Google
I recently visited LV Seafood Restaurant and had a great overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Kung Pao Chicken, and Salt & Pepper Fish, and all three dishes were excellent. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was perfectly crisp, creamy, and sweet, with a generous portion of shrimp. The Kung Pao Chicken had bold flavor with just the right amount of heat—well balanced and satisfying. The Salt & Pepper Fish was crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Portion sizes were generous, and everything was served fresh and hot. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a good meal. I would definitely come back to try more dishes and highly recommend this spot to anyone who enjoys flavorful Chinese cuisine.

Best Chinese food in Long Beach area hands down, must try dishes are the salt and pepper pork chop, string beans and crispy tofu (trust me on the crispy tofu, it's SO GOOD I crave this). Good portions and a lot of people don't talk about their wine prices, good for a girls night! Pro tip come when Yamanaka is doing a shaved ice pop up their kakigori is better than ones I've had in Japan.

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how full the dining room was — always a good sign. The vibe was classic and nostalgic: red carpets, framed press clippings, a very cash-blessed Buddha at the entrance, and servers who move with the quiet efficiency of a place that’s been doing this right for decades. We ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the fried pork chops with jalapeños — both excellent. The noodles were perfectly chewy with a subtle smoky wok flavor, not too oily, and generous with chicken and vegetables. The pork chops were addictive — crispy on the outside, tender inside, with just the right kick from the jalapeños. Service was kind and fast. Portions were generous. Prices reasonable. There’s something reassuring about a restaurant that isn’t trying to be trendy — just consistently good. Would absolutely come back. Next time, I’m bringing more people so we can order half the menu.

Food was really good and comforting. Restaurant is very clean, doesn’t smell like typical Chinese restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night for dinner, so there was no wait and the food came out quick! Service was great, attentive and friendly. Favorite dishes: house special fried rice & salt and pepper pork chop

Orange chicken made differently from others. Chicken is not cube cut----delicious heavy sauce. Clam-- delicious Fried rice-- awesome, non sticky together. Lobster--tasty stir fry. My hunger was fulfilled! Nothing excite me more than seeing a fortune cookie as a reward.

Had this place on my list of places to go for some time, finally went last weekend but had the strangest and concerning experience here. Food was very good but here comes my gripes: 1. Got in around 2pm on a Saturday but was not offered a Lunch Special menu 2. Ordered our food and server brought us our soup and served 3 bowls. After I was done cooling down my babies bowl, with spoon full in hand reaching toward by daughter, the server came back and snatched my daughter’s and I’s bowls from said “I brought the wrong soup” and took it. 3. Ok, he will correct the issue and bring a new soup right? Wrong! He took the soup from us, a few tables down and handed it to a couple. Took their soup and brought it back to us. What?!?! No fresh soup? Did the couple pick at our soup? Because we had on the one the server took back to them. 4. When it came to entree, it took really long to arrive after the soup had already come. We followed up, then server seemed lost and tried giving our food to another table. When they dropped off our orange chicken, I had to remind them we were still waiting on lo mein. 5. No one ever checked up on us or brought up the mistakes. Waited some time for the check. So, I wanted to love this place, and the food was good, but too many quirks, no excuse for food mishap and not being offered lunch menus. My girlfriend was not fond of the experience either. Unfortunate, we won’t be back.

Yelp
We've been dining here since the current owners, a lovely hard working couple, have had the restaurant, around 1999. Always a good experience. I was feeling a little under the weather and was craving their war wonton soup. Hubby and I ordered the soup for two, and I ordered another to take home and enjoy later. Their broth is the best, so fresh and flavorful. The seafood hotpot is one of our favorite entrees, and we thought they outdid themselves this time! Loaded with fish, shrimp and octopus, tofu and vegetables, but still enough sauce to make it comforting. We also ordered the house special noodles, and that too was delicious. The vegetables were crisp and the meat and fish so tasty. Even the tea, a jasmine blend, tasted better than usual! We had a lovely conversation with a long time server, remembering years past and all the owners had gone through. It's a neighborhood favorite for us and we are so glad they are still doing well. We laughed to see that they had big screen tv's in two areas of the restaurant- one showing a football game and the other an anime movie. There was a fair amount of business for a weeknight; we were glad to see that. They offer carry out as well. Parking is usually available on the street or in one of the neighboring parking lots.

Yelp
Overall this is a very good place for Chinese with good food, service, and reasonable prices. We ordered our usual dishes we always order when trying out a new Chinese restaurant so we can compare apples to apples. The shrimp with lobster sauce had good flavor and decent sized shrimp. Not impressive tiger shrimp but at least not tiny little ones either. Overall, solid. The fish with black bean sauce was good -- fish was very tender and the sauce had very good flavor. There were a couple pieces of fish where the texture was a little off like they were not as fresh. But overall good. The Mongolian beef was cooked well and the beef was very good, but I found the sauce a little too salty. The chow fun was good. No complaints. Very solid 4 stars. We'd definitely come back and try some other dishes as well as our favorites.

Yelp
We came to this place based on the online prices. When we got to the restaurant the prices weee not reflected of those online. They were over double in some cases. As such it felt a bit like a bait and switch. Initially a server said he would adjust the prices but they didn't. There was also a dead crab in the tank but I didn't get a photo. The service was ok but not great. The food was ok but will not be back.

Yelp
Classic sitdown American Chinese food that's packed with flavor and big enough portions that you don't break the bank. Orange Chicken is the highlight here. Tastes like real oranges used and with a kick of spice. The meat was tender while the outside was nicely crackling crunchy. The perfect mix.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible experience! We were so happy to see plenty of vegetarian options right away, and the service was amazing from start to finish. They serve complimentary hot tea (I think jasmine) that was so good, and the servers were beyond attentive. They refilled our tea and water without us asking, and when my husband sneezed, they even brought extra napkins! Our server, Diana, was the sweetest person--her energy was like a beam of light. If you meet her, tell her there's a raving review about her! The food was fantastic. The salt and pepper tofu had the perfect texture (I'll ask for extra garlic next time), the green beans in oyster sauce were delicious, and the vegetable fried rice was the best I've ever had. I live in Pomona, and I'll gladly make the trip just to come here again. Best food and service ever!

Yelp
I've done takout from here a few times, placed a big dinner order last night. Crab Rangoon, Egg Flower Soup, Shrimp w Lobster sauce, Sweet & Sour Pork, Triple Delight Fried Roce, Triple Delight Mein. Unlike other Chinese takeout, this is more restaurant quality than faster food. The establishment is well taken care of and presentable, smelled nice inside and outside the place. The two hosts were professional and kind. I highly recommend this place if you love or want to try quality Chinese food. Looking forward to going back soon!

Yelp
I will start by noting this was a to go order so we ate it 15 min after pick up. Even with the extra commute this was fabulous! If I could do 4.5, I would. Let's run down the details. Friday night order. Called it in around 5:30 and picked up in 15min. Parking isn't great but they have a 15min pick up spot so it was perfect. Vibe was a cool old school Chinese restaurant set up perfectly for family style dining. Salt and pepper pork chops was the fav for both of us! Great cook and high quality meat. Not too fatty and perfectly seasoned. Crunch for days! Orange chicken was the 2nd favorite. I liked it because it was still crispy while being saucey which isn't easy. I feel sometimes they are too breaded at other places, not here! Lots of texture and a great orange sauce that was balanced by not being too sweet and still bringing a light spice. Beef chow mein didn't skimp on beef and noodles were perfectly cooked with great flavor. Is it the best you ever had, probably not but it will fill a craving if you have it. Not greasy, which is nice. Last is the honey walnut shrimp. This had great flavor but I felt had too much breading and it didn't maintain the crunchy like the orange chicken. I would order it again if we ate there since not sure if the extra commute before eating contributed to the loss of crunch but likely won't get for take out again. So many other items I would like to try on this extensive menu that I don't think it will be missed. All in all I think it lived up to the love it gets in the LB food group. And if we could do 4.5 stars I would have. They don't do delivery which delayed me trying but discovering the special pick up parking was a big win and will motivate us to try again and again!

Yelp
Went here to get some Chinese food. Greeted and seated. Ordered Salted Pepper Pork, fried rice and broccoli beef. Received some courtesy Hot tea while we waited. Received our food. Tasted both the salted pepper pork and fried rice. Omg! You can taste the flavor. Salted pepper pork was made to perfection. If you live in Long Beach or Lakewood. This is the place to go. Plenty of parking and the staff is friendly. The place is Clean and hidden too. I rate this place as one of the best authentic Chinese food in the area. Price is about right and the portion size is perfect.! Coming back when I crave l Chinese food.

Yelp
Okay, this place is very reminiscent of East Coast Chinese restaurants. Family owned. Think of Cantonese dishes with brown sauce. Five of us went so we could dine family style and checked our several dishes albeit they all had similar sauces: Szechuan Eggplant (long pieces versus chunks); Beef with Broccoli; Kung Pao Chicken; Vegetable Fried Rice; Chicken w Garlic Sauce. The Szechuan Eggplant lacked the touch of sesame oil that I prefer. Our bad for ordering dishes that were so similar. LOTS of veggies though so I loved that. Kind of makes up for the sweet sauce. Parking is a mixed bag as there are several little restaurants on this street, a liquor store, a beer supply store, and a gym. So it can get tight. The place was jammed on a Wednesday night at 6pm! Lots of families and a big pre-wedding party gig was going on. Great service. I'd go back but would order a bit differently.

Yelp
My sister and I have been ordering from LV Seafood for years, but our orders have always been to-go, especially during the pandemic. After years of going to Royal Capital Seafood for our celebratory dinners, I decided to try LV for my mom's birthday dinner. Decision was based on our preference of family style dining and the closure of Royal Capital in Westminster.

Yelp
Ok, so we've been to LVs three times now in the last month or so. That's how good it is! This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in town and beyond. (Iykyk) Food: orange chicken (just crack), sweet and sour chicken (goodilicious), green beans (addicting), chicken pad Thai noodles (yumkin), veggie egg rolls (crispy goodness), chicken potstickers (flavor!), chicken fried rice (yeassss!), and Thai tea (mind-meld) with free Jasmine tea (gut health) and waters (on a hot day). Service: very attentive and very polite even on a busy day. When you're done eating, they ask to pack up the leftovers for you. Lastly, you get fortune cookies at the end of the meal but you won't need it cuz you'll be full. Ambiance: it's a family affair. we've only gone in the afternoon and it gets busy. There's plenty of space for big and small parties/groups. I like sitting by the windows that let's in more sunlight at the front. It gets a little darker sitting towards the back but there's plenty of reflective light. I've had my share of Asian cuisine but THIS! this is the go-to spot for yours and mine. Don't trust me? Go eat here for yourself and take a friend and let them take a friend and let them take their best friend, so on and so forth. Make it a fanfare to remember!

Yelp
Best Chinese restaurant in North Long Beach and Lakewood! Service was great, food delivered to table quickly, and food itself was delicious! Tonight, I had Orange Beef, but there are plenty of great entrees. If L V Seafood is open to suggestions... would you please add Xiao long bao (小笼包): steamed pork dumplings (soup dumplings) to your menu? I have other menu related requests, but let's just start with this one. Actually, I might as well request the rest right now... Since I'm single, CUPS of hot and sour and egg flower soup for dinner. It's not a meal, it's an appetizer. It enhances the whole meal. Since I only order for myself, I don't need or want a huge bucket of soup. I can easily justify spending $3-5 more for an appetizer for myself, but not $11. Also, a smaller portion of spring rolls would be great too! Szechuan Beef Grubhub for delivery. And that's about it. Everything else looks great. On future visits I'll be trying their Scallops and Asparagus, Sizzling Beef, and Seafood and Tofu hot pot. Looking forward to it!

Yelp
Old school, which is fine by me! Seeing the dated interior, listening to instrumental music, LV Seafood has a vibe of a Chinese restaurant stuck in a time warp decades ago. Unlike modern Chinese/Asian Fusion restaurants, with booming hip hop/rap music & trendy food names, I dig the vibe of yesteryear at LV Seafood. Lunch Special menu https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=g7j-gm-GH28o-7ZWYfgftg&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA My litmus test for Chinese food, Mongolian beef was on the Lunch Special menu, therefore Mongolian beef was lunch for the day Mongolian beef lunch special- https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=-4XTqfjvICwd5SnV6Kkw9A&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA Tender chunks of juicy beef, I highly enjoyed LV Seafood's Mongolian beef. Ample amounts of scallion, the plate was delicious and satisfying. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=gYbJxJ2XGk_jYeP-lPUrfA&userid=xsT4KZTu_KnOVavtuXn4RA Service was good. The spacious dining room was mostly empty. Parking is via shared parking spaces & private lots at the Norse Way Village in Long Beach. LV Seafood is a classic Chinese restaurant, which I hope never goes away. The food is good, moderately priced, without pretentious or modern trendiness. Timeless, if you will. I look forward to visiting again, soon.

Yelp
We celebrated here my 2 sisters' birthdays on separate months. Food was delicious and freshly cooked. The staff were friendly, punctual and all busy working to accommodate all the customers. The place is a great place for family gatherings.

Yelp
I have been meaning to try this place for ages, and I finally had the opportunity during my lunch break. All the staff talked to each other in Cantonese, which was a good sign that the food is authentic as well. My roasted duck soup noodle was good, as the duck was traditionally prepared and flavorful. However, the consistency of the noodles tasted like instant ramen. I don't know whether it's undercooked or that's the intended effect, but I was not thrilled. The steamed bok choy was delicious and balanced the richness of the duck well. I also enjoyed the hot pot of tea that's served for all the customers without me even asking for it. The tea was fragrant and tasted good, especially on a cold day. Service was decent. I was seated right away and the server took my order shortly after. I did have to wave down the staff to pay my bill, but that didn't take long either. Parking was tricky along this weird diagonal street, as it was hard to monitor cross traffic backing out.

Yelp
My go to place for Chinese when I'm back in the area. Amazing authentic food and great service in a family run place. Have been coming here for over a decade and the owners are the sweetest can be. It's nice that they have more staff in than just their family and have been going strong. Perfect little causal place to come with family or friends so you can order more and take a little of everything. It really feels comfortable coming back here and everyone here works so hard. I always get takeout, but you are greeted right away and they still ask if we want a table each time. Always have to get the pan fried noodles, dry chow fun, Chinese broccoli, and whatever protein in salt and pepper. When I used the eat meat they had the best deals and freshest seafood possible. The chow fun is always overflowing the takeout container and filled with crispy vegetables. The pan fried noodles literally haunt my dreams. They keep the noddles so crispy and that sauce they put on top is perfect. Their crab Rangoon are triangles so I think the ratios are better. The salt and pepper tofu is perfectly crispy and traveled so well. Make sure to add plenty of garlic and jalapeños to each bite if you can. Love that they expanded their menu to include more vegan options so dietary restrictions rejoice! They also don't charge for their condiments so have at it with the hot mustard and chilli oil. This place is truly an institution and I cannot say enough good things about my first stop as soon as I land at the airport.

Yelp
Excellent take out! Ordered there and waited there, they brought me hot tea and seated me, so cool! Ordered bbq pork app, house fried rice, garlic shrimp and moo goo gai pan...because I like to say it. Big portions, excellent tasties, LV knows Chinese!

Yelp
Food is always delicious! I can't complain so close to home. I don't have to drive to another county for some good Chinese food. I usually order for pick up for the last 8years and have dined in 3 times. Not the most memorable experiences some will keep it at "pick up" Food never disappoints! I've tried most of the menu too

Yelp
After shopping, we decided to eat dinner here at L.V. Seafood Restaurant in Long Beach. A friend told us about this place and it will hit the spot if you are craving old school, genuine Chinese cuisine. We arrived a little past 8 pm, and there were maybe 3 other parties dining inside. The place is big so they could accommodate a big party if need be. The staff is very nice, and when we realized we were the only ones left, they told us not to rush. We ordered the House Special Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli, and the Salt & Pepper Pork Chops. Every dish was freshly made and perfect! Nothing was too salty or underseasoned. The portions are good, and the prices reflect that. Sam, the owner, brought us take out containers to pack up our leftovers. He chatted briefly with us, telling us how he and his family have been in business since 1996! Wow!! That's awesome, and I'm so glad they were able to stay afloat during and after the covid pandemic! L.V. Seafood will be on my radar when I'm in the Long Beach area craving some good Chinese food! Support this local small business, and fill your bellies without breaking the bank! ;)

Yelp
So glad I found this place. I'm on my carnivore diet and the gentleman helped me find the right dish for lunch. So accommodating and fresh. I was able to sit right in and the ambiance was good. Great place to bookmark. See you again LV!

Yelp
We recently moved to Long Beach and we were craving for some authentic Chinese food and guess what, we found it! We really enjoyed it and we will be going back to try different dishes. Out of ordinary we ordered szechuan eggplant and it was BOOM! We will be definitely coming back to try different dishes. Service was great and seems like family run restaurant and they were super friendly.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years!!!! One of my favorite restaurants in Long Beach growing up! The food is delicious, the owners are kind, best place to eat with your family! The pan fried noodles, the salt and pepper squid, and the honey walnut shrimp are my favorites!! Thank you LV Seafood for continuing to be the best!!!

Yelp
The best Chinese food. Generous amount. They can be very busy but service is very nice. Meat are always tender and tasty.

Yelp
I usually stop for take out. Food is tasty and fresh! Portions are a bit on the small side. Nice staff! I still prefer WOK DELI in Norwalk.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
Even though prices keeps going up everywhere else, this place is consistent with their pricing. Still the best value around the area for a great quality foods. Their lunch specials are great. Portion is good. Free hot tea and fortune cookies. Also, free steamed rice. Can't beat that! Service is always top notch. Very attentive staff members. Parking can be challenging but the food makes up for it.

Donna M.

Yelp
We travel from Irvine for Chinese food. Everything we've had has been delicious. The mushy pork is the best I've had. If the Yamanaka Kokigori snow cones are being made, be sure to get one. Best in So California

Yelp
This place was busy on Christmas Day, but there aren't many options on this day. Luckily, they have a lot of seating outside. It took us about 30-40 minutes to get seated. Once we were seated, we ordered a few plates, such as Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Fried Pork Dumplings, and noodles. When everything came out, it was all delicious. The one thing we didn't get to enjoy was their orange chicken because it came out when we were ready to leave. We had to take it to go. The ironic part was that four different employees asked us if we were good, and all four times, we told them we were missing the Orange Chicken. Given the pace and volume of orders they were probably receiving, I was very sympathetic to the kitchen. I would most definitely come back gain.

Yelp
I keep forgetting to write a review for this spot. I've come here multiple times for Chinese food in the Lakewood location. It's a mom and pop shop, and they have decent pricing for good comfort food. Service always good and quick. This place always have a good number of customers every time I've come. Parking is easy and just a very chill place for Chinese food. The decor is outdated but the place is always clean. It gives a nostalgic kind of vibe. My go to dish is the house special noodle, because I love how the dish has crispy noodle soaked in sauce. They also serve walnut shrimp with mayo, fresh steamed fish, and duck. Presentation looks good. Honestly, I would just get their regular dishes instead of the specialty dishes. They're ok for the location, but I think I rather drive to SGV if I want those dishes. Their tofu dish and regular fish dishes are good. I keep coming here because it's close, and when I want family style dinner. The staff are always very friendly and you always feel welcomed. Parking is also super easy.

Yelp
This is my go to Chinese restaurant. Weve been here for yrs. I've dined in and got food to go. I would recommend this place.

Yelp
Closest to our old spot 'Panda Garden' on Atlantic which is closed unfortunately. The Salt and Pepper Porkchops are done just right with the right amount of toppings of jalapeños and garlic and green onions. Our new GO TO spot.
google avatar

Claribel V.

Yelp
I got 2 orders of orange chicken and 2 orders of salt and pepper fried squid for a small Christmas potluck with friends. The serving was pretty big and we had leftovers. I really like the orange chicken because it was very crispy and thinly sliced. The squid was also really good, crispy and didn't taste oily. It is delicious dipped in red vinegar. The entrees came with steamed white rice. Everything was reasonably priced especially for the portion size. I am definitely going to order more often at this restaurant and would like to try their lunch specials.

Robin C.

Yelp
This is the best Chinese spot in the Long Beach/lakewood area. They don't disappoint. They cook authentic Chinese dishes but also regular Americanized fare.
google avatar

Neal T.

Yelp
Tried the wonton soup amazing broth so delicious, steamed pork dumplings came out nice and hot. Then the house fried rice with extra duck. All great choices and then finished off with the salt and pepper crab which came with jalapeños and green onions and a lightly fried batter that was so tasty. The servings are large for sharing family style and the service was excellent and quick! Love that it's a cozy spot for Chinese with a great seafood selection. Family owned and operated for over 25 years!

Yelp
I'm so excited to have been introduced to this restaurant! Food was fresh and tasty with ample portions and friendly service. I can't wait to share it with others. My sister and her hubby have been coming here and while we did go during lunch time, the fried rice and chow mein were off of their dinner menu and my jaw dropped at such a plentiful serving each was. The green beans were perfect with a nice crunch to it and the chicken was beautiful white meat sliced and tender. Sauce was yummy on it as well as the beef and Chinese broccoli where we added mushrooms to. Nice rich sauces without the too thick cornstarch texture. The fried rice was so lovely with the nice sized shrimp pieces along with chicken and more. The chow mein with the pan fried noodles was wonderful. Unlike other restaurants the variety of proteins offered included nice size pieces of fresh tasting fish I am so looking forward to going back and trying some of the other items.

Christina C.

Yelp
My whole family loves this place. Our go to is the orange chicken, noodles, fried rice, pork chops. This makes for a great dinner. The service is great, very attentive.

Yelp
My friends and I went to LV for dinner on a Saturday night. It was semi busy so it took a few minutes to find parking, luckily a few spots in front opened up eventually. There doesn't appear to be a parking lot but there are spaces on the street (which has parking lot like spaces). Inside, the restaurant has an old school sort of feel, like the Chinese restaurants I would go to as a kid in the 1980s. We got seated toward the back at a large round table w a lazy Susan. The table itself was rather wobbly and pushed so close to the wall that one side of the table had chairs no one could access or sit in because the table next to us was too close and to get into those seats or around them would have required the other table's diners to stand up--and they willfully ignored us. Having other customers be unwilling to move isn't the restaurants' fault but putting the tables too close is. At any rate, our group was able to sit around 3/4 of the table and fit but once people were sitting, most could not get up unless 3 or 4 others also got up to allow the person through. It was worse than being in the window seat of a plane as at least those usually only go 3 people deep, not 6. As we sat, we were still waiting on 2 more people to show up but the staff, though cheerful and friendly, came back like every 30 seconds asking us if we were ready to order. Eventually our straggler friends arrived and we ordered. The food came out very fast and even though we ordered about 8 dishes, they all came out within 10 minutes of the first dish hitting the table (probably less). We ordered the salt pepper fish, braised string beans, sausage fried rice, beef bok choy, walnut shrimp, eggplant and a few others (I can't recall). We were a pretty hungry group so we went through the food before I could snap any pics. Overall, the group really liked the eggplant, the fish and the shrimp. I thought everything tasted decent but I wasn't necessary blown away by anything, but for the price, I was satisfied with the flavor and quality. When we finished, it took a while for the check to come and we had a hard time flagging down staff to get the check. The staff was always doing something, and they were always friendly, but they could probably use some tweaking to their service habits to ensure customers get the service they need when they need it and to make sure customers aren't crammed into a tight corner. PS - this was my first time but my other friends who live around the corner mentioned to me that they usually do pick up to go quite frequently, so food is good but dine-in service could use a little help.

Yelp
I've eaten here a couple of times and the food has been consistently good - with the exception of the spare ribs. They were pretty dry. My favorite items include the orange chicken and Mongolian beef. The pan fried noodles are tasty but I wish they were more pan fried as opposed to soft like chow mein. The restaurant itself is a good size but can get busy on weekends. I prefer to pick up food but the one time I ate in the service was efficient and friendly. Parking can be tough on weekends and evenings.

Yelp
You know, my family has been ordering takeout from LV for years and have enjoyed their offerings. Lately, however, things have changed. Their quality and flavor just haven't been there and their prices have gone up. 2x shrimp fried rice, 1x broccoli beef, 1x pork steam dumplings, 1x chicken lo mein = $85. Ouch. Our entire meal was very lack luster and just didn't have the flavor profile that has kept us coming back for so many years. I think it's time to take a break and look for other similar places in our neighborhood.

Yelp
The food here is delicious! From what I recall, we had the orange chicken, salt & pepper pork chops, salt & pepper squid (aka calamari), broccoli w oyster sauce, fried rice, house chow mein, honey walnut shrimp. The shrimps were a good size & everything that was supposed to be crispy was nice & crispy! The storefront looks small on the outside, but inside is decent. Looks like your typical Chinese restaurant with round tables & lazy Susan's. Staff was quick & attentive. The only downside for me is I had a killer migraine that evening & into the next day. This leads me to believe they likely use MSG. If/ when I return, I'll have to watch my intake, but the food was so good, i don't know if I'll be able to stay away!

Yelp
We've been to LV Seafood a good handful of times now. It's not usually my first choice but Hubby loves this place and my tastebuds and appetite are always satisfied after eating here. The vibe has that family-owned, old-school Chinese restaurant charm. I've dined with parties of 2-6. But I've seen larger parties of 10+ dine here and the staff seems to accommodate with ease. I've enjoyed the following over the years: - Fried Tofu https://bit.ly/3ud1kr5 - Singapore Style Rice Noodles (ordered with no egg) https://bit.ly/3uh8gni - Braised String Beans https://bit.ly/49B3UHu - Black Mushrooms with Asparagus https://bit.ly/49xlMmC - Vegetable Chow Fun https://bit.ly/478ynLH Solid spot for Chinese food located next to a crystal shop. Parking can be busy on Norse Way but it's not impossible.

Yelp
Ok this is some of the best Chinese food I have had within a reasonable driving distance. My wife brought this home as takeout and I know it would have been even better if we had it at the restaurant. So with that being said I will be going next week! You know it's good when the Fried rice comes in the little old school white boxes! The Hot and Sour Soup Fire!

Yelp
The best local food in the area hands down. For Chinese food, this is my go to and has been for a few years. Always fresh and tasty. Service is great, whether you eating in or taking out. Cute and quiet, nice people who are friendly and offer suggestions when asked. Went for take out on New Year's Eve and couldn't believe how packed it was! I didn't realize how many people love this place
