Kramer's Cocktails

"Hopsquad Brewery, located in North Burnet, launched a cocktail bar called Kramer’s in late August. Kramer’s specializes in agave spirits such as tequila, mezcal, sotol, and raicilla. The bar offers classic and unique cocktails, including the Xoco Boulevardier (Italian amaro, sweet vermouth, Wild Turkey Rye 101, and mole bitters), and straight-up agave spirits. The intimate setting features bright colors, exposed brick, and plenty of plants, creating a Mexican-inspired atmosphere. As for the cocktails, the Jules Juice is a bare-bones spritz made with Rey Campero Espadin mezcal, hibiscus tea, and lime juice, which is a nod to how Oaxacans sometimes mix mezcal with aguas frescas and lime juice in a pinch.
