Great grub with that Texas BBQ flavor. Solid brisket and ribs good smoke flavor and nice rubs. Mac and cheese is great as well.

Other than the Beef Rib the food was great. I was upset because this Kreuz has a different set up than the one in Lockhart Tx. I was looking forward to walking in to the room where the meat is cooked and cut. I wanted my friends and I to have the same experience I as what i had when I went to the Kreuz in Lockhart Tx. From the smell of the different meats being cooked to the heat coming off the large smokers.

Fantastic atmosphere, good food and friendly service. Wish we had a restaurant like this closer to College Station.

The brisket and pork ribs are solid. The pork ribs tend to be thoroughly smoked and have a jerky taste to them even though the ribs are moist and tender. I personally love that quality, but it's not for everyone. The sides are fantastic. They put brisket in their German potatoes and sauerkraut and is delicious. The service is friendly and the environment is comfortable.

Access is not ideal. No frontage access and had to circle the block to get back to the business. Went in to the "To Go" entrance and waited...and waited while the staff looked at me and never acknowledged me so I finally went inside. Service was terribly slow and staff seemed to be uninterested. Not too upsetting since it is a new business and it takes time to work out the kinks. Brisket was tender but rather bland and they offer no sauce to go with their meats. Sausage was pretty good but about average when compared to other BBQ joints. Totally unimpressed with the sides we ordered. (German Potatoes and the Beans) Both were very bland. I wish them the very best of luck with their business but I'll stick to Fargo's and Rudy's!

Nice clean space. The brisket was good and had just enough smoke very moist. Sausage was a litte greasy but not as bad as some reviews say. Had a nice kick. The staff were friendly but I seemed a little rushed. Especially since if you have never been here it need to be explain that you build you own plate and pick how much of which meats.

Amazing, this place has the best BBQ in Bryan/College Station! I got the sampler plate which includes brisket, sausage, and ribs. Their sausage was juicy yet had a nice bite to it as well as a rich kick with the jalapeno. The smoke the brisket and ribs had enhanced the already delicious flavor, making my meal complete

Folks this is Texas German/Czech BBQ at its finest. This is how it has been done around Central Texas for years. Try the sausage with some red hot sauce and crackers for a different experience. The lemonade is outstanding ( like fair lemonade) and the tea is fresh brewed and that has always been good enough for me. Big Red in a bottle is also a treat. They have sauce now and forks but I rarely eat much of the sauce. Mix a little kraut with the sausage or brisket and you won't eat a better meal. The staff is also very friendly and the service has always been excellent. They serve on butcher paper which is the only way it should be done.
