I cannot recommend the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz highly enough. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a luxury ski holiday, this hotel will exceed all expectations. We stayed on a summer vacation. We were looking forward to this stay because it was a long-established hotel that represents St. Moritz, but I was able to have a very wonderful experience without disappointing my expectations. The room was clean and very spacious, and the atmosphere of the Engadin region was full of natural wood. The staff was very kind and took care of us as a family with children. Breakfast is also one of the great pleasures. It was fresh and varied, with plenty of ingredients from the Engadin region. Sparkling wine was also available. Guests can also use the swimming pool in the facility. When I went out of the pool to the lawn terrace, I could see the building of another luxury hotel, "Badrutt's Palace". There was also a space in the pool where children could play, so I was very satisfied. We would like to visit this place again in the future.

This place is worth every penny. Rooms are top notch. Concierge is exceptional. Perfectly situated. Every restaurant and bar that they have is unique, and food and drink gets an A++. Do not miss an opportunity to stay here.

It was definitely the highlight of the beginning of our Swiss holiday - the hotel has top notch facilities from the gym to the multiple saunas and pool options, some of the best food we had while we are here and excellent service from start to end. In particular we would like to thank Teodora, Artemis and Cristina! We are already planning our return! You won’t regret choosing the Kulm.

Lake view rooms have fantastic views as does the pool area. I also would like to comment on excellent concierge services. Paulo and Cornelius have many great suggestions for exploring Engadin or day trips further afield. |Breakfast service team is very attentive and pleasant. We also enjoyed half board dinners at Pizzeria which offers many wonderful dishes. The hotel will undergo a major remodel in the years to come during shoulder seasons and I’m looking forward to experiencing new enhancements and style.

I had wonderful and unforgettable time here. The spa was marvelous. Maybe the best spa I’ve ever visited! I came to spa center at 12 and I was almost alone:) hot pool was amazing! And also I enjoyed the great service.

Very disappointed from the Staff of the Hotel, the rumours turned out to be true! Most of the tourists I talked to in St Moritz and that have been to St Moritz said all bad things about the Kulm Hotel in general as experience, the Staff at the Reception is TOTALLY Arrogant! We waited over an hour at check in and couldn’t even be offered a glass of champagne on the House for the wait, they excused themself by saying that we have a room booked for 1 person but we are 2 persons and they need “1 hour” to change it in the system and prepare a new room, while it was 16:00PM and the half of the hotel was empty. The lady working there at the reception called “Alice” is super unfriendly and fake. We won’t stay second time forsure in this Hotel! I think it is a total shame that they chose to loose a customer over their arrogance, that’s not how you should treat your customers and clients. I think maybe the managment of the Hotel needs to look into their Staff and make some changes, since many people were unhappy with their stay and the staff at Kulm Hotel! Next time I would stay forsure in Badrutts or Kempinski! Much more friendly and less arrogant than the Staff at Kulm!

Just finished a WONDERFUL vacation at the Kulm hotel!!!We had a junior suite overlooking the lake. As an interior designer I can tell you the suite was done beautifully!!. It was spacious, gorgeously done, and very comfortable. The service in the hotel was beyond wonderful. We can truly say they were there to attend to every request. We were on half board so had breakfast and dinner in the main dinning room. They made sure that we had whatever we requested!!! Menu or no menu we were given whatever we wanted.The concierge was so helpful. We wanted two send bags ahead to Zurich which is a challenge on a weekend but he made sure it happened without difficulty. Truly a relaxing and delightful time!!! We can't wait to return!

A few places that are worth every penny. They are situated in the Engagadine Mountains and the first class service and glacier lake mountain views do not dissappoint... Perhaps a once in a life time I have been lucky enough to be there twice once this July and once again 30 yrs ago to ski.. Summertime is quiet with a hushed elegance. Every piece of furniture and artifact resonates presence.And the modernization of the spa and fitness area were spectacular. The staff all live on site which shows their dedication to the resort and your service. They painstakingly memorize your whims and preferences. which sets this and other leading hotels of the world apart... Its more than 5 stars its a memory to relive again and in any shape and form ... another 30. yrs from hence OR... leave provisions in the Will....

I have visited St. Moritz several times and my best sky vacations have been with Kulm Hotel. Great staff, outstanding service, superb restaurant and traditions. Definitely will stay at this hotel next time when I go to sky in Switzerland.
