We recently stayed at your property for 4–5 days and had a truly enjoyable experience. The service was excellent, the location beautiful, and the staff amazing. The Concierge team and the entire hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, and the rooms were spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable.||Although the lift was occasionally out of service (which we took in good humor), everything else was perfect.||A special thank you to Paolo (Head Concierge), Giulia Bianchi, Stefan Aumann, Teodara, and Michael for their outstanding hospitality and assistance.||We look forward to visiting again.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL!!!EXCELLANT SERVICE!!!!! We just were at the Kulm hotel for our second time and can't praise them enough!!! Everyone on the staff was SOOOOO helpful and always with a smile. The vegan food on the half board dinner menu was great and if they didn't have it on the menu they would still get it for us. The room was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was redone in the most wonderful taste. We can not stop praising this property and definitely recommend

My experience at the Kulm hotel was far below my expectations. I made my reservation through American Express and the reservation was supposed to come with free breakfast and free upgrades. The hotel claims American Express only made reservations for one person per room. The hotel charged me an additional Fr.25 for a second person in each room despite the American Express promotion already including breakfast for 2 per room. Additionally, we had a third person in one room which should have been very clear to the hotel as we made golf reservations for five through the hotel front desk (which included giving them all our names). They still claim American Express didn’t tell them and they charged me an additional cost of over Fr.400 per night to open up a sofa bed in one room. This took about two minutes per night. We were also suppose to get an upgrade to the next higher level room and they simply put us in a corner room - a room type I don’t believe they even advertise as an upgrade. Additionally, the concierge is not very helpful and you really need to make all your plans in advance yourself. Finally, the on duty manager would not even take the time to speak with me. I don’t know if this is a Swiss thing or a Kulm thing?

The Kulm hotel sits on its perch looking down over the picturesque town and lake of St Moritz. A seat on the balcony at breakfast is all you need to truly believe you have woken in heaven, with soft fluffy balls of clouds skirting between the mountains, which are perfectly reflected in the still lake. And Jenny the GM is our Archangel, gliding around this magnificent hotel, clipboard in hand, providing love and support to guests and staff alike.|Jenny found me wandering in slight confusion on level one. Sporting my gym attire she rightly assumed I was in search of the fitness area. This fortuitous moment gifted me a personalised tour of the most spacious and perfectly executed wellness space I have been blessed enough to see. Up a flight of stairs to the spa sanctuary and the fitness centre, which is cleverly divided into 3 spaces to assist with privacy and flow. The genius of having all the cardio equipment facing the floor to ceiling windows, a yoga and Pilates space closed off for added solitude and free weights (and lots of them) also isolated, where grunts (and any other emissions) can be released without the need for feeling self conscious. The pool at The Kulm is indoors, it is 20 metres long and I hazard a guess about 12 metres wide. Both times I swam I had this huge area to myself. The Jacuzzi is outdoors through a swim out doorway, another guess, about 15 metres long with multiple jets targeting multiple sites. There are two relaxation zones, blissfully quiet, and a separate space with multiple sauna and steam options, as well as infrared back therapy. Ensure you allow enough time to indulge.|My room was just above entry level price wise. It was so recently refurbished it still smelt comfortingly of fresh wood. The design was incredibly clever - it was a small space but held a large double bed (with all the recharging tricks at the bedside), a comfortable arm chair and side table, a desk and chair, as well as the minibar (included!), tea and coffee facilities. A huge window let in sunlight and fresh air. Inside the doorway was the walk in robe with ample storage space and the bathroom layout afforded an extra big shower room with bench seat. This cosy nest felt safe and far more intimate than the usual hotel room layout.|Breakfast included a buffet with everything, fresh coffee, and a la carte for the specials. On weekends smoked fish is freshly prepared by the chef. This is truly gastronomy in a grand setting. Once again - ensure you allow enough time to indulge.|Throughout Switzerland customer service is at the highest level. At the Kulm it has gone toward the stratosphere. Teadora ran down the street after me to ensure I had enough water for my hike, and to double check that I had my sunscreen, Davos walked me onto the train platform to the very spot my carriage doors would be when the train arrived, and when I found the pillow menu at 10pm at night and phoned housekeeping to try an anti snoring remedy pillow it arrived almost before I had hung up the phone. The attention that I received made me feel like their only guest, but this was late June and the hotel was nearing capacity in the lead up to the Jazz festival.|If I am ever lucky enough to be back in Switzerland I will definitely return to heaven on earth at the Kulm. Thank you for having me.

First-class hotel: restaurants, room, service - everything is at the highest level! Definitely worth the money. I plan to come back here next year.|The exception is the service in the SPA area, which I did not like at all. Here are some points:|1. While we were in the sauna, the cleaning lady took our bathrobes (with things in our pockets!) from the sunbeds and threw them into the basket with used towels. Definitely, this should not happen.|2. Aufguss was terrible. I often had this procedure in Austria and Italy, and this is absolutely not comparable to what happens in this hotel. The master senselessly waves the towel, which makes only him hot.|3. When we came to the SPA area 1.5 hours before closing, the green tea was already gone, you could only drink water. The situation did not change within an hour, then I told the SPA worker about it, and she said that she would tell her colleague. In the end, no one brought the tea until closing.|I hope this information will help improve the service in the SPA area, because now it is completely inconsistent with the level of the hotel.

A few places that are worth every penny. They are situated in the Engagadine Mountains and the first class service and glacier lake mountain views do not dissappoint... Perhaps a once in a life time I have been lucky enough to be there twice once this July and once again 30 yrs ago to ski.. Summertime is quiet with a hushed elegance. Every piece of furniture and artifact resonates presence.And the modernization of the spa and fitness area were spectacular. The staff all live on site which shows their dedication to the resort and your service. They painstakingly memorize your whims and preferences. which sets this and other leading hotels of the world apart... Its more than 5 stars its a memory to relive again and in any shape and form ... another 30. yrs from hence OR... leave provisions in the Will....

I have visited St. Moritz several times and my best sky vacations have been with Kulm Hotel. Great staff, outstanding service, superb restaurant and traditions. Definitely will stay at this hotel next time when I go to sky in Switzerland.
