This Dunkin' Donuts location near Concord Mall needs improvement. The service was very slow, and surprisingly, they were completely out of napkins. The staff confirmed they had none, which is a basic necessity for a fast-food establishment.

Edit: Also we went to get the Harry Potter doughnuts and the liar of a cashier said they stopped selling them a month ago when they are suppose to go from : "Harry Potter Specialty Collection available in shop, drive thru and online for pickup and delivery 8/18/2025 through 9/14/2025" is whats on the website. Just drive to salisbury this kk is trash. 2.5 hrs before close and this is all they had. Even better they were finishing up washing the oven and conveyor. Im not quite sure how they planned to serve people the rest of the night. The staff was not sociable whatsoever and talk at about 2 decibals.

Went by tonight after Mass for tbe Assumption of Mary at St. Thomas Aquinas and got their PSL Cake and Glazed doughnut special that is on until 8/17. They were DELICIOUS! Worth the trip and wait in line!! Best doughnuts ever!

Took my son to get the new Harry Potter donuts and they were sold out. He was disappointed but happy to get a sprinkle donut. The Assistant Mgr told us a batch was ready at 3pm the next day. I made sure to get to the store today early to get them for my son. I walked in and the Assistan manager (Kiesha) and the employee working recognized me. I sat down to wait until the Harry Potter donuts were ready. Both of them made time to talk to me and interact with EVERY guest that walked in. They never showed the stress they were under as they were the only 2 ppl working. Kiesha was working hard to get the HP donuts ready and the other gentleman manned the drive thru and front counter. They recognized everyone that came and got in line. They provided a high level of customer service to everyone. They apologized for the delay in HP donuts. They were nothing shy of amazing!

Went in yesterday (Christmas Eve) to get some donuts to surprise my family. I spent almost $40. Ordered a dozen decorated for Christmas. I got 10 donuts holes. And another dozen of plan glazed donuts. I get home and made a big deal and opened the decorated dozen. My wife opened the regular glazed ones and started laughing, "boy you must have been hungry". I looked and two donuts had a bite taken out and were of two different sized bites. My daughter swore I did it and insisted I match my bite with the two donuts. No match. Wife swears I must have had a senior moment. Hell no if I wanted to why not just eat one. Besides the box was sealed pretty good. Don't know if a joke or not, there was a large crew in there scrubbing everything down. Don't think I'll be going back

Krispy Kreme usually always has some deal going on so you should always check online before ordering. Last time when I ordered they gave me 1 less donut due to which I had to park my car and go back in store to get it sorted out. It seemed like it was just a bunch of high schoolers managing the entire store so do check your order before leaving the drive through window.

I have been going here for their fluffy, jelly filled puffs of deliciousness for about three years now. I can say that the offerings are consistent. They may not have endless customizable options, but what they do offer is usually good. Frankly, the drive through is slow, so as of late I usually order through the app. I think they are still working some kinks out with it because a few times, they couldn't find my order and I just needed to place it again when I came in. This time I went in on a warm December, Tuesday and they'd prepackaged my order. They'd included some odd looking gimpy and misshaped donuts. One of them looked so bad the associate just tossed it out right there and replaced it. I noticed another bad donut when I got home, but no matter...My husband still ate it anyway. The space is always clean, and parking is easy. I am thrilled that I live so close to this place. As a transplanted New Yorker, I need my jelly donut fix. I also noticed some very odd activities and loitering in the parking lot. So I'd keep an eye on it. Other that.... It might be the best donuts in town. They have little rides for kids to play. Super cute for them to work off some of that sugar

Went there this morning the girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were there. I ordered a dozen glazed and a dozen chocolate glazed with a frozen latte. The other 3 workers in there ignored the guy behind me so long he got aggravated and left. When we left I saw him next door at chic filet to get his breakfast. The donuts were good of course but service was terrible and inside was dirty with floors super dirty and sticky.

Every time they have the hot and ready sign on i go to the drive thru and they tell me its a 30 minute wait or that its not hot anymore. It's very misleading and frustrating as i had this happen 5x.

I love Krispy Kreme but this location is always disappointing. They either have a poor selection of donuts, or are not participating in Krispy Kreme deals. The customer service is also subpar, and not at all what I expect from this company. I would almost rather drive to the Matthews or Salisbury location before coming to this location.

This was the worst Krispy Kreme experience I've ever had. The employees ignored customers, were incredibly slow, and showed no friendliness at all. The store was also unsanitary--there were flies everywhere and the counters were dirty. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. The donuts look disgusting.

You guys, I am not even local but I tell you what: whoever runs this Krispy Kreme deserves a high five!! A bunch of genuinely friendly and industrious young men were working late on a Tuesday afternoon when my wife and I swung by on a road trip to Atlanta. Understand that one of the seven wonders of the modern world is a freshly-made original KK doughnut. We bought six and headed on our way. The young men from the establishment had a short break outside and were even kind enough to help us orient back to the highway. The store was spotless, well lit, and service was prompt and pleasant. Donut well, my friends!

I wanted to love it- even tried to fix the disgusting latte at home with some sugar and the microwave BUT to no avail The ONLY saving grace was the customer service! That hot caramel latte tasted like watered down black coffee. There is only 1 Krispy Kreme in all of CLT that has ever made a satisfactory hot caramel latte & it was inside the 485. The doughnuts were delicious (but looked like they played Hot Potato with them before tossing them in boxes ‍)

As a recent Yelper complained, this "is not the place" to pick up donuts in Concord. I placed an online order for 6 specialty donuts and upon arrival, they weren't even ready, and half of the ordered donuts were not available. The staffer asked if I wanted other donuts to fulfill the order. They weren't price comparable and when you complain online, the template doesn't work at all. Krispy Kreme is only as good as the management of the facility and their workers. This place is not the ideal location for efficiency or customer service.

The worst Krispy Kreme experience EVER. My wife and I arrived around 8:45 PM. and they close the lobby before 9 PM, and we waited 30 minutes in line to get to the window and order 2 decaf coffees (and they said they were out and could not make more) and they were also out of the cinnamon rolls. After we paid for everything. They then said they were out of cream for coffee. We had to use milk instead. We asked for extra milk while they were putting it in the cup and still did not get it. I took a bite of my chocolate covered cream, filled doughnut, and it had no cream inside. An incredibly poor experience, dealing with teenagers working the window and no oversight. They were rude and there was not one apology for anything. What a waste of $16.

Stopped by this Krispy Kreme location on the way home from a trip recently and went in planning to get a chocolate iced creme filled and a peach cobbler doughnut. The line was pretty long but we saw both doughnuts in the case, so we decided to wait. Once we got up to order, they told us they didn't have either of those flavors. After mentioning that there was a full case with about 100 doughnuts in it and many of them being both of those flavors, he said they couldn't sell those. When I asked why, he would only respond with "we just can't, I'll get fired". It was around 8pm and they closed at 11pm. We left with other doughnuts, and they were good, but I still don't understand why they couldn't sell them or what they were planning to do with them all when they closed. Maybe it's a location-based policy? Either way, it was a weird experience.

Today I visted this location to pick up some donuts for my daughter's teachers. Well, I noticed this morning they had several specialty donuts so I wanted to grab two, but I was quickly told they're for display only. What's the point of putting donuts out if customers can't purchase them. I was so freaking annoyed. So when I asked how long they would be on display, they lady told me all day which is insane.

Service was terrible, both girls had massive attitudes with all of the customers. I waited 30+ minutes for my online order which you can't get through the drive through. I finally get through the line and tell the girl I had a mobile order, she rolled her eyes and moved slowly. They gave me all the wrong donuts besides the originals. It was disgusting inside with trash all the tables, floors sticky, and, work stations gross.

They finally had the assortment donut holes today b/c they usually don't. You're supposed to get two of every flavor. They had 3 of some of the same flavors and not some of the flavors at all. I know this b/c I just order the same thing at the Krispy Kreme off independence blvd and they had every flavor. The donuts were dry the powdered sugar ones seem like they were wet. Then I was in line waiting b/c I gave a $20 bill and they didn't have any change at 3pm in the afternoon and when he gave me money back he was short a dollar for me. The customer service was not good no one apologized about the inconvenience. I honestly wanted to cancel the whole order but I was so ready to just go so $5.02 waisted on dry donuts

EVERY TIME! Every time I come here they are out of everything but original glazed, and sometimes that too. How a donut place runs out of donuts that are made in house is beyond me. Not only that, the dude at the speaker fully needs to be re trained or fired. They also never clean. Furthermore, being literally across the street from one of the busiest malls in North Carolina, you would think they would keep both lanes open in the drive through. Instead, they would rather the line wrap the building and go into the main road causing actual traffic issues. Just shut the whole place down at this point.

It's no surprise that so many Krispy Kreme's are closing with employees like that. Maybe the employees need to be schooled on how to treat paying customers. Thank you.

This is not a place i can recommend at all. This is the third time that I have arrived and the order is not ready even though I ordered it on line. Then even though they have offerings listed on line, when I got there the offerings were not available. I had ordered cinnamon buns and when I got there at 8:15, they were just preparing them. The rasberry filled dognuts were in the display case but they had not been filled. This is the worse run Krispy Kreme I have every seen. Sorry. Its location is great but its management is horrible.

This location has gone downhill. It doesn't matter if you order ahead, one guy ordered 24 hours ahead , it will not be ready. It will not even be started. They will stroll around as slowly as possible to fill your boxes, that were supposed to be ready earlier. No hot donuts at 11:30? What exactly is the point coming here? Also, I ordered the Christmas combo box- 4 were plain, instead of two. Cheated.

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts in the whole world. They use to have a store in CT not far from us, but they closed down in fortunately years ago. So it was a must to drive by, drive through, and drive away with a dozen and a 3pack. We were able to control ourselves and drive back to CT to enjoy them back home with a nice cup of joe (home brew). These things just melt in your mouth!

I had ordered 10 dozen doughnuts in advance for an event. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told that my money was being refunded because the machine was broken. NO ONE CONTACTED ME. The manager didn't even offer an apology or try to assist me in coming up with Plan B. We ended up driving in the rain to another location 30 minutes away where that manager was more than helpful. We got to the event late and doughnuts had to put out as guests were arriving. Embarrassing. The owners of the Concord site need to do some training in customer service and communication.

And that's sad, because I usually take the whole cake. Anywho, you ever have a hankering for a tasty little donut or a fancy pants ice cream drink just to arrive to your destination to be told there is still no ice. FOR THE SECOND TIME IN TWO WEEKS! And the smallest collection of crusty donuts from gosh knows when. Krispy Kreme, get yo life together. Y'all playing. "Hot N Now" my tush. More like "Crusty and Never" Please fix this. The place is always filthy, especially behind the counter. There's absolutely no management. Basically, this giant store is run by teenagers. Find another Krispy Kreme or Dunkin'.

I ordered 50 dozen for a school event. I received an email confirming my order and also a voicemail Alex confirming my order for pickup at 12pm. There was a lot going on that day for us as a family, so my husband wasn't able to get to the store until 2pm. Our order wasn't ready and we were told that since we didn't get there at 12pm they sold our order. One of my questions is, how do you sell 50 dozen doughnuts in 2 hours on a Saturday during lunch hours. Also if you have a large order like that and the person hasn't shown up, wouldn't you call the customer to see when and if they are coming to pick up the order? They never had the order and proceeded to gaslight my husband into thinking it was his fault the order wasn't there. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. No apology, no accountability and no solution to make things right. If i could give zero stars I would. I'd love to speak to the franchise owner but its next to impossible to get a response from anyone.

I was so happy when this placed opened. Concord went too long without a KKD in town. I waited a while before I made my first trip there to avoid the long lines. I am very happy with my first trip there. The place looks and feels clean, new, and welcoming. Everything is wide open. You can watch the donuts come down the conveyer belt from start to finish. The donut cast is stocked with a huge selection of flavors and different types of donuts. The prices are very reasonable. The employees were friendly. I can't wait to return!

I was so excited to find out that we were going to have a new Krispy Kreme store right near Concord Mills. One of the main Krispy Kreme factories is located in Concord, North Carolina so it only seem fitting to have a store here. It seems that everyone is excited about this new Krispy Kreme because there's always a line to get your donuts. Most of the time the donuts are absolutely delicious but they run specials sometimes and it seems that whenever they run a special they skimp on the filling inside some of the donuts. Why is it that I had to eat 3/4 of my donut before I found some jelly? Also, I remember when Krispy Kreme used to have hot fresh glazed donuts for patrons that came by just to show gratitude for patronizing them. What happened to those days? Bring back the free fresh hot glazed donuts...

A very nice location but the service was slow. Maybe there was an issue in front of us...but I mean it's just donuts lol. I'll add that I love Krispy Kreme! When they have the hot sign on it is always so tempting to go! I love that there is a location here in Concord now but be ready to wait! We did the drive thru but there were only two cars in front of us and we waited a long time for them to service both cars. Something they should definitely work on. Maybe try going inside the store.

I called the location at Concord Mills to ask a quick question and the person that answered the phone hung up on me twice. He refused to give me his name and referred to himself as the "Manager" and I literally had a question that would have taken 15 seconds of his time. I hope the person that answered the phone is not the Manager, because if it is they picked someone with poor customer service skills. Krispy Kreme should be embarrassed.

I Finally made it to the new Krispy Kreme!! I went before work and it was the first time I didn't see a line. I pull right up, excited to order my custom box and try the new Reese Donuts.....ONLY for them to tell me they didn't "have chocolate right now" nor could they give me the apple fritter donuts. Uhhh... bummers!! Then I get to the window and explain I had the coupon for the free box of donuts and she almost didn't apply it to my order after scanning it, I had to remind her before she swiped my card. And she didn't give me a bag. A little disappointed I couldn't get what I drove way up here for. They should be fully equipped to serve all options daily especially because they are a new location. Not so good experience for my first visit.

Ok....first thing...the supervisor yells at his staff in front of customers. I felt embarrassed for them. They all appeared to be working hard, they were all super sweet and attentive to the customers. But this dude...standing in the front of the store yelling at his staff...extremely unprofessional. I am a manager and I have managed people for over 15 years. If I needed to discipline or redirect an employee I wouldn't embarrass them in front of other people. I would walk up to them, pull them to the side and speak quietly with them but I would be encouraging. I bet he can't keep any employees here. If I walked in and saw my son being berated by this man, I'd have to have a few words with him myself. They all looked to be terribly frightened of him. On a positive note I think this location is new. It is huge! Bright, cheery... And, of course, the donuts are good. I mean it's Krispy Kreme. You really can't go wrong.

Is the cream machine empty? There is hardly any in these donuts. Maybe this is part of your shrinkflation thing you got going on which is crazy cause these donuts are over 2 bucks a pop! Come on man. Also, your workers are low energy despite how young they are. They got the depression. I was trying to leave fast but my shoes were stuck to your sticky floor.

Was told the limited time offer advertised (main reason for going) was not available at that site. Received no apology. Other donuts received (other than the original glazed warm off the line) appeared stale. The last two times I had tried to have donuts delivered from this location I did not receive the full order. Figured I would try in person this time but the experience was no better. Three strikes!

Staff was not friendly and mumbled at you. Couldn't hear anything. The hot n now doughnuts tasted like burnt oil and very little icing. The glazed were old and stale. Most of the icing ended up on the lid. Will not go back there.

The drive thru service is poor. I was asked my order 4 times. When I got to the window , he tried to give me another order. I gave my order again . Attempted to pay cash. Was told they cannot break 20's for a $14 order. Left the drive thru with nothing but a poor experience .

Stopped in this location recently after seeing promotions for new donut flavors. The location is large and spacious. There's a great view of the conveyor bringing fresh yumminess right out. The service was quick and friendly. I see recommend next time you're in the area looking for a quick sweet treat.

The donuts were excellent, let's get that straight. No problem. However, the cleanliness of the inside on the counters could use improvements. The cashier was annoyed when we asked for our receipt and had to go get a manager, which I thought was strange. - 2 stars for subpar cleanliness and customer service.
