and not so sweet pastries.

Eli R.

Yelp
Not a fan of their cold brew. Prices are pretty high. They were out of oat milk. No place to sit and drink coffee.

Don V.

Yelp
Stopped into this really cool coffee place...clearly right on the water. Don't even ask me how in the hell its pronounced. It caught my attention for a few reasons. It appeared very trendy and you could see the water from their cafe. The coffee bar itself is small and beautiful inside. Their options for hot coffee were only pour overs which the hubs is fine with. I simply wanted an iced coffee. I had only one option also. I explained that I like my coffee with cream and preferably sweetened and flavored. That still didn't matter or change my options. I went with their cold brew...it was good but not what I wanted. The hubs liked his. The girl who seemed in charge (colored hair) I expected way more personality since she just looked the part. She truly had no interest in helping. It's sad. I'm a 3-4 cup a day guy and my hubs is a 2 cup a day guy. We won't be back. Coffee wasn't all that good and I like a side of smiles and customer service with my purchases.

Sebastian P.

Yelp
This is, by far, the best coffee in Provincetown. In a place where it is hard to find good espresso, KoHi really stands out. I make a point of going at least once everyday I'm there.

Michael M.

Yelp
Came in and ordered a Cappuccino. Was not pleased with the beverage. Drink tasted like azz. It had the nice decoration like in the yelp pictures from previous yelp reviews, but that does not save it from the awful taste in my mouth. I had to go buy some soda to wash it out. Don't waste your time here people.

Cristina L.

Yelp
I highly recommend Kohn! Amazing coffee, really cool people and vibe! The Nola latte is delicious but honestly you can go wrong. Their coffee is amazing!
