What Are the Best Restaurants to Visit in London this Weekend? | Eater London

"A bright Gujarati vegetarian restaurant in Wembley notable for its colourful interior and region‑specific repertoire: spicy and garlicky Kathiyawadi snacks, delicate fenugreek fritters, pastry shells filled with fresh pigeon peas, and daily‑changing thalis featuring under‑used vegetables and pulses. The place offers strong, snack‑led cooking with an emphasis on dairy, sev and crunchy textures." - Jonathan Nunn

I tried the Indo-Chinese food at Krishna Kathiyawadi and it was really delicious. The noodles were flavorful, and the Manchurian had the perfect balance of spice and tang. Portion sizes were good, service was quick, and overall it was a satisfying experience. Definitely worth trying along with their Kathiyawadi dishes!♥️

If you wanting to have Indian Street side taste , go for Krishna. Privately owned and managed by family. Swift services , calm composed vibes. Good food. Indo-e is something I would recommend to try among many other good dishes Space is limited so at times, you may find difficulty in securing your table. However staff is polite. It’s a place worth trying and check if it matches your taste buds So far I tried Panner chili, hot& sour soup, tomato soup, Thali, Daal Baati ( Baati are steams and not roasted) so basis this Overall worth visiting I will fore-sure visit this place again

Krishna Restaurant offers amazing food, especially the Indian-style paneer chilli, which I haven't found anywhere else in London. It's a quiet and peaceful spot for dinner, with kind staff and great customer service.

This restaurant located close to Wembley Central station serves an amazing spread of Indian food. We tried their regular thali and dal baati churma and both were amazingly delicious. Freshly prepared food with the right Indian flavours is all you want to feel at home away from home. It's a small place with a simple dining setup, so booking in advance is advised. Must try their mango lassi and dal. They were so pure and out of this world.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and I have no words to express my appreciation! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and prepared to perfection. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, and I was especially impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The service was top-notch, and it made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. Keep up the amazing work!

It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant with a wide variety of indian dishes. I have not dined in yet but I have ordered a few times from UberEats and I felt all the items had too much oil in it. I noticed lot of oil in paneer curry, dry veg. even paratha and poori felt like dipped in oil. I am not able to finish their meal due to so much oil in it and end up discarding half of the quantity. Please request chefs to use lesser oil even if they have to spend few more mins in cooking rather than serving food with this much oil which is not healthy :( I really like the options you have got but I have regretted my decision when the food is on my plate. Update - Thanks for acknowledging my feedback and I understand that packing food might have caused this but I have noticed that I am not facing this problem with every indian eatery I am ordering from. Not sure what is the difference though.

I visited Krishna Restaurant yesterday. While the food was quite good, the prices were extremely high — far more expensive than any Gujarati restaurant I’ve been to before. I prefer Vagghar offers much better value than Krishna

We ordered fulka roti, sev tameta, lasunia Bataka, and dal bati… we had to wait 25 mins for food to come and on top compulsively service charge was added bati it self was not cooked properly and dal was normal dal fry that’s not night we did ask staff before ordering lack of information… sev tameta was only food we all liked it rest okay
