Krispy Kreme

Krispy kreme donuts are always delicious. This location I had a pleasant experience. When I walked in I was greeted. My order was placed with accuracy and it took no time to receive it. I was even rewarded a discount for the next purchase and the cashier was very helpful with how I can redeem it after completing a survey. I would definitely come back to this location and I was satisfied with the service.

I came to this location multiple times. The cashier/worker has attitude problems every single time I come. I never had a pleasant experience with her as yet. One time I had a panhandler IN the location cursing me out because I didn't give him any money. I avoid getting doughnuts' just to avoid interacting with the cashier sometimes.

It's my new fave place to visit. The store is bright, clean and filled with fresh baked donuts! You're greeted by a friendly security guard 👮🏾‍♀️. Moesha, Iyss, Nayarit & Alejandro were behind the counter and they were professional, kind, beautiful, and helpful. Yall know I sung the Moesha song and they kinda sung in unison. It was authentic, a dope black girl moment. OMG Yall, the lemon filled donuts 🍩 understood the assignment. The 🍩 are so fresh and the lemon filling is delectable. I'll certainly be back this week to get a few more. There are plenty of flavors to pick from, I will surely will try a few in the upcoming months. Everything in moderation, although I also stopped by on Friday for the first time and picked up plain glazed, I didn't care for them much though. I'm used to the plain being much more sweet.. Treat yourself to Krispy Kreme 🍩.

Just wondering why you guys are advertising your open and your not. I took a Uber from east 180th street to pick up 4 dozen donuts before my shift. I’m a teacher and I wanted to surprise my scholars with something and couldn’t because you’re not putting authentic store hours.

4/2/22 Just opened up in the neighborhood, uptown side 2/5. Serving all the delights of Kk franchise. I had a hard time finding the doughnut prices, I paid $10 for 6.

“Sorry, we don't have that.” The cashier was apologetic but we knew it wasn't her fault so we kept ordering until we found something they had.

As a rewards member, I'd like it if they could honor promotions. Helping customers with a sale honestly and respectfully goes a long way. This site seems to struggle with offering discounts and promotions as advertised. This is disappointing because I really enjoy treating my family to Krispy Kremes regardless of promotions. Love the doughnuts. If the service could match, it would be much appreciated.

Was exactly what you expect, donuts looked good in the showcase, and the service was fast and friendly.
