Update 4.3.2023: I've come to this location multiple times and always leave happy. During their first year of opening, this place would get packed. The line was outside and everyone would social distance. Now im usually able to come in and order immediately, with little to no wait. The last three times I've visited, the same ladies have been behind the counter. I've come by Saturday afternoon. The ladies who work that shift are amazing. They work FAST and have a whole routine set up. You ask one of them for the donuts you want and she repeats them loud enough for the lady at the register to hear. By the time you turn around, you are rung up and they're just waiting for payment. I love it. The donuts are always good. Really soft and fresh. I love the different donuts that come out during the seasons and holidays. This week i picked up the mini spring box. I enjoyed the different donuts it came with. It came with chocolate frosted donut with pastel sprinkles, green frosted donut with a marshmallow bunny with candy feet, blue frosted donut with white circle sprinkles and piped yellow frosting with orange to create a baby chick and last was a yellow and orange flower with sugar sprinkles. They were all delicious and a hit with the kiddies. It was 16 mini donuts for $20.49. This time around i also ordered coffee from here. I have never tried any of their beverages. I had an iced caramel coffee. It was surprisingly good. The coffee was strong. I liked it. Overall, i will continue to support them. The donuts are GOOD. 10.14.2021: This location has been holding up pretty well. I have both got to this location to pick up donuts and also have had delivery. I much rather go in to get the donuts. Its cheaper and you also have a chance to see the donuts and pick the ones you like best. They prices are a little expensive. Especially when you compare them to other donut places that are around. However the donuts here are worth it. My favorites are the glazed and jelly filled. Most of the seasonal donuts arent that good. This last visit i got two Halloween donuts and the black sugar on the outside is too grainy and like sand. It also turned my kids mouth black. We wiped it all off. During the holiday in December they come out with a few more in present design and trees, etc - they aren't good. Too much food coloring on the icing. The icing filling on the inside isn't good.bThe glazed pumpkin spice cake donut is absolutely delicious. Overall i will keep visiting this location.

Great fast service. No line and no wait time. She made my ice mocha coffee fast and it was really chocolate. I will go back again any time I have a chocolate coffee craving. The donuts were pretty much basic they seemed a little smaller than the average size donut .

Wish I can give this place more stars the customer service I received in here from the manager Christine and the sales women salena was absolutely amazing. The donuts are obviously delicious but the service is one of the best I ever had keep up the good work and I hope corporate reads this message and acknowledges you guys for a great job your doing because you deserve it.

I’m really upset. I was waiting for long line to get the promotion free dozen of glaze donut but the staff and the manager told us if you come for promotion we ran out. However I still see it on the shelves lots of them. And that for sell if I wanted to pay for it not as of promotion. They also try to fool us to come back tomorrow which promotion finish it on May 2 (it is final day) dishonest and mislead so sad for them. I was their customer since they started open this location. But like this you guys make your reputation of brand look bad. If it is really finish should be really finish not that said oh if anyone come for the glaze promotion we don’t have it and come back tomorrow for the same promotion( not possible). And the donut that you have just want for sale for people who want to pay for it.

Me and my husband went to this location multiple times to get our reward of a dozen glazed donuts, but each time the we were told they were not available and to come the next day. Even when we did come the following day we were told the same thing.

Don't come to this location for the world kindness free dozen donuts!!!! They are lying saying they ran out. There's no way they gave out 500 customers free dozen donuts with this extremely slow service like this! I would give zero stars if I could!

I went to this location March 29th around 7-8pm. Had one worker there and then her second worker came out from break and I was on line for 25 minutes a lady came in and they let her cut right in front of me. She knew I was in line and did not say nothing at all.

First of all if you are not a member please download the app the become one. Secondly I'm use to getting Krispy Kreme in Connecticut so having a location not far from home was very appealing. This location is smaller than usual ones but it's clean and well maintained. I was afraid the donuts might not be as fresh but I was wrong. Donuts are freshly made and they had variations of I've never seen before ordered a few too. Service was fast and friendly.

I lovee Krispy Kreme, there's fast service at this location! The staff are really cool too. You can sign up for their rewards by downloading the app and you'll receive a free one dozen original glazed donuts!

I'm not a big fan of Krispy Kreme personally, but I'm gonna give it and this location four stars. It's super clean inside. They always seem to keep order if it gets to crowded. The prices are fair for what they offer you from the special donuts they make. My kids seem to love them. I think they have way to much sugar and filling. If that's your thing then you will love Krispy Kreme. I'll stick with that other famous donut shop when I feel like having a donut and thats rarely.

The Krispy Kreme on fordamn false advertised on News12 they claimed they were giving out 500 dozen boxes of doughnuts this morning for "Kindness" when you get there they're giving 1 free glazed doughnut!! Guess you had to be there while the cameras were rolling

I went early in the morning after work. The service was quick and i tried the limited edition twix donut! I noticed the menu has been expanded to holes and even mini donuts. I love it!

Came here with a friend and we absolutely love Krispy Kreme. But ourselves in a sort it doesn't which came out to about $18. Also ordered caramel iced lattes and iced coffee's the gentleman behind the counter got them a bit mixed up. I can understand the confusion there was a lot of people but it took a long time get the drinks. Make sure to sign up for the rewards to be able to get your points. If you forget your receipt is still valid for 30 days from the time of purchase to be able to redeem your points after. Donuts are super soft. Probably the best donuts I have ever had in my life. This location isn't like the one in Harlem where you can see the glaze go over the donuts. If you have any children take one of their paper hats when they're home using their imagination!
