The 12 Best Bowls of Queso in Houston | Eater Houston

"Looking for a completely vegan bowl of queso? Head to this Montrose newcomer, which serves its cheese-free “queso” over a plate of crunchy flautas. Diners who want to try other options on the menu can order a side of queso to dip their fries here for a buck." - Amy McCarthy

Vegan Food Truck Korny Vibes Will Open a Montrose Restaurant | Eater Houston

"Originally a roving health-food truck known for onion-ring sliders and plant-based ‘faux poultry’ offerings, this venture has transitioned to a permanent Houston storefront. Standout menu items include a seasonal chickn’ steak patty sandwich served atop mashed potatoes with lentil stuffing and warm gravy, Buffalo ranch chickn’, barbecue chickn’ “wyngs,” and jalapeño poppers. The team built its following by serving events, markets, and festivals (including the Vegan State Fair) and by doing pop-ups at local spots like Black Hole Coffee, Antidote Coffee, and Holler Brewing; followers are encouraged to check its social channels for menu updates and space sneak peeks. The restaurant opened for a soft launch on 12/26/19 with a limited menu and hours of 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday." - Tierney Plumb

3 Houston Restaurant Openings Diners Need to Know | Eater Houston

"I noticed an “elevated” chicken wing chain from the minds behind Houston’s own Jus Mac opened over the weekend at 403 Westheimer Road, offering saucy and dry-rubbed wings in flavors like maple-bacon and tikka masala, plus a crispy chicken sandwich, seasoned fries, rice bowls that can be doused in wing seasoning or sauce, and plenty of beer on tap." - Amy McCarthy

Google
The best Mexican vegan food in H-Town!!! so sad to see other vegan restaurants closing, but this is clearly doing something right. The food is so delicious!!! Highly recommended. No need to kill any animal to be able to taste an authentic Mexican taco.

Google
10/10 excellent food! Met with one of the owners and had a great conversation about her start ( super kind, super pretty 💕). My daughter and I were just passing through and glad we stopped by on our trip. Food was great, portion size matched price and the atmosphere was clean and upbeat! Praying for another successful 5 years and many more for them. Great place to eat, wish we had back home!

Cozy cafe with the most amazing vegan comfort food I've ever had! The mushroom asadas were fantastic and the Oreo shake was so good I couldn't put it down 💕

Google
All vegan with an expansive menu Must try milkshakes, which you can modify with extra goodies! Carne asada burrito was delicious Lots of different protein options, plus corn shells for Gluten Free available as well Parking lot is small, but free and available onsite + street parking. The restaurant is directly ok the corner - look for the rainbow crosswalk 🌈

The food is impeccable. Some of the best vegan food in Houston. The service usually is really high quality, however, the establishment recently hired a gentleman with longer hair and who often wears a baseball hat, of which exudes less than ideal, dare I say poor customer service, which has tainted some of my experience as a patron who has supported this company for 4+ years. I love this establishment, however, management needs to do some major skill building with customer service with this particular worker, as their interactions make me feel less welcomed and supported as a paying customer.

Korny Vibes is one of those places that surprises you in the best way. The food has so much flavor and the portions are solid. Their wings are the real standout. They are crispy, seasoned perfectly, and have the kind of texture everyone would appreciate. You can tell that a lot of care went into the sauces, because every option tastes like something you would expect from a top-tier wing spot. The rest of the menu keeps the same energy. Everything feels fresh, hearty, and made to satisfy. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and the experience makes you want to come back. This place is a must. The food is genuinely good. Korny Vibes is easily one of the best finds around.

Stay far from this scary place. Homeless people are inside asking for money. And food is absolutely gross! Smells like pee ! Been vegan and came to this place with high expectations and this place miserably failed me. Oil was laden and couldn’t eat even a bite off their food. And even for a single bite I got food poisoning. The place is super over priced! Oil ladden tissues attached in the pic for reference. Way too gross even for a bite. And as per most of the one star reviews it’s the chef that seems to be the problem. I hope they find a chef who knows how to cook vegan food without making it gross. Most of the vegans are vegans for health reason too and this place looks like a health hazard. Definitely the first time having such gross vegan food from all Vegan restaurant I have been to. Please keep biria out of the menu. Please go to dos tacos in Katy, they are amazing and kind. ! This was waste of $50. And I lost my mental peace ! They could have atleast given a replacement but couldn’t even do it and argued about that’s how birria should be made, with that kind of attitude the chef is absolutely getting no where. I hope everyone sees all the one star reviews this place has been recently accumulating! They deserve absolutely zero stars for the way they treat their customers. Super pissed at this point. Homeless person inside was like my last straw begging us for money. I have no idea how this place out of all has managed to get decent reviews. I m sure it’s going down since a while and it’s going to rapidly decline, I saw two customers from two different table also complaining. And now I know I m definitely not the only one.

Google
I was craving this Vegan Catfish plate for months, and it was worth it. Fresh hot out the grease honey. Crispy with the right season. I had other stuff, but the mission accomplished. The cooks need raises. Stop playing. Lol

Yelp
I was very indecisive in choosing where I wanted to go AFTER I got to Corner Bakery and saw I missed the deadline for breakfast. I dont like going places where there are a lot of people, so I drove to Korny Vibes. I had just finished a workout and I thought I was hungry. Boys and Girls.... I was wrong. I didnt care for the vegan it was hard as a rock; not that I have experience chewing rocks or anything. Anyhoo... I liked the egg/potato combo but I wish they added onion with it. Too many carbs for me. The hash browns were good and the pancakes were okay. I'd give them a 3/5 They weren't fluffy enough but perhaps it's because of the ingredients used to cook them. I would replace the has browns with fruit. Needless to say, I didnt finish it all because of all the carbs. Might I add, when I went to the latrine, it reeked of urine. I felt like I needed a shower afterwards.

Yelp
A Houston Vegan Gem! I recently visited Korny Vibes with my two girlfriends for brunch, and I have to say, this place is absolutely amazing. As a non-vegan, I was a little skeptical, but the menu is almost entirely vegan and everything we tried was delicious and service was pretty fast. We ordered a group deal that was an incredible value: two burgers, boneless-style wings, a large tater tot, three crunchy tacos that reminded me of Jack-in-the-Box, and two drinks--all for under $50. The food didn't have that "fake vegan" taste that some places do; everything was well-seasoned or perfectly sauced. My best friend, who is vegan, was just as impressed. The fact that the food was so flavorful and satisfying is a huge win. Korny Vibes is a must-try, whether you're vegan or just looking for some delicious, creative plant-based food

Yelp
The restaurant sits on the corner, it is plain building on the outside. I like the interior there is plenty of seating, and a really cute photo wall. They have a kiosk for you to place your order. Originally stopped by to grab a milkshake and then noticed the mushrooms on the menu so decided to try the birria tacos, 8/10. I am glad I did as they were delicious. The tacos were crunchy on the outside, seasoned extremely well, and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed the beans and rice. The consommé was good. I wish it had a bit more spice and flavor to it. And the milkshake was amazing. It was creamy, you could taste the chocolate and the caramel, it was thick. It was a great tasting milkshake 9.8 out of 10. So I almost forgot to take a picture. The staff were also extremely nice. They have a great selection on their menu and I look forward to trying a more items.

Yelp
Full disclosure: on a new whole food kick. I was nearby, picking up my pup, and thought I'd find a convenient place with whole food and a place for the pup to be outside. Enter Korny Vibes! The staff were friendly, though given my whole food kick and realizing Korny Vibes was vegan, I was surprised by how little of the menu had "real" food options (lots of imitation items instead). I wanted multiple items, but I have a small stomach, so I ended up only getting the tacos for fear of not being able to finish the item. The tacos were tasty, but a little dry, and the hot sauce left a little additional flavor to be desired - 3/5. The outdoor area was pup friendly. The overall ambiance was very casual and laid back.

Yelp
I love getting to come here. The parking lot is small but that's my only gripe. I've never had a bad meal! Today I had dressed tamales and took a slice of Oreo cheesecake to go. Last time I had chicken fried steak and Mac & cheese with the banana pudding. The service is friendly and fast. They bring your order to your table. The place is always clean and quaint. Everything served is 100% vegan and the variety is incredible. Milk shakes, burgers, bar food, Mexican and breakfast all day. The pricing is also better than other vegan joints around which my wallet appreciates. They do NOT take cash so bring your cards!

Yelp
We tried as many things as possible. I was so happy they had shakes that wouldn't make me sick. I got the cookies and cream shake and it was amazing! All of the food was so good, we will be back every time we're in the area. The Philly was a standout and so were the wings, and shakes. Next time, we will try the asada tacos. The gentleman who helped us said it's the same filler as the Philly and I had instant order-regret when I tasted it. Not that anything was bad, I hustled wish I had tried the asada tacos! Service was amazing. My son is a type one diabetic and the guy who took our order was very patient and answered all the questions I had so I could comfortably get the right carb count. I had a million questions about the food too, as it was our first time, but he answered them all with lots of patience. The ambiance is great! It's. You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. The seating and temperature were comfortable and they had high chairs for my littlest. You'll see us here again! Until then, I'll be dreaming about the food.

Yelp
You order through a machine and it gives you the option of dining in or to go. The only option was to dine alfresco that evening. I ordered a cauliflower burger. The food is brought to your table in a big paper bag. I wish they'd use smaller bags. The burger had pickles and a ranch style dressing. The breaded cauliflower portion is huge. It was too spicy and I don't know what exactly made it so. My friend ordered a boneless wyngs basket. I want to go back and try other things that are not spicy.

Yelp
They have to get a 5 stars because their food has FLAVORRRRRR! These tacos were so guuuud. The corn tortillas were soft and pillowy, the "meat" was the perfect texture for tender and perfect chew factor. I thought they were going to be dry and need some salsa- but they were the most amazing thing I ever ate and the green crema was BOMB. It was wing Wednesday so I tried the boneless mango habanero. Have more of a chicken meatball taste to me - I wasn't feeling it but the flavor of the sauce was still very impressive! Mexican cola to wash it down- whaaaaa! I'm come back until I try everything on this menu! Oh- wait.... The service was fantastic. My first time here and the cashier gave me the best and quickest advice on what to try first! Thank you cute girl with the black wig and bat on ur face!

Yelp
I'm so happy to have found a vegan spot with so many options!! I definitely want to go back and try all the things on the menu, excited for the shakes, the burgers, and the tacos! I got the breakfast biscuit and the bbq wings. The biscuit was very dry, but the wings were great! They have Wednesday specials for wings!

Yelp
BEST VEGAN FOOD IN HOUSTON, PERIOD!!!! The food is beyond amazing. They have the best tacos, burgers, AND milkshakes. On the weekend they have a DJ which enhances the ambience with indoor and outdoor seating. The severs are always wonderful and accommodating.

Yelp
ASTOUNDING! I got the Philly. The "steak" blew my mind. The flavors all together made it the best Philly I've had in a very long time, including real beef. I'd take this vegan version over the real thing any day. 11/10 JUST WOW!!! I was told the same filling is used in their Asada tacos, so I know what I'm getting next time! Also tried their buffalo wings. Very good texture and flavor. Pretty standard these days I think. Unfortunately the wings I WANTED to try they were out of. But I would still get these again. Box Tacos were funny to me, this HAS to be a nod to Jack in the Box tacos. They even come in a little white paper baggy like Jack. A little heavy on the bean flavor, but honestly the crunch and everything just worked well. Especially for the price! I'll get these again, definitely. My kids got the Breakfast Burger with a Beyond patty. Pretty mediocre to me. The Beyond was very Beyond flavored, if you know what I mean. It's just about all I could taste. There's a sauce and cheese and egg in it, too. So maybe Impossible would be a better choice here, if you're into whatever are in those ingredients Tried the Snack Wrap, impressive for what you get for the price, but so-so overall compared to the other things we tried. I'd pass on it going forward. Banana Pudding shake was amazing! As was the Cookies and Cream. My oldest tried the Chicken Caesar and added bacon. Pretty tasty! If I was in the mood for it, I would definitely get it again. Overall, this place blew me away. Definitely coming back to try more things!

Yelp
Delicious Vegan Fast Food!! My go-to place for a vegan chicken sandwich or burger. I like to go on Fridays because they have the Shake Things Up deal which lets you pick 2 shakes, 2 burgers or sandwiches, and a side for $30. The deal used to be $20, which was significantly better, but It's still a fun deal to split with a friend. Definitely look at their weekly specials when you come! - Deluxe Chicken Sandwich- Nashville Hot (4/5): Taste like an elevated McDonald's chicken sandwich. The chicken texture was on point with a real fried chicken patty and the flavor was pretty good. I also really liked the thick pickles they use which added a nice crunch, and the buns were super buttery and fluffy. For Nashville hot, I expected some heat but there was no spice at all. - Texas Burger (4.4): The Texas burger has a good balance of flavors and textures. I got the beyond patty and it was very juicy and tender. I think if I didn't know this was vegan I would think it was a regular burger. The barbecue sauce stood out and it gave the burger a nice sweet tangy flavor. I also really like the addition of grilled onions. - Cookies and cream milkshake (4/5): Very creamy milkshake, definitely would not be able to tell it was nondairy. It had Oreo bits throughout which added a fun texture that made the drinking experience delightful. - Fries (4.5/5): Korny Vibes has such good fries! While fresh they were nice and crispy with the perfect amount of thickness. They're also not overly salty and are seasoned just right. I had some fries maybe an hour after I got them and they were still really good. Not too soggy with the right amount of starchiness. Service/ambiance: Parking is super difficult because of how small and tight the lot is. Besides that, the restaurant is very cute and the service is pretty good.

Yelp
Delicious Vegan comfort food!! Only in Houston, this is a go-to! The hot chicken sandwich is my favorite, i gave up chicken 15 years ago so this is a great alternative!

Yelp
I have been a vegetarian my entire life, and this food was absolutely atrocious! DO NOT ORDER THE MAC N CHEESE. DO NOT ORDER. THE MAC N CHEESE. This is my first Yelp review and the fact I'm writing this should show how bad it was. I love vegetarian food, I love vegan food, but this was just grease and artificial liquidy, gross smelling, badness. I wasn't even looking for meat substitutes, but everything I tried was flavorless or actively gross (like I'm telling you don't get mac and cheese). What a bummer :/ ALSO - we didn't even get all the food we ordered. The vegan starter kit was supposed to come with a wrap AND a 5 layer burrito, but after we ordered and got our food, they said they were just both shown as options and we couldn't have both (even though we selected both on the order screen) Lastly - I hate ordering from a screen. Please talk to me

Yelp
Ate here before the Taylor Swift concert on Sunday and had a feast. Small parking lot but we were able to easily get a spot. It's a fun vibe inside with animal friendly artwork and nice plants as decor. We went during their brunch hours but I was happy to find we didn't have to order brunch. You order at the counter, they give you a number and bring your food out to you. The service was good. All of the employees were kind and helpful. My friend and I shared the lasagna, buffalo wings with fries, asada tacos, Mac n cheese and fried okra. Everything was delicious. My friend's fave was the tacos. I'm not really sure which of the plates was my fave. They were all pretty good to me. At the end of our meal, I also got a scoop of their soft serve ice cream and added chocolate and strawberry syrup and cookie crumbles to it. It was a nice way to end the meal. It was 25 cents to add each syrup, 75 to add the cookie crumbles. The only thing that was a little weird was the inconsistency of the silverware. My friend got a fork and knife in her silverware roll. I only got a fork and had to go to the counter to ask for a knife as well. They had to look through a few rolls of silverware to get me one with a knife so the silverware seemed to be a little disorganized. However, the young man at the register quickly got me what I needed. I also have to add, it was freezing in there for about the first 20 minutes that I was there, and it seemed like you were under an air vent pretty much anywhere you sat. Luckily they turned the air off for much of my visit but I did notice they cut it back on shortly before I left and as I was eating my ice cream so I was an icicle when I walked out of there. This would be a great place to escape the htown summer heat though. Overall great food, service and ambiance. I look forward to returning.

Yelp
I'm on the hunt for the best vegan spots in houston- korny vibes is a place I'd go again, but I didn't love everything I got. The birria tacos were decent but had a strange greasiness to both the tacos and the consume. The chicken tender i got was good texture was but was salty. I still have to sample more items on their menu and am looking forward to returning and seeing how the other food items compare.

Yelp
Service was great, food was AMAZING, and super affordable. The bathroom was a nightmare scene tho. So just avoid that if you can. Still 5 stars

Yelp
This place is amazing but gradually declining over the years. We come from Dallas to eat here after moving from the Houston area and are regulars every 3-6 months or so. Ingredients are often out of stock. Employees are refusing to modify orders such as tossing wings in both sauce options (today an employee outright refused this today for the first time since getting these wings for the past 4 years). Website is often down with no option to order over the phone forcing higher DoorDash prices. Fries were grossly under seasoned this order. The value of going out of our way to come here is beginning to decline as well. We hate to see vegan restaurants closing down and don't want to see another on the list, especially over small things that can be avoided. Please do better.

Lisa G.

Yelp
Uber eats I'm a driver and it took all of 30 mins to pick up this order I was told 8 mins then 15 mins and waited 30 mins for 2 birra tacos plates. There was 1 customer eating in there maybe 4 tickets for take out . 5/13/25 I would of cancelled but, it was a bundle delivery . Next time be honest with the uber eats driver , Customer was upset food took so long to come out. Yes, I communicated all the different times I was told by staff to customer.

Yelp
Ahhhh love it when vegan restaurants arrive on the scene in places you'd never think possible! One would probably associate Texas with meat-meat-meat, but nowadays you can count on most major metropolitan areas in the US to cater to the vegan/vegan-supporting crowds! My Dad and I came here for lunch over the weekend, and ate outside on the patio since it was nice and sunny out! I was able to order off the brunch menu (biscuits and gravy) while my dad got the Nashville Chikn Sandwich. The "meat" on the menu is all fake and vegan friendly...actually the words "Vegan Cafe" are larger than the restaurant name at the front, LOL. The biscuits and gravy place was alright. It would have been nice if the biscuits were less fragile and if the "sausage" crumbles were more crumbly vs. being cubes, but all-in-all it was a filling, delicious dish!

Yelp
Soooo bomb! Who needs beef when you can get a comparable vegan version! This hit on 10! It was so good and really tasted like a Philly cheesesteak! I will be ordering again in the future. And the milkshake was also bomb! I gobbled a that down and didn't have the it's afterwords! Very good vegan fastfood!

Yelp
I really like Korny Vibes. Great place to come to get some work done while also having a great vegan meal. All of the flavors were great, and I would've never have guessed that what I was eating wasn't shrimp. The seasoning they use for the fries is out of this world! Seriously. I might argue they're the best fries I've ever had. Service was very quick which is great for a place like this. It gets super packed too, and that's how you know it's a great place! Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
We waited over an hour for our food on a Sunday around 6pm. Didn't officially get our food til around 7:10pm. Plus there were others that were waiting a long time as well. When we did get our food it was just okay. Wasn't really anything special. Very unfortunate.

Yelp
Vegan junk food. Great for vegans/vegetarians who miss the joys of comfort food. Vegan burgers are commonplace nowadays but you can't always find stuff like veg wings or mozzarella sticks or fried shrimp. I took my vegan friend here. She lives in a different country and does not have access to this sort of food so she was stoked. Full disclosure: nowhere near vegan at the moment however I do appreciate vegan food every once in a while. Not going to compare it to the real thing or anything. Their menu has a lot to choose from: burgers, sandwiches, wings, chicken tenders, tacos, nachos, fried shrimp, and more. Let's not forget pastries and milkshakes. I thought the food was pretty tasty overall. My buffalo drumsticks were yummy. Same with the fried shrimp although I will say that I was disappointed with the French fries -- they weren't as crispy as you'd expect nor were they adequately seasoned. They could improve the fries, for sure. I think my favorite item was the deluxe chicken sandwich that I shared with my friend. It was on point. The crispy chicken was perfectly balanced with the other ingredients, including the delicious buttered bun. Finally, their milkshakes are delicious. I had the Cookie Monster and it was excellent. The vibe was hip and casual. They have a cute patio but we sat inside. They had a DJ on the patio and the music was turned up inside. Honestly, I felt it was a bit too loud and was somewhat distracting to my conversation. I can't avoid mentioning the prices... it's pretty expensive. I bought 4 drumsticks, 8 pieces of shrimp on a basket of fries ($15 for that alone), a Jarritos, and 2 milkshakes (one for me and one for my friend). It was about $50 total. They are located in the heart of Montrose but they do have their own parking lot with a few spaces. It's a small lot right in the front but I had no issue grabbing a spot on an early Sunday afternoon.

Yelp
Let's start by saying I am not vegan. I chose to take my partner here for her birthday as a chance to have her enjoy a meal while I suffered through out of love. Let's just say this place is awesome! First place I have been that I don't have to fake my way through the meal. Try it out vegan or not, you won't be disappointed. New place for our family!!

Yelp
Delicious, Southern comfort vegan food. It's a must go! -We got the chicken fries, VFC combo with side of fried okra & fried pickles, and I tried the Chicken sandwich last time. All amazing! They are all quite heavy as it's deep fried but the flavors are rich and a true Southern comfort foods. Pickle fries have to be my favorite because of the thick cuts. I also really liked the lemon/pepper VFC wings & the chicken fries. Portions are abundant and we had more than enough to take home afterward. - Parking may be limited during peak hours in their lot but there is plenty of street parking. - The A/C was broken & leaking when we went but normally there's abundant indoor seating. The place can accommodate for large parties of 6+ and includes smaller tables as well. They have a cute neon sign for photos. We will come again!

Yelp
I'm glad I finally got a chance to stop by and try this place. I got the boneless lemon pepper wings with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the "chicken" tasted like chicken with a good texture. The green beans tasted a lot like my mom's so I ate well. My friend got the bacon cheeseburger and she said although she could have done without the "bacon", she enjoyed it. The place has a laid back vibe with plenty of outdoor patio space. Parking isn't too bad. I'm definitely adding this to the rotation.

Yelp
Very good food, relaxed atmosphere. Awesome vegan options without sacrificing flavours. Friendly people, extra helpful. Good prices too! Definite recommend.

Yelp
I took my daughter for Sunday brunch after church. The food was fabulous. There was many vegan options to chose from. We loved being able to sit and eat in the enclosed patio, their was a d j who came and played music. The service was outstanding and they anticipated all our needs. The restaurant his located in a central location, though the parking is tight. I will be returning. I almost forgot there was a great layout for selfies.

Yelp
Amazing vegan food! I got the Nashville Hot Sandwich and it was one of the best vegan burgers I have ever had. It was the perfect amount of crunchy and the flavor was amazing. The fries were a little cold, but good. Service was good. I would definitely return.

Yelp
Holy crap my last review was 1/15/20, and that was 2 years ago! It's only fitting to update this review for especially after recently visiting. I remember coming to Korny Vibes when they first opened and had high expectations, but was disappointment. So I never came back. I guess fast forward 2 years later in 2022, I decided to come back with the Jesse L. to see how the food has improved. And let me tell you, they really have!! We came on a friday and I'm so glad we did! They have a friday special - 2 burgers, 2 shakes, and a basket of fries. WHAT A STEAL. We even calculated each item on and totaled it up and realized this $25 deal is legit. Don't skip out on it. Jesse L. and I both agreed that after 2 years, Korny Vibes has improved on their vegan food. I'm more open to coming back to trying the other items again and comparing. I still hate how small their parking lot is. Good luck looking for street parking where you won't get towed. It gets tricky parking and hoping the sign tells you where you can and can't park. Make sure to read the signs. I still can't stop thinking about their banana cream pie shake.

Yelp
Stopped in for a late lunch with a friend and ate outside. We got the cauliflower bites with fries and Mac n cheese. Cali wings were alright-just the right amount of crispy, I wish they were a bit smaller and easier to eat, we got the bbq on the side-so they don't get soggy. I would recommend Buffalo or bbq and to dip it. BBQ is amazing Mac n cheese was a little bland , needed salt and pepper but really really creamy, almost taste like Alfredo Fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned, came with vegan ranch which was amazing Meal was the perfect size for two The patio is lovely during this weather (if not cold) Love love love this place Ambiance is nice Staff is really friendly and service is fast

Yelp
Korny was a nice vibe for a quick lunch in good ole Montrose. It was a rainy day so they weren't too packed which I appreciated. There was parking right out front so I didn't have to worry about that. The ambience is super cute and they have just enough decor where it doesn't overwhelm the place. You have to order at the register even if you are dining in and they don't take cash. I got the honey biscuit chicken sandwich, fries and the cookies & cream milkshake. The sandwich was pretty huge but tasted just ok. Some more flavor would be have been great. However, the milkshake was everything!!!!!! My meal total came out to $20, which is normal nowadays.

Yelp
this place SUCKS. supperrrrr slow. always out of half their menu. and not a single employee knows how to correctly read a simple piece of paper in order to make the correct food (cheese sauce they put on their chili cheese dog is basically liquid s h ! t like it's sooooooo repulsive and disgusting and i've never ordered it but some how have had the disturbing experience of tasting it 5+ times even tho i specifically ask for NONE of it. they do this because they hate me and want me to vomit)

Yelp
The only downside of this restaurant is that it's not closer to me!! I love the food here and enjoy the atmosphere of the dining room.

Yelp
First time here and I was very excited because i'd never had plant based food. The place is super cute, the vibes were there the service was good and it is located in a GREAT area in houston. Also do take note that they DONT take cash onto the food, Now the food was good yes but felt heavy after a few bites! I couldn't finish it. But other than that I enjoyed for my first time and cant wait to try their other menu items!

Yelp
I really like Korny Vibes because they make eating healthy fun. Fast food mixed with vegan deliciousness. I've only had one instance where the fried cauliflower wasn't all the way cooked but they immediately fixed their error and took it off my tab. The "shrimp" is great. The "cauliwingz and the boneless wingz are great. Buffalo & Nashville sauces are a go to for me. The milkshakes! Ugh they do not miss! Get the Cookie Monster shake. The staff is really patient with people like me who are indecisive haha. I mean it's not my fault I want everything on their menu!!!

Yelp
as in my Uber eats app. I typed in vegan Korny vibes pulled up as one of the choice. My flexitarian friend craves southern comfort food, so vegan chicken fried steak, mac and cheese, mash and gravy and okra. I had fries and vegan cheeseburger. Everything was flavorful. Delivered hot. Today I visited the restaurant itself, and it didn't disappoint .Great ambiance, friendly prompt service. The patio an oasis. I enjoyed a beer while my order was prepared. In all a clean, bright and welcoming space. The car park small but adequate. A female-owned restaurant as well

Yelp
We really enjoyed our meal, particularly the spicy chicken sandwich and the macaroni and cheese. The other dishes we tried were not great for the price but they were far from bad. Can't say I recommend the milkshakes. If you go, absolutely try the yummo fried chicken

Yelp
We're vegetarians but try to eat vegan whenever we can so we were excited to check out another vegan restaurant! My boyfriend and I both loved the fried "chicken"! It's definitely one of the best ones we've had and we were fighting over who got to eat the last one. The flavor of the vegan Mac & cheese was incredible but the sauce was a bit more watery than I prefer. Together we decided that Korny Vibe's vegan mac is second place - check out my other reviews to find first place. If you order the fried pickles, they are pickle SPEARS - I wrongly assumed they would be pickle chips so that was a bit of a shock to me. **Extremely important helpful tip - there is limited parking in the lot in front of the shop. We chose to park on the side of the street as we saw plenty of other cars doing the same and the sign displayed seemed to tell us that we could park there during evening hours. We were so WRONG! Thankfully we got to our car before it got towed, although we didn't get away without receiving a $70 parking ticket first. If the lot is full, I suggest you call the restaurant to ask where additional free, safe parking is located or come back when you can find a spot in their private lot.

Yelp
It's fast food vegetarian. If you prefer whole, less processed food, this probably is not the place for you. Tables at lunch sat un-bussed while staff walked by without much else to do. Building itself looked half remodeled.

Yelp
A had a couple of friends rave about this place and honestly I'm unsure why.... The place seemed to be thrown together in an attempt to be apart of the Montrose culture. I feel there's been a recent trend to just throw restaurants together without any real management. The upkeep of this place needs serious attention. As for the food, I ordered the loaded breakfast platter. To my surprise, the pancakes were absolutely delicious and the highlight of my meal. The substitute sausage (vegan spot) were not tasty... I've been to quite a few vegan spots where the substitute meat was delicious. Only perks for me were the pancakes and the nice music playlist...the food did look delicious though.

Yelp
I'm not Vegan but I had a friend from out of town who wanted to try this place out. So why not come and check this place out too, right? It's located close to Westheimer and Montrose so off the bat, I knew parking would be challenging. The restaurant does have a small parking lot out front which could fit, If I remember correctly, around eight cars. But when I arrived there, the parking lot was full and so I had to look for parking on the street a few blocks away and walked here. This restaurant is a counter order restaurant and there was only one person working the register and even though the line was not crazy long, it took some time until it was our turn to place an order. For reference, we'd waited around 10 minutes in line before I saw a couple of parking spots opening up in the parking lot and so I went back to my car and parked it in the parking lot and then coming back inside and then we still had to wait another 10-15 minutes before we got to place our order. Food wise - I personally thought it was just okay. My friend enjoyed it a lot more than I did. We both ordered the VFC box and some drumstick wyngs and she enjoyed the wyngs a lot more than she did the VFC. Oh also, they messed up with one of the wyng sauces - we had requested ranch but didn't get any (at the very least ranch should come standard with the fried pickles). Honestly, I enjoyed the food more than I thought I would so there's that. But I also wouldn't come here voluntarily by myself either.

Yelp
7 months later and we're married LOL, thank me later! At this point I've met and conversed with everyone, had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and he always goes above and beyond. Great example of quality service and food! I've tried a variety of things and looking forward to their brunch menu next.

Yelp
So I ordered the chicken with Mac and cheese with the fries online. The website is super clean, easy to order. I placed my order and zoomed to the restaurant. Upon arrival, I noticed the parking lot was packed to capacity. Good sign ! (FYI the parking lot is small but street parking is available). Once parked, I glided inside of such a cute but simple restaurant. It gives me laid back / relaxation vibes, for sure! The line was to the door so it took a while to pick up my meal but ooooooohhhhhh it was sooo worth it. Let me tell y'all something about that Mac and cheese. It was super creamy, very light and fresh. It made my day. I look forward to trying them again in the near future!
