Everything here was so wonderful from the cleanliness to the energy level. Music was at a good level comfortable seating. Donuts and Coffee were delicious. They have playfully designed donuts. I will for sure be coming back here. Keep up the great work.

Driving by with my daughter, we decided to stop at Krispy Kreme for a quick treat, and I’m so glad we did! The donuts were as fresh and delicious as always, but what really made our visit stand out was the amazing service we received. Miss Danielle, who was working the window, was absolutely phenomenal! It looked like she was handling everything by herself, but you would never know it by the way she worked. She was fast, efficient, and friendly, delivering A1 customer service with a smile. Not once did she skip a beat. We left not only with our favorite hot, fresh donuts but also feeling so impressed by how hard she was working while keeping such a positive attitude. Krispy Kreme, you’ve got a true gem in Danielle! We’ll definitely be back!

I had trouble with the app and John was working at the drive thru area and came to help me. When i tried asking the cashier in front she was not on the mood. But John is essentially amazing person. He was welcoming, helped me placed my orders and helped me with getting the bar code on my phone that I had trouble with. His character showed strong knowledge of being an employee . If it was up to me. I would made him employee of the year. The donuts were to perfection. Thank you 😊

I'm glad that I stopped at this Krispy Kreme. I was treated with the utmost respect they recognized me as a veteran, and the young lady who waited on me was very nice to me. The place was nice and clean and I definitely will come back here again. Great staff.

The store is clean and welcoming. Very nice atmosphere. My only complaint was the service. The lady behind the counter somehow didn't see me and proceeded to ask the lady behind me if she was ordering or picking. The lady informed her that she was there to order. The cashier proceeded to take her order and fulfill it. The cashier then proceeded to assist another lady that was behind me. At this point, I calmly asked why I was being overlooked and proceeded to assist me with my pickup order. I informed the lady that I believed that she would feel slighted had the situations be reversed, and she seemed confused and asked how she should've handled things. I informed her that in order to avoid such situations, helping the customers in line order is the best way to go. She didn't respond but had a look of confusion. I asked another rep for his opinion, but he didn't want to get involved, so I picked up my order and left. I'm not sure if that's poor training or something more, but for a first-time customer to this location, I can't say I'll be returning.

5 stars across the board for the team that worked on May 1st at 5:45p! We had a large order and the female cashier was so friendly and welcoming. One gentleman was happily cleaning the baseboards of the restaurant which shows this location cares about cleanliness and presentation. Two guys also helped us to the car with our order. Overall great experience, great team and pleasant visit!!!

Donut was the size of a silver dollar lol I bought 6 of these and was highly disappointed the pic doesn’t even do it any justice. The donuts were legit so small we ate them in 3 bites

Very additive! I can’t just have one. Freshly made, placed order through their website. Order was not ready but I appreciated them nice and warm just as they come out. Customer service was nice and friendly. It was a great experience to be able to see how these delicious doughnuts are made.

Worst customer service ever. Came in a Sunday morning to get some donuts for my church group and the counter person, a short African American woman with glasses could not have been more RUDE. She acted with such hostility and unprofessional rudeness towards me. If my church group hasn't needed the donuts I would have walked right out. Shame on her and KK you need to look at your employer customer service or you will lose customers. You lost me as one.

Excellent location for a tasty treat. Assortment of flavors drinks and delicious Doughnuts! Clerks are courteous and helpful in guiding you through the various flavors. Kyan was helpful to me and I will return. Location next to 91st and Western Ave (2400 West)

I really liked Krispy Kreme years ago, but it seems as if the donuts are getting sweeter and sweeter in a bad way. I love apple fritters so I was excited to try them. I ordered through Uber and the picture made them look delicious. What I got was not what I thought I ordered. They were misshapen, undercooked, sugar bombs. They are inedible garbage. I'm so disappointed. All of the other donuts are just as sweet. I have a major sweet tooth, but these just give me a headache.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The donuts were fresh and the girls working there were friendly and extremely helpful to someone like me who does not frequent Krispy Kreme. Will definitely come back to this location again, they had the best, most fresh coffee as well I ordered a dozen of the regular donuts. For those that didn't know like me, the extra ones are an up charge Over all great experience

It was barely 7 and they had their oven turned off couldn't even get the donuts warm ! Besides that. They had no chillers nothing wouldn't go late evening ! In a rush to close.

Terrible service. For starters they took my order granted it was close to closing time and the line was long. However I made it to the order window on time they still took my order as I'm pulling up to the pay window they decide to cancel my order and tell me they're closed and can't give me my order. Ridiculous unprofessional trash staff.

I am a huge Krispy Kreme Donut fan! Since lots of them have been closed down, I was lucky enough to be driving pass one and had to stop in on a non busy weekday at 11AM. This Krispy Kreme is located in the same plaza as Menards, Meijer and Ross. Lots of parking available. There wasn't any customers when I got there and the employees were chit chatting but when I walked in, someone came up to me and asked what I wanted to order. There were lots of fresh donuts available still and the store was clean and employees were wearing masks. I got their limited edition Lemonade Donut and it was really good. Highly recommend it if you haven't gotten a chance to try it yet. Not overly sweet like some of the other limited flavor ones they roll out throughout the year. It has a hint of lemon flavor that wasnt over powering and their signature glaze just makes it even more delicious! I didn't have a bad experience at this location like some of the other yelpers have mentioned on there.

The store's hours are 6am to 10pm as posted, I arrived at 9:35 and the entrance doors were locked and the workers inside said to go through the drive through as they were fixing up the chairs ready to close.. ok. So I proceed to go to the drive through and ask for a dozen original glazed donuts, and apparently they were out for the night. As someone who's worked in the restaurant/fast food industry, very unprofessional of everyone in there to lock the doors before closing, and kind of odd that that the donuts that they're known for are out for the night.

Excellent Service Management was very professional and friendly. Considering the fact that they only had 2 days to fulfill an 800 dozen order for a Church Fund Raiser. I ordered 6 donuts through grub hub and one of the donuts of the same kind was extremely small so they put it in my box since It was a delivery order and I was not there to complain .. the employees don't care about there manager to do this to there business.. I felt so disrespected . Anthony the manager need to be replaced since his employees don't respect him.and takes it out on his customes.. I threw the entire box away because no telling what else they are doing with the food

If i can give them a 0 i would ! I just stopped by today because i got a 30% off a dozen but the lady in the register who definitely looked like she didnt want to be there wasnt helpful when i told her i got the notification of the offer but couldnt find in the email and didnt even want to try to help! Definitely wont be coming again! Had to pay full price when i had a offer available on my phone! Who doesnt want to save a couple bucks nowadays!

As I was riding down Western coming from the Cakewalk Event I looked over to my left and what did I see Krispy Kreme. It was like the Sweetness Of Heaven. I haven't been to a actual Krispy Kreme store in years. Nothing compares to it. No matter if Jewel, The Local Gas Station or Walmart sell these donuts. You must get the full experience of coming inside and allowing your eyes to indulge on these goodies. There is a glass display of different flavors of these Famous Donuts. My eyes were overloading my stomach. I was so undecided on which one I wanted to purchase. Jelan was so patient and nice. He didn't rush me. He allowed me to soak up all the sweetness inside this place. He also walked me through on how to sign up and get a free donut. Thanks so much Jelan..... This location is awesome. They have some amazing and fresh donuts and the customer service is Excellent. The prices are just right not overly expensive. Good selection of donuts, freshly baked, so soft and warm with every bite. The restaurant was nice and clean and you can even watch how freshly donuts are being made and watch them coming out and the glazed warm look on the donuts. Take me back...... I will be back very soon.

My friend and I came here together to support our student organization from our college days. They have a Krispy Kreme fundraiser, where you buy the dozen online, and they give you a unique code to give the store to redeem the dozen and it's any Krispy Kreme location. For some reason, my code didn't work, and the staff at the drive thru was very patient and courteous, she tried the code twice and ended up just giving it to me which I appreciate. I had no clue why it wasn't working. My friend in the passenger seat was getting an error about her card not going through but turns out she paid for 2 dozens. Both of her codes worked but mine didn't. Overall, it was still a good experience despite my code not working, we were in and out, and the donuts were still fresh surprisingly especially when it's close to closing time. They close at 10 and we arrived at 9:15. I also haven't had a Krispy Kreme original glaze donut in so long, and there's something special about this plain Jane donut. I love how soft and fluffy it is to bite into. The sugar glaze is a perfect touch to the already amazing donut. I could only imagine how much better it'll be if I picked it up when they have their hot and ready sign on. I do recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for the Krispy Kreme brand donuts. They make the donuts fresh in house, and I do recommend the drive thru it was pretty quick and easy.

This was the most disgusting donut shop I have ever been to .The donuts tasted like pure grease couldn't taste any other flavor left a grease film in mouth 20.00 for12 donuts !!!!so disappointed it was the Scooby-Doo foo Halloween donuts please don't waste your money I would give it no stars but the app won't allow that.

Definitely donuts are delicious any Krispy Kreme but Saturday night we google the hours of service and clearly was stated that it was open till 10pm! When we got there as we parked this worker that was mopping runs to lock the door, and lifts his finger doing circle movements on the air, and we could see the counter and there was tons of donuts on the display, we went thru the drive thru and it was open and I asked why was it close and she said " we are open the lobby is open " we got to the door and the same guy opens up with a snotty attitude we told him the lady o. The drive thru said it was open he repetitive said lobby is close lobby is close the floors are wet!!! And we asked to speak to a manager and he said I am the manager, no tag and didn't want to gives us the name!!!! I drove a long way so I went to drive thru the lady said they didn't have all of the product so she also with an attitude and so fast we couldn't understand what she was saying....... And she rudely said "I said these are the ones we have and mentioned quickly the ones" and of course we didn't hear or understood what she said so we just took plain glaze. At the window I asked her why his co worker said what he said and with an attitude too, I don't know why!!! So if you want donuts I would suggest go in the morning maybe that crew is polite and not like these people at night!!!!!

been here only three times "differ days of the week" but every time they are almost out of everything besides like 3 kinds. the workers are always one the phone and get annoyed when you "interrupt" then when they are supposed to be doing there job. 2 out of the 3 times the lobby was closed.

My experience was brief I arrives after 700 am on Monday looking for a pick me It was raining out, that being said I was the only customer inside the store. The customer's, were in drive thru mostly. I was promtly greeted . I saw the original Krispy on the cover belt . I asked for two, I order plain coffee and was give a free lemonade frozen drink ,so believe it was made and a customer in the drive thru changed their mind about . The manager asked my cashier to offer it to me. That was awesome the lemonade I saved and drank later that nite and was still very enjoyable I just places in the freezer. The donuts were fresh light surg and sugary gooey goodness I was sad I devoured them before I pulled up in my garage lol I will be back, great service

Best doughnuts ever sour cream doughnut was not what I hope for but when I put the doughnut on top of the iced coffee I got it was like heaven

Super clean restaurant! This is a great place to take your children so they can watch their donuts being made. The prices are good and the staff were friendly!

The service is HORRIBLE!!! they are not friendly at all and when I asked for my order they said they were NOT able to do it. I had a friend do the exact same order and it was perfectly fine. The crew that works Sunday evenings definitely have no manners and it's a shame that workers like that hurt the name of the company.

If I could give this location zero stars I would!!! They are so ignorant at this location! If you hate your job then quit! No reason to ruin a customers day for no reason at all with your nasty attitudes! Came here to get donuts and an empty dozen box for milestone photos of my newborn, and this location were completely rude. I even told them I would pay for donuts and not take the donuts just an empty box, nope "we can't do that". This location is a disgrace, get new employees. Demanded to speak to a manager and was straight up told "no". Worst service ever.

Still happy to have a Krispy Kreme nearby but these workers need an attitude adjustment. They're too busy screaming at each other to acknowledge their customers. Donuts have always been good. Although last time they must have run out of the ones I wanted and they slipped another kind in around the corners of the box where I wouldn't see. You can do better, have some pride in your work.

Terrible service , unbelievably slow. Not a single person inside and I waited 10 min to be waited on, and another 10 for a small regular coffee and 2 doughnuts that were right behind the glass. Unfortunately this is the only Krispy Kreme within 20 miles or I would not be coming back

Drove past Wednesday around 1pm and there was no line! Went in an bought two donuts, the cake batter was excellent and also a glazed filled with cream. This place is cool because you can see the donuts being made.

Very poor service at this location. I waited in line inside for 15 minutes at 11:45 AM on a Thursday. I should not have to wait that long for a dozen doughnuts and coffee. The line was very long and the mgr did not bother to open another register or send a backup to assist w drinks. Will not return until they get it together.

Employees do not know what they doing. They need helped and the manager was outside smoking. They were using their phone while taking my order. Horrible service.

**********HAPPY 500TH YELP REVIEW****** I came here expecting to wait forever, I literally waited 7 minutes from the time I ordered until I picked up my wonderful pillows of heavens called Original glazed donuts. The staff is friendly and very helpful. A dozen of original glaze donuts are $9.99 plus tax. I will definitely be back.

This is not an indictment of this location but an overall review of KK. The big draw was their signaling of "Hot Donuts". Now in the interest of speed, the donuts are fried and stored for use later. If I'm driving for 10+ miles for donuts, I'll stick with Old Fashioned Donuts. This Halloween promotion is also less than clear. The implication is you are buying the specialty donuts and getting a dozen glazed for $1. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. All it means is that you buy a dozen you get a second dozen for $1.

Love the donuts but some staff might need to be retrained in dealing with customers. Their was a simple error in our order, not a big deal. Went back inside to ask if she'd be able to correct it and was instantly told that's not what we ordered in such a rude manner that another employee had to step in and ask what was wrong. It was corrected by the employee that stepped forward but the original interaction was ridiculous. Nobody should leave from getting donuts mad

For starters, I absolutely love Krispy Kreme. Probably one of favorite desserts to have, and if I happen to see a KK whenever I travel I get some donuts. That being said, this Krispy Kreme has HORRENDOUS customers service. I've gone in several times and it's like everyone just hates their job. They talk to you like you're bothering them with a huge attitude and whenever I say "thank you" I just get silence- it's the most bizarre thing. By far the worst person working there who I believe is a manager or supervisor, not sure what her name is because she never wears a name tag- super rude human being.

As a longtime lover of Krispy Kreme I hate writing this review, as I am grateful for the few locations that are still open. I'm not close to any so we drove 35 minutes for these donuts! Unfortunately, this location was out of most of their donuts by 4pm and didn't tell me this until I was already at the window and under the impression there was no issue. The cashier gave me attitude like I was the one inconveniencing her. The donuts that they DID HAVE were hard. Not worth the drive. Won't be back

I don't get donuts often but these are great donuts However, the customer service is lacking. When there are five people standing behind the counter there shouldn't be only one register open and a line of people waiting..

I am not usually a review writer, but my experience at the Evergreen Park Krispy Kreme was above and beyond because of Tammy, the manager. I was in charge of the favors at my niece's backyard wedding. It turned out to be a glamorous event and the donut favors that Tammy made happen were the biggest hit. I wanted the 2 pack, X and O, that I found on pinterest. Corporate KK told me they were only available in the UK, not US. Needless to say, I was very bummed. I still went into the E.G. location wanting a regular 2 pack because donuts are a big hit right now at weddings. When I got there and discussed the situation with Tammy, she said," Hang on I can get you yhe X and O. She came back and told me that she could get me exactly what I wanted here in E.G. I ordered them on her verbal guarantee and she delivered. This manager, Tammy, this kind of employee, rose to the level of excellence, that any company should hope for. I was let down with the dead end from corporate, but this employee saved a customer, made money for KK and knocked it out of the park. Please take my eternal thanks and recommendation that this lady, Tammy is your way to go for any event. Its hard to find people that get great satisfaction in making peoples wishes come true as far as she can. I would hire her in a minute to serve my customers. I cannot say enough about this lady, Tammy. I truly love her for what she did for me and I had never met her before my request.

Hello world! I am here to tell you that I absolutely positively dislike this place with a burning passion. I believe the texture of their doughnuts is absolutely horrifying to where I always have a greasy mouth. Maybe its just me but I Just don´t like the whole Krispy Kreme foundation. *UPDATE* 10/19/17 Thank you to the manager of Evergreen Park's Krispy Kreme store, Carlos L., for listening, for his immediate response & attention to my experience at this store. My family and I truly appreciate the courteous & professional manner on how this manager handled this situation. We will give this store another shot. Rate: 4 stars: good donuts, modern/chic environment, plays great classic jazz tunes. Manager (Carlos L.) gave immediate attention, showed genuine concern for customer's experience & high degree of professionalism. 10/18/17 Krispy Kreme Evergreen Park, IL Went to Krispy Kreme morning of 10/18/17 @ 11am pleasant experience. Bought 2 dozen assorted donuts. Went again at 3:35pm in the afternoon with my kids. 50 minute bad experience ended 4:25pm. Red flags (concerns/complaints): 1) drive thru cars out to 91st Street. 2) inside store long lines minimum wait to order 10 minutes 3) mob of people waiting for donuts (20+) 4) packed like sardines 5) unfriendly staff 6) dirty/unclean environment 7) tried ordering donuts but most were out 8) saw one white bar left on kitchen tray & associate said I could purchase it. We ordered a total of 10 donuts & 2 iced drinks paid 3:51pm 9) employees didn't call our names for drink order after 10 minutes had to fight thru crowd to inquire 4:00pm 10) messed our drink order up. Gave hot coffee instead of iced pumpkin spice waited another 5 minutes for remake 11) Staff tried to remake our drink order but gave iced coffee & no pumpkin spice flavor 12) 4:15pm inquired about our order that we have been here since 3:51pm. Rude employee said glazed donuts just coming out but I saw employees packing 4 dozen glazed donuts 10 minutes earlier for drive thru. 13) 4:16pm asked another associate  again to check my order. He took my receipt & started filling my order but came back to me & mumbled, "sorry the only white bar was already sold." I was fuming bec. I already paid for it at 3:51 pm. 14) I asked him how he was going to make this right bec. I reminded him that I paid extra for white bar & I should get extra 3 donuts. He said no. They could refund me white bar or just give me 2 extra donuts. I reluctantly opted for the 2 extra donuts. 15) wasted 50 minutes at this store. Fought mob to exit & Finally left parking lot at 4:25pm. Suggestions: 1) Better time/product management. Know peak times & have plenty of donuts available to avoid having frustrated-prompt-paying customers wait & waste valuable time. If you advertise that you are open until Midnight- DON'T RUN OUT OF DONUTS!!! 2) Use a microphone when calling customers names. Staff whispering/mumbling only once in a packed room & leaving donuts/orders lying around is ridiculous. 3)Devise an efficient & safe way for customers to make orders in an orderly fashion & create a safe waiting area for pickups. Keep the area clear for inquiries or pickup. It was chaos.  We were packed like sardines or lemmings to the sea in front of the kitchen with frustrated customers waiting for their donuts. It was as if gold bars were being made & looters were about to jump the conveyor belt once glazed donuts started coming out. 4) Hire kind, professional, respectful & friendly employees who will treat customers with utmost care. These are paying customers who are paying for exceptional donuts & service. 5) Maintain the facility. Customers should feel welcomed into a clean, fresh & comfortable environment not like a tsunami hit it. 6) If staff made a mistake learn how to be genuinely sorry & be accountable & find a way to make it right for the customer so they will return & continue to buy your product. It's not the customer's fault your store ran out of donuts during peak business hours. It's the manager & staff's responsibility to maintain production & distribution. 7) Use good communication skills. Talk to each other. Devise better system of reserving paid donuts to rightful owner. 8) When there's a mob, diverting people's (&kids) attention away from long, unpleasant waiting periods can help keep their spirits up. Comments: This 1st time experience wasn't good & my kids said they don't want to relive this 50 minute nightmare for 10 measly donuts & 2 drinks anytime soon. I agree with them. It will be a long while until we visit this store again. Our hard earned money was spent here at an establishment that was disorganized, a waste of time & such unpleasant & horrible customer service! We want your store to be successful here in Evergreen Park & that's why I've given some suggestions to improve your store. However, you & your staff have to demonstrate that you want to make it work at Evergreen Park, make your customers happy to come back for more. I have been waiting on a fresh, hot Krispy Kreme donut since high school. I was not disappointed. The lines were long, the workers were smiling and free donuts for everyone. The aroma from the conveyer belt of donuts was breath taking and for the opening there were hats on the table if you wanted to represent Krisy Kreme. Stop by, because Evergreen Park is reclaiming the territory. Move over Chicago Ridge.

I've been here twice since they've opened. Both times I ordered 2 glazed donuts. The first time I visited, the donuts were nice and warm, practically melting in my mouth! This particular visit was within the first week of them opening. I had to wait about 25 minutes, but the donuts were well worth the wait! My second visit was a bit more lackluster. Upon arrival, there were only 2 cars in front of me so I expected to my visit to be fairly short. By the time I placed my order and drove around to the window, there was only 1 car in front of me. About 2 minutes later that car pulled off, and I pulled up to the window. Since my order was small, it was ready. I was looking at the bag by the window, but a few minutes went by before someone helped me. The employees were laughing and joking around instead of giving me my order. When the young lady finally came to the window, she gave me the incorrect order. I ordered 2 glazed donuts, and she gave me 2 sugar donuts. When I told her my order was incorrect, she smiled, kindly apologized, and quickly swapped bags with me. She accidentally gave me the donuts for the car behind me. This particular time the donuts weren't warm at all. The hot sign was on, but the donuts weren't even room temp. :/ They were still delicious, but they would've been SO much better if they were warm.

Nice location. Friendly staff and quick service. They have a parking lot and located in a strip mall so you can grab a coffee and some donuts before you shop.

On Saturday September 5th I ordered a dozen of the pumpkin donuts and 16 mixed minis. I only received my dozen of pumpkin and a box with 4 glazed donuts. I called and no one answered. I also emailed the Krispy Kreme customer service and I have not heard from anyone.

If you want the krispy creme experience come thru! Come when its hot make sure the lights on! All staff was top notch. Donuts hot n delicious

As much as I love the donuts, the employees will keep many customers from indulging. GREAT customer service goes a long way with patrons of your establishment. And to continue to treat them with disdain and blatant disrespect is a poor reflection of the COMPANY!! I'm sure you all read these comments and guess what? We ALL can't be telling the same lie now can we? Placing the order in line was crazy. On this particular day, I was the only patron in the drive thru and was declined to add on a latte at the window since I didn't mention it while ordering at the drive thru monitor. I was told I had to drive back around---keep in mind I'm the only person in line. The wait time for glazed donuts (THE ONLY REASON TO GO TAKE SUCH A DRIVE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS FOR THE GLAZED DONUTS) WAS 25 MINUTES!! It was 4:43PM...right..so it was too late in the evening to say we just opened the store and we are not prepared!! It was 3 individuals at one window. Whether they were training or not, this would have been the perfect opportunity to show the host TAMEYA how to make adjustments to orders at the window, instead she was taught how to lose a paying customer with rudeness and laziness. If my daughter didn't have such a craving, that order would have been cancelled immediately. It was 84 degrees in Chicago and I drove away thirsty. Went to the local gas station across the parking lot to grab a beverage and kept on about my day. YOU ALL NEED TO DO BETTER with training people and maybe surprise your employees to see if they are actually doing what they said they know how to do in your interview to be an employee at Krispy Kreme!! If you want fresh melt in your mouth donuts, this is the place for you. I love Krispy Kreme donuts variety and the different flavors they offer are so good. My granddaughter love the sprinkles and strawberry flavor. Also, The staff are nice and professional Thanks

The place was a madhouse but The decor was so warm and inviting I didn't mind the only confusion was where the line began in where it ended. The donuts are displayed like jewelry and a jewel case everything was available the one doughnut I had to wait for my server Lakesha make sure I had a coffee and a comfortable spot to sit while I waited. The staff was very friendly very attentive definitely going back

Thursday morning drive Thru went quickly and smoothly. Staff was friendly and efficient. I'm taking the time to write this review bc I feel like a lot ppl only take the time to when they're mad.

Love love these but will never go to the Evergreen location again. Staff was rude. Horrible horrible customer service.

I always receive great service here and the donuts are always fresh. This is dangerous being so close to home.
