"Kulushkat stormed onto the falafel scene (yes, I just said that) a few years ago, racking up a bunch of good press and getting Brooklyn excited about casual Middle Eastern food again. Maybe people had just grown tired of all the Coney Island Ave. spots, or maybe they just wanted some new blood, but either way, Kulushkat made some big fans pretty fast. Once you try the spicy falafel sandwich, you’ll understand why. Not in the mood for chick peas? Hit up the Sabikh (fried eggplant) sandwich in stead. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

My wife and I had the falafel plate and seasoned fries. Loved the cozy atmosphere of kulushkat! The fries were delicious, as were the falafel. My only complaints would be that the tahini was much more bitter than typical tahini, and the gluten free options were somewhat limited.

My falafel was a little cold, but still delicious, and one of the best ever. The place is a little small, and it can make you feel too crowed too soon, but for a quick bite is perfect, and the food is worth it.

This spot might be tiny but I can say Ive had the best falafel in a pita ever here, the fries on the other hand were not my favorite.

It was okay. Nice staff. A little pricey for what it is, but maybe that's the location/area. They were dealing with the basement trash during open hours, so the resturant smelt like garbage for about 30mins.

Quick spicy falafel stop. Pita filled with well thought veg and sauce. Mountain of spiced fries that was definitely too much for me!

So delicious! Our go to pickup or delivery spot. Great for lunch or dinner. Good portion sizes, fresh food, and can't go wrong with the chicken Schwarma. We also love the Mediterranean chicken and lamb platters, as well as the baba ganoush and hummus sides. Everything is so fresh and tasty!

The BEST falafel in town! I got my falafel sandwich with the Israeli salad instead of the cabbage. It came out hot, fresh and delicious! Definitely a place to go regularly. Oh! And make sure you try the spicy fries and the Moroccan Cigars!

Absolutely delicious, with fairly affordable prices and some healthy options. I tried the Gilly Falafel Pita (mushroom & spinach falafel) w/ whole wheat pita, and it was so satisfying and refreshing. The extra side of Side Skhug (spicy sauce) is a must if you like spice. They said all falafel dishes are vegan! Would be great to see the items on the menu clearly listed as vegan, and see a larger proportion of the menu as vegan in the future!
