Kungfu Hot Pot

I had a wonderful experience at this hotpot restaurant. The environment is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated — perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The service was excellent; the staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. And of course, the food was amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place if you love hotpot!

I had such a great experience at Kungfu Hotpot! The service was impressively fast, and the servers were all super friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing, everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere felt elegant and well put together, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. On top of that, the entire restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

We visited this restaurant for the first time with friends, and we were thoroughly impressed by the diverse selection of soup bases and the unique food options. The crunchy fish was a delightful surprise. The service was exceptional, and we were fortunate enough to avoid any waiting time. I highly recommend this place!

Clean facilities and fresh food. Nice presentation of food! Fried pork chops was tasty — sauce bar was cool. Peanut and sesame sauce was a little thick. I liked that the tea was included but cooled down too quickly. Edit: Removing 1 star bc they do charge you ~$3pp for using the sauce station which we were all surprised when we saw the bill. They welcomed us to the sauce station after we chose our soup base and ordered our protein, but never mentioned extra fee. Thankfully, they removed the charge. They should either have a sign saying they are charging for it or tell customers while they are ordering to.. or just build it in the price.

Came here with my family and we were thrilled that they had this promotion for free A5 wagyu! The service was excellent, the food was yummy and fresh and a very nice atmosphere! Will definitely come back again!

Beef quality was mid at best, especially the wagyu. Even the snowflake beef was better. Shrimp was okay. Shrimp paste was tasty. Portions were on the smaller side for the price. This is definitely rather expensive compared to Downtown Flushing. A lot of bells and whistles, which probably adds to the cost. I would have liked larger portions instead. I also didn’t like that they charged for the sauce. Service was excellent. Casual ambiance.

Service was quick and easy to order from the I-pad or QR code. Food is fresh and presentation was pretty and creative. Egg noodles were fresh. Plenty of options to choose from. Nice addition to the Bayside neighborhood.

Very Nice place to have an amazing Hot pot. The service is very quick. Ambience is nice. They can also customize the food for vegetarians. Tastes great ! 10/10

We came in the middle of the afternoon. The place was very quiet. We ordered a lunch special today, and the food was delicious. The presentation was beautiful, and the service was excellent.

One of the best hotpot spots. We ordered spicy broth, herbal broth, tomato broth and yellow golden broth. They were all outstanding. Flavorful yet not overly greasy. I liked my watercress, winter melon and mushroom, while my family loved their fatty beef cuts, spicy tender marinated beef thick cuts, seafood, tofu etc. The ice jello was quite refreshing. Light and cold. Great for cooling off after some spicy broth based hotpot. So much better than any ice cream. The service is wonderful too. Very attentive and gentle. 5 stars for the service. At the end, they provided some store super lottery for your next visit to redeem. Very pleasant lit hotpot restaurant. Good ventilation. Walk out without a trace of fume/smell of hotpot. We shall return.

A pretty solid hotpot place. Service was fast and everyone was extremely attentive. The food was delicious. The quality is definitely better than the standard all you can eat hotpot. Nothing felt frozen. The cuts of meat were all delicious. Clean restaurant, well lit. I took a star off because the price point was on the expensive side. I'm not sure if it was worth the price. In order to get the wagyu beef, they had a promotion if we left a 5 star review on google, we'd get a serving. I felt those reviews were misleading.

Individual hotpot soups with very rich broth. The spiciest broth packs some sweet heat so I would not get it unless you usually get 5/5 stars at Thai or Indian restaurants. This restaurant just opened this week but it was already fairly busy inside. Tables, sauces, hotpot style, and decor reminded me of Dolar Shop. Meat cuts were high quality. Tables were fairly spacious to have room for several dishes. Service was phenomenal! Chatted with the owner for a little bit and it was great to see a very engaged business owner going around and checking up on all the customers consistently. This place has a smaller list of menu items than a Haidilao but they give larger portions and at a reasonable price. There is a promotion for 30% off your bill going on right now! At the end you get pudding, candy, gum, and a floss pick!

Would def come back for a low key hot pot experience. Produce was fresh but pricier side since not AYCE. Sauce bar was also well packed and service was attentive. Overall space was well lit and they pay a lot of attention to the decor details.

I believe this is the first hotpot place on Bell Blvd strip. It is pretty neat and welcoming. This is not an all-you-can-eat hotpot place so it can be quite pricey. Also, everyone has his/her own pot. However, the quality of food, presentation and service were good. Love the variety of broths. Staff are friendly and attentive. They gave good recommendations on broth and items. They also have rooms for big parties. Really great for groups.

This is our second visit here and we returned for the delicious food, amazing service, and great ambiance. Highly recommended and 5 stars!

New hotpot spot on Bell! So clean and very spacious. It's been consistently busy since opening earlier this month. Individual pots, small(ish) menu but at reasonable prices. Everything was fresh and portions were generous. Dessert was complimentary milk tea puddings. Will be back!

I got the spicy beef and the chicken hot pot and they were all very tasty. All the condiments were fresh and tasty! They were very attentive at refilling the soup as the pots were little smaller than the usual size that I get but overall very delicious. I would definitely come back!

There was No hotpot place on Bell Blvd. Finally, this great place opened! My friend and I definitely loved this place, great food and great service. YES! Great service means the waiters are really care about you, they always check to see if you need anything. They all serve with happy face on, really smiling face! Love their service and food! Their design of the store is pretty nice too, there are Two private rooms that you can book for your family or friends gathering. Which is pretty rare to find it the area. I highly recommend to try it out. There are promotion going on now, GO and try it out!

Had an awesome experience here with family. Service is on point and pleasing. Food selection is plentiful and ingredients are super fresh along with great presentation. Complementary jasmine tea with cucumber water was a nice touch to the meal. Would recommend anyone looking for a solid hot pot spot in the neighborhood.

Lived in Bayside for 20 years and saw there was a grand opening for a new hotpot place so i had to check it out with my family. Amazing Environment and friendly workers The food quality and portions were like any average hotpot place The price is a bit more on the expensive side. Had to pay extra just to use the sauce bar lol. Will probably not come back as i rather go eat Hotpot in flushing

New hot pot spot on Bell. We got there early Sunday evening and were given a private party room for our party of 7. The service was excellent. They were very attentive and checked in on us. Food was great. And so many soup flavors to choose from, I had thmushroom soup was delicious. Loved the ambience and plating of the food. Kids were wow-ed by Dry ice displays of different meats. The sauce bar also had lots of different snacks to choose from which was a bonus for my kids.

Good addition to Bayside. I come here very often, all the broths are very testy and well seasoned so every tim when I visit I can choose different broth. The ingredients are fresh and well presentation. The decor is elegant make my every time dining experience enjoyable. The service is the best, friendly and welcoming. Their lunch special is very good deal you can choose your meat, vegetables and carbs and only $13.99. I eat dinner, lunch and late night dinner. Very happy we have Kung Fu hot pot in Bayside

This is the best place for hotpot! The soup base was tasty and ended up drinking it all. The food was fresh. The place was spacious and everyone got their own pot without sharing. The only thing that I disliked was to charge $2 or $3 on the sources per person. The other hot pot restaurants don't have that kind of charge.

Good broth and fresh meat. They got the best chicken out of all the hot pot places. The beef wasn't as good as the first time we had it. Also on the expensive side for everything. They even charge for sauce. For this price , i think haidilao is better with more perks. Good thing about this place is that it is close by and you don't have to wait forever to get a table. I also think the sauce is dang salty. I can't get it right here.

First time at Kung Fu Hot Pot and won't be our last. Exceptional customer service by Aaron, Ben, Tian and Long. They were so friendly, attentive, kind and professional. We ordered the tomato and spicy soup base and it was delicious. The food was so fresh and the shrimp paste, is amazing! The restaurant is very clean, spacious, and very welcoming. We also love all the sauces for our hot pots. Presentations was beautiful and everything was exception. As you can see from our food pictures, we love everything! Keep up thr amazing work and thank you all for your hospitality. We will definitely be back!!!

Newest hidden gem of hot pot on bell blvd. They have individual pots so you get to choose the soup base you want. Gorgeous ambiance and staff was so pleasant and attentive. There's also rooms in the back for private parties. Appreciated the details of decor including with the food (tomato rabbit and carrot butterfly)

First time to try this place and found the services and food are beyond expectation! We have four and tried different soup bases. We had mushroom: medicine: beef and dual. All of them are good. We also had beef slices and a variety of veggies. Will definitely recommend this place.

I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you are planning on dining here. They completely dropped the ball on my dinner reservation. Reservation for table of 6, then confirmed a change for 7, 2hrs prior to the reservation. Showed up to the restaurant at reservation time and was told to sit in 2 different tables and claims it was my fault because it was originally for 6 people.. even after confirming for 7, hours prior. Shouldn't be running a business like this, completely ruining our dinner plans prime dinner time Sunday.

Beautiful new hotpot spot on bell Blvd. Ambiance is great and service is attentive. The waiter was helpful in explaining how to order, gave soup recommendations that our toddlers would like and even asked if we wanted bibs and hair ties! Our order came quickly and the presentation was lovely. If you are looking for a hotpot spot without dealing with flushing crowds, this place is a strong contender!

I was excited to see a new hotpot place opening on bell. I went during their soft opening. The atmosphere was very clean. You could tell that they designed the space with a lot of thought. The restaurant reminds me of dolar shop in flushing. You order on an iPad and all the dishes had a nice presentation. Food was super tasty and flavorful. The black sesame and milk tea pudding are soooo good. Definitely coming back, 100% the best hot pot in NY.

I've came to this place a few times and it's the best hotspot place in the area. The customer service is outstanding and they are very helpful with any questions. We always get Ben as a sever and he's so accommodating. I will be back and I highly recommend this place to everybody, especially if it's your first time at hot pot.

Be warned. Lunch special price is misleading. After you order your food, you are informed the sauce bar is an additional 2.99. Never heard of a hotpot joint that charges extra for sauce. At least advertise it properly.

A great spot for hot pot! The service was quick, and the staff were super friendly. The food was delicious and a step above the usual hot pot places in terms of quality. The restaurant itself was clean and bright, making for a really enjoyable experience.

Thought their $13.50 lunch special included sauces but was charged another $3 for it. Even though it was $16.50 plus tax and tip, it's about $20-22 pp for basic lunch. Pick the egg noodles because they are very good. Overall, the service was good and friendly, and the hot pot broth/food is average. If you've never been to a hot pot place, this is a good place to start because the atmosphere is very calm and inviting.

Best hot pot in town with good ambiance. Food is always fresh and service is great. We've been here 4 times in the last month as now it is our go-to.

Amazing hotpot spot, interior is beautiful and staff are very friendly. You order on a tablet and each person in your party gets their own little hotpot that you pick the flavor/soup base. Prices are fair and ingredient quality is top notch! There's a little sauce station where you can mix some ingredients to create your own sauce for dipping! I had two friends who never had hotpot before and they had a great first time.
