Love this place so much, I’ve add it to my favorites list in a long time. Finally find a day to come with my family. Place is clean, servers are so nice, I’ve ask to change to hexagon sits, they’ve changed it right away. Love their service! Highly recommend! I went to manhattan one but didn’t see hexagon sit, this is really a good place to take pictures!

My experience at Kyuramen was absolutely amazing! The combo meal was such a great deal—perfectly priced and worth every penny. It delivered total satisfaction, and the service was outstanding—everyone was so polite and attentive. I really loved the atmosphere, especially the beautiful wooden art message tree filled with handwritten notes and the creative honeycomb-style booths that gave the place such a unique, cozy vibe. It made me want to try everything on the menu. The highlight for me was the Tonkotsu Curry Ramen—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Honestly, it was so good I’m still thinking about it. Overall, Kyuramen really did justice to the whole dining experience—I’ll definitely be back!

I finished my bowl within a few minutes! The food is all so good. I ordered a Chicken Ramen and a chicken bao bun. Both were so good it made my mouth water as I was eating. I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea which was brought to me by a robot server! The honeycomb table was also very nice and comfortable. 10/10 experience! I would love to come back!!

Google
We ordered white garlic #1 ramen. The broth is ok, but the meat was delicious. The noodle is also ok. And then we got #2 and the broth taste like bamboo broth. There was a different smell rather than pork broth. It was ok but you have to try it and taste for yourself. The omurice was not that good at all. They charged $26 for the egg, fried rice and small piece of fried pork cutlet along with choice of sauce and drink. Try it once to get a taste but would not recommend coming back here after once. Really expensive place. They also have a robot that bring out the take out order and bring the drinks to customer in seat. The layout is also different. They have small area of 2 people above the stairs. The service was ok. It took around 10 or more min to get our food. Before that we had to wait 25 min. I would recommend trying out this place at least once but not more than twice a year. It's not worth it. With the inflation and tariff and the economy I would not waste more than once at this place.

This is a great restaurant and we came here as a family and food was delicious. The ramen was tender and the drinks were great. My kids were very happy.

Google
If you’re in Bayside and craving ramen, this place is a great choice. I tried the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, and it had the perfect level of spice. The broth was rich, with a hint of anise that added depth, and the noodles were perfectly al dente. We also had the matcha tiramisu, which wasn’t overly sweet—just how I like my desserts. The space is spacious and has a great ambiance.

Yelp
Beautiful Ramen spot in the middle of Bell Blvd , parking wasn't too hard. We got greeted by Maggie and she was the host , got us seated right away. Not too busy or loud , it was great. We went with their lunch special , it was great included 1 drink , 1 appetizer and Choice of Ramen . Definitely a filling meal for anyone. Priced well and definitely worth it. We were in and out in 30 mins. Check them out if you in the Queens area. Shoutout to Maggie she was great and explained everything. She looked like she was a one man team. Service - 10/10 Ambiance- 10/10 Parking - Street Metered WiFi- Not sure Large Parties - Yes book on Yelp or Call

Yelp
Maybe it's more like a 2.5 because I liked the food but I'm rounding down because the service is just really problematic. Food- Got #1 and my sister got the #3 ramens of the menu and we both liked it. The pork wasn't the most tender but it was tasty. We also ordered the honeycomb appetizer which had interesting selections, also tasty. The prices were reasonable. Service- This is where I deduct stars. This isn't my first time at this restaurant and I was unhappy with the service then, but after the service not being good again last night, I've concluded it's just a consistent issue they have and now I'm writing about it on yelp. The appetizer came after I was halfway done with my ramen, and we inquired about it three times after the ramen was served to us- I think it was only after the third time that we saw our server actually go to the kitchen area to check what was happening with it. We also flagged the server down for water (we were constantly fighting to get attention- there was never anyone checking in with us) and got someone who filled one glass, left to get another pitcher and didn't come back until like 10 min later (a long time when you're thirsty). (Regarding why I was unhappy with them the last time- my friend was allergic to several things and when we asked the server, he was really clueless about what ingredients were in the food, even when he went back to the kitchen. In the end my friend ordered like fries or something because we weren't confident that we were getting accurate information from the staff.) Ambiance- the place is really cute, especially with the honeycomb seating. Word of warning though- because the staff isn't very attentive, trying to get their attention from the upstairs seating is awkward because you kinda have to make a spectacle of yourself or be loud to get their attention (my experience with them the first time I went). I'm not inclined to go back here when there are a lot of other options in the area.

Yelp
There is counter seating, booth seating, honeycomb booth seating and regular tables available. There is a doorway into tbaar for anyone who wants to order their drinks separately from Kyuuramen or grab while they wait. They have a little robot for delivery orders (takes it from the kitchen to the front!) The service was helpful and attentive. The takoyaki was not hot enough. It should be melt the roof of your mouth hot (at least hot enough for the bonito flakes to be dancing), but was lukewarm. It did have a couple decent chunks of octopus though, and lots of bonito and sauce. The Yin Yang Ramen was bland overall. The spicy had a bit of a kick, but I had to add a lot more with the shichimi togarashi. There is sauerkraut pepper and a cayenne pepper condiments on the table as well, but I wish I didn't have to add more flavor. Just disappointed with the quality. I've had the Flushing location many times and either the quality overall has dropped or this location just isn't up to par. There are better ramen spots in the area.

Yelp
This Is My Second Time Here, Within 6 days. But this time I recorded content. My review does not change 10/10 (no they are not paying me) I did everything Sapporo. Sapporo Beer, Sapporo Miso Ramen. Sapporo Miso Ramen 1000/10 The Hottest Flavor Takoyaki Octopus Balls 1000/10 James Recommended Yakitori Platter 8.5/10 James who was my server was Absolutely Awesome & Chill AF. He Recommended me the Takoyaki Octopus Balls & that was absolutely great. "THANKS JAMES". The ambiance was just like I expected clean and fresh. Not One Spec Of Dirt. I'm coming Back with a bunch of my friends who love ramen. Thank you all!

Yelp
"We intend to be the Starbucks of Ramen in the U.S." Kyuramen founder Gary Lin stated in 2022. Considering most coffee lovers usually finds Starbucks kind of mid it seems a low bar to aim for, but perhaps his intent behind those words is to bring Ramen to every corner and strip mall in America. On that front they are certainly succeeding considering how many locations I've seen open recently. To be fair I've been to Kyuramen multiple times over the years - mostly to the downtown Flushing location before its closure due to what looked like a fire. (I saw they recently reopened). I've always walked away feeling a bit eh about the food and experience. Same thing happened here. We had the Takoyaki to start - most places usually serve these screaming hot, but theirs were kind of warm. The make a serviceable version with plenty of bonito shreds (Katsuobushi) that works well with the crisp outside and soft insides of the balls. Where the katsuobushi does not work well is in Ramen. Usually when bonito is used in soups it is strained out after it has given up its flavor because who really enjoys wet, limp bonito flakes in their mouth? I mainly got this because the menu photo shows thick slabs of pork belly served with this which in reality were very disappointing - the texture alternated from dry pork chop to slabs of fat - these were difficult to chew through. I ordered a Sapporo to at least have something I could enjoy. I got a free matcha pudding thanks to my Yelp check in. It is made for the Asian palate - not very sweet. Fortunately the sweetness level works for mine as well. They give a little pitcher shaped shot glass to pour over the whole affair. I finish up and the waiter brings over an iPad so I can pay - I do my business on the touch screen leave the device on the table and go about my day.

Yelp
I really like the ramen flavor here. I always get the kyushu tonkotsu shio with black garlic! Would definitely recommend the extra dollar for black garlic because I feel like it adds a whole dimension to the flavor. The egg is so flavorful and jammy to perfection. Ordering a combination is really nice for larger groups because you get to try a little bit of everything. There's a button to ask for assistance, so service is easily accessible here.

Yelp
Took my husband here because he had been craving Ramen for the longest. The decor in this place is very beautiful and unique. We sat in a honeycomb shaped pod. It was very interesting. The staff is super attentive and fast. Minutes after we ordered, the plates started arriving at our table. For appetizers we ordered Lobstwr & Chashu Salad Balls and Deep Fried Gyoza Dumplings. The salad balls were ok but the Gyoza dumplings were very delicious. We also ordered the Classic Japanese Omurice. The presentation was better than the actual dish but my husband enjoyed it. For the main course we ordered a Tokyo Tonkotsu Shouyu and the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. I enjoyed the spicy one while my husband enjoyed the regular one. Overall the food, service and decor was good.

Yelp
One of my favorite ramen spots in queens. I've been coming here for years. Come on a date and sit in the honeycomb booths, you'll love it! The food, atmosphere, and service is all top notch!

Yelp
Kyuramen has been consistently good across all their locations. The bayside location is fairly convenient with ample parking and hasn't had a wait during the few times I have been. I typically get the kimchi ramen and the tonkotsu ramen. Both are great and the pork is always super soft and tender. The servings are also quite generous. Service here is pretty good as they serve quickly and don't rush you out. Vibe is cute and could be private with their separate booths.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the third Kyuramen location we've been to, guess we really like the place. This is definitely one of the prettiest location, with the cool honeycomb table design. Although I do wonder if it's a bit scary to sit at the top level. The star here is definitely the Omurice, it's so soft and delicious, and even the fried rice underneath is super flavorful. The ramens are very good as well. We usually get the omurice and a ramen. Service is great, there is robot server in this location and that's always fun for the kids.

Yelp
The food was really yummy and the interior ambience is so nice! The staff are also super attentive.

Yelp
delicious Ramen. And get the #2 with thick, fatty pork. Place is nice with novel decor and some interestingly staggered vertical seating along one wall. Private curtained booths available. Exwell-maintained restroom.

Elaine K.

Yelp
The environment is cozy and the interior design is aesthetically pleasing--I especially love the little honeycomb design for the table cubbies. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service is fast, and to top it off the ramen is extremely delicious. I've come back numerous times, and they have never disappointed once. Will definitely be bringing my friends over in the future!

Yelp
Rex was incredibly friendly and warm, creating a comfortable dining experience and atmosphere; he even opened my sanitizing wipe as I checked out their menu, which was very thoughtful. The restaurant is incredibly spacious and pretty, with a honeycomb seating booth interior design that's unique and picturesque! The menu is very expansive, ranging from a wide variety of ramen dishes, kamameshis, rice burgers, and a long list of appetizers and sides; I recommend coming here with multiple people so you can try as much as possible (wish I did that lol). At the time of this review, you can check-in on Yelp to get a free dessert or drink, so don't forget if it's still available! They also have a fun little passive game where if you order their ramen, there's a chance that at the bottom of bowl if it says the word "Free" you win a little prize as shown in the picture, which is fun and exciting; kinda wish they did that for the rice dishes as well haha. One issue with the service is that when it came time for the bill, the staff took forever to come and I'm unsure if it's because of the bell not working properly or that they just didn't see it. Now onto the food: I ordered the pork tonkatsu omurice combo with curry sauce and a Thai iced tea. The Thai ice tea is a bit sweeter than I would like, but that's just my personal taste. When the rice came, the staff was being efficient and began cutting the egg and assembling the dish before I got the chance to even record it, which was definitely a bummer since I'm sure many people who order this would like to enjoy cutting the egg and have it run down the rice rather than having others cut it for them; I'd recommend asking the diner if they would like to assemble it themselves or have the staff do it for them, that way the diner can prepare to record it or enjoy it to their preference, such as adding however much of the sauce they want instead of having it all drenched all over. The fried rice is incredibly flavorful with a rich beef umami flavor, and the egg is perfectly runny, just like how it is in all those Japanese TikTok videos or Facebook reels! The curry has a nice mild flavor to it and the tonkatsu was perfectly battered! However, my only complaint is that the tonkatsu is a bit small, especially for the price, so perhaps a slightly bigger portion would've enhanced the dish even more! It definitely didn't look like the picture, where it appeared more plain and without the scallions; I kinda would've liked it more to look like the picture and that way we can assemble the dish ourselves. Lastly, the tonkatsu was served on top of a measly few pieces of greens, which was a bit unappetizing, so the presentation could use a little work! Asides from the hiccups I mentioned (small tonkatsu portion, not aesthetically pleasing appearance with the greens, and not being able to cut the egg and enjoy the experience), it was definitely a positive experience and I would love the opportunity to come back to try their expansive menu selections! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

Yelp
I've been here twice since my first visit both times with my mom. I feel as though this is our special spot now. I decided to try a rice burger and it was great. They gave me gloves and I was confused as first but I understood the assignment! If you check in on Yelp you get a free Thai latte or matcha pudding. The Thai latte came with my meal as I got it as a meal and was great so I got the matcha pudding for checking in. It was just okay but all the other food is great. fast service and it's always so beautiful and clean inside!

Yelp
Cute interior, delicious food! Unsure of this place's popularity, I made reservations for 11AM when the restaurant opens. It wasn't needed, but it was just in case. When we arrived there was only one other couple inside. As soon as you walk in you'll immediately get a preview of the restaurant's wonderful aesthetics. Get here early enough and you'll get seated in the cute honeycomb of private seating. There is a buzzer at each table that you press to call a server over when you want to order, get your check, or anything else. The menu has a lot of mouthwatering items, but we were able to narrow it down to a few things we wanted to try. We each ordered CP#2 Spicy Couple, and to share we got the Fried Potato Shrimp and a Steamed Pork Bao Bun. The food, was delicious: - CP#2 Spicy Couple: A half/half bowl of Sapporo Miso and Spicy Tonkotsu. Both sides were delicious. The broth in each was flavorful. The shrimp tempura was amazing, and the chashu pork hit the spot. - Fried Potato Shrimp: Crispy, flavorful, and accompanied by a sauce that made it even better. - Steamed Pork Bao Bun: The bao itself was soft, perfect. The piece of pork was huge, flavorful, and savory. So good you wish you had ordered more. Street parking is available, though at times could be hard to find. I'll be back one day to try their other items!

Yelp
We got Combination B & added drinks for $50, which is a great deal! It comes with 2 ramens, popcorn chicken, 2 desserts, and 2 thai teas! - Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen & Kyushu Tonkotsu Shio: the meat was flavorful. The soup base, I feel like it could've had more flavor. It did taste a bit bland in my opinion. - The popcorn chicken was very dry. I wish it had some flavoring to it like salt & pepper or something to dip it in. Not sure if we just got a bad batch or whatnot. - Thai tea was good, very tasty. A bit on the sweeter side though and did taste premade. - The desserts were interesting. I really liked the matcha pudding with red bean. The matcha flavor went well with the evaporated milk it came with and it was very creamy. The cherry blossom jelly was alright for me, the taste reminded me cough medicine. Overall the food was alright. Not my number 1 choice in terms of ramen and japanese food and I don't know if I will be coming back any time soon The interior was pretty though! We sat on one of the upper bee hives, but I felt like the service was lacking a bit because of that.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite Kyuramen spots in Queens. Their decor is very eye catching and extremely fun since you are seated in a honeycomb structure. The service is excellent since they are very attentive and quick with your order. I love ramen, especially their number one is is the basic ramen with noodles and sliced pork. I always love to accompany it with either a Thai iced tea or a bottle of peach soju.
google avatar

Cheryl L.

Yelp
Being a chain, I loved that this location is big and vibey! Lots of photo ops and it seemed cleaner than the one I've been to previously. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and as a table, had some of the Karaage. The karaage was lightly battered and pretty flavorful. It didn't seem to come with sauce automatically, so we asked for spicy Mayo. My ramen definitely had that kick, but similar to my first experience with kyuramen, felt like it was missing that authentic, deeply flavored broth. I tried some of my friends black garlic ramen, which also was a bit uninspiring for me. I wasn't a fan of the flushing location, but decided to give kyuramen another try, hopeful to say what I previously ordered just wasn't for me. Unfortunately this time, I had the same experience for the most part in terms of their food.
google avatar

Mala L.

Yelp
Kyuramen is a chain but it's really so delicious every time I have it whether it's dining in, take out, or delivery. I usually stick to ramen and an app (chili garlic edamame, gyoza). Food is always fresh and hot. When dining in, the service is very prompt and the restaurant itself is clean and bright with unique/fun seating.

Yelp
The food is always amazing. Service was outstanding. The ambiance was stunning. I ordered the lunch special which was delicious.

Yelp
Food was delicious! Really enjoyed the ramen. Thai iced tea is a must. Great service too. Good vibes.

Yelp
Best Ramen shop in town! The broth is flavorful, chashu is a bit thin, but good flavor. They also have the best popcorn chicken we have ever tasted, quite the spectacular restaurant!

Yelp
Second time here. Nice and spacious environment. Friendly service and always variety of choices on the menu. :)

Yelp
Must better service and quality than the flushing location that was there before the fire. The place is very spacious and they purposely didn't put in way too many seats. My go to? Spicy tonkatsu ramen, fries squid legs. Their spicy has a bit of szechuan kick to it and it's great!
google avatar

Yelp
Very nice atmosphere. Clean. Ready to eat. Recommend highly! We got a cool seat in the hexagon. Cool cups.

Yelp
The vibe/ambiance is cool and instagram worthy. The staff seems trained and ready to help take pictures for you. On to the food... The ramen was just ok. Sapporo Miso Ramen was mediocre and the Tokyo Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen with black garlic did not have a garlic taste at all. Definitely do not pay the extra $1 for the black garlic. I even asked the waiter to check that I received the correct ramen, because the taste was just meh... We also ordered side dishes, chashu steamed bun, fried squid tentacles, popcorn chicken and okinomiyaki. Steamed bun wasn't bad but a tad fatty. Being a fan of Okinomiyaki I was bummed by the one they served us but the taste was ok. It just didn't blow my mind. The popcorn chicken was basically Taiwanese fried chicken chunks which we enjoyed. I thought the best part of the meal was the green tea layered crepe cake, but i wouldn't go out of my way to Kyuramen just for the popcorn chicken or the crepe cake. The experience wasn't bad. It's a cute place for insta photos. The food was just passable.

Yelp
Early Lunch Review Location/Ambience: 5/5 Local neighborhood makes it easy to street-park a couple blocks from the area/ It is well located in the middle of the block with notable choices for additional appetizers, desserts in the area. Restaurant is well decorated and lit. Its got that cute robot waiter roaming around to bring people food too! Food: 4/5 Ramen was excellent while everything else was to be expected, nothing made it really stood out from the menu, strange but they didn't have any bao buns available at the time so I couldnt get the combos I wanted Staff: 5/5 Staff was always roaming the dining area and quick to answer, but since it was early Saturday before any major dining hours, I was one of the very few people there but I'll give it to them Price: 4/5 Reasonable and fair Accessibility/Layout 4/5 Its got a very large waiting area, with a couple of photographic setups and connected to a bubble tea/slush/cakes annex and a huge gap of floor space between the front and the tables; the dining area goes deep in the back, with its highlighted joined hexagon shaped bunked style seating against the right side
google avatar

Yelp
Solid ramen place on Bell Blvd. Went on a cold day so it was the perfect meal. It did take a long time to come out and service was also slow. Perhaps because it was a holiday but there was plenty of staff. Love that bubble tea is connected to it so a nice treat to get some after lunch. Ambiance is modern and cool pods to sit in and dining areas in back separated for privacy. You may even see a robot serving food.

Yelp
Very tasty and flavorful, overall good ramen. The service was great and the place was really clean too.

Yelp
I made a reservation for at 4:30pm for this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and probably would not have needed it, but glad to have had it either way. There's a few different seating options and I would say that it's wheelchair accessible aside from the tik tok famous honeycomb seating. My friend and I were placed a booth with a curtain and it definitely added a nice layer of privacy. There's a call button that allows you to order the food when you're ready so you don't feel rushed in the slightest. My friend really enjoyed her thai iced tea, I went with the matcha; wasn't as sweet as I prefer but still good quality. The ramen was divine. All the elements worked well together. A quick note is that if the menu says spicy, it will have some genuine kick. I enjoy heat, but I know some people can only tolerate a certain level of spice. We finished off with a crepe cake. I'd give it a 7/10. Pretty good texture, though it has a hint of a cream cheese flavor which threw me off a bit because I haven't experienced this in other crepe cakes I've tried. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good and comforting meal and an even better vibe.

Yelp
Love the Omurice and variety of delicious foods. I like to come here once a month with my daughter

Yelp
To start off, this place looked incredible! Definitely different then some of the places I've been too. Me and my sister were sat in these cubicles and once sat it was surprisingly comfortable! Me and my sister got the Spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious! We were surprised by how quickly it came and we appreciated how friendly the staff were. Overall food was delicious, and the place was so cute! Highly recommend checking this spot out!

Yelp
Met up here with some of our friends. I think the ambience and the space is adorable and reminded me of Japan a little bit. We had the fried oysters and the purple, sweet potatoes as appetizers. I'd say that the fried oysters were very good. The purple sweet potatoes were mid. I personally had the rice with tonkatsu and curry sauce and I thought it was very good but nothing crazy. Definitely must try if you've never had omurice. The presentation was on point though. My fiancé had their Tokyo Raman, which came with a pork bun and a Matcha dessert. I only had a little bit of the broth but I would say that it was good and he said that it was good as well. We also tried the lemonade drink that comes with the said, and he really loved it to me. It almost tasted like a Mojito lemonade without the alcohol lol almost emphasis on that. Overall, I would come back with more friends to show them the place and try some of the other menu items. It's definitely worth a visit if only for the ambience but don't expect amazing food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't life-changing.

Yelp
Kyuramen updated their menu. I miss the twin bowls. Food and service are still very good. Finally got to sit upstairs in their beautiful honeycomb booth!

Yelp
Really fun place to have a meal. I especially enjoy the small cubby areas for two that are built into the wall. Also having robots running around delivering things is pretty too. As for the food, it's pretty good. Large portions so you'll definitely feel full afterwards. In addition to the ramen I ordered a Thai tea which was amazing. Stop by, you wont regret it!

Yelp
The broth is a flavor symphony and the noodles are perfection. But their omurice is an absolute game-changer. The savory omelette over fluffy rice is a must-try alongside their ramen delights. Quick service, cozy vibes, and a menu that hits all the right notes.

First time trying Ramen and will definitely be back. The atmosphere is so cute. Sat in the little honeycomb and it was adorable. The service was so fast and everything tasted great! Would recommend.

Yelp
Ambiance - what a cute ramen place! I love the attention to detail with all the decorations, lighting, and craftsmanship of the booths. Food - The food was good also. I think my party had a few thoughts on the drinks though. Either too sweet or not sweet enough. Think I heard the passion fruit drink was too sweet. And the green tea with salted foam thing wasn't sweet enough. Ramens were fantastic! My party tried a variety of them and no one had one bad thing to say about any of the versions. And the egg/rice dish was all gobbled up as well. It's huge so if you want to order and share, probably a good idea. Service - drinks came out via robot. And food came out from the servers. They were attentive and super nice. There's also a call button at the table to request any assistance as well. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I come here often and food/service quality is consistently good. There's also alot of new menu selections so need to come back often. Recently they added "Slurp & Win" - you finish ramen and broth for a chance to win a free ramen, drink, dessert or chicken. It is a great ambiance for date and to take photos

Yelp
What a unique restaurant, it's like a modern anime. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the food, with my million of questions the answered them all. I love that they have a combo with the ramen bowls. Moreover, the feel of the restaurant is bring, lively, welcoming, and just good. I will come back here again in the near future, this place was above average, and the prices were just right. It was not over priced or underpriced and the service was exceptional
