"One roll is a snack, two are a meal. That’s the rule of thumb at this kati roll spot in the East Village. Kolachi stuffs flaky paratha with your choice of charred, spicy chicken or beef and a tangy yogurt sauce for their $6.50, four-bite beef and chicken rolls. "Kolachi is like a Pakistani food stall in a market magically transported to the East Village, by Kiran Lutfeali and Saif Qazi. Aside from soft beverages it sells only three things: paratha rolls in either chicken or beef (pick the chicken) and fries lightly dusted with spices.
