People leaning into the window smoking over the food right next to the oven might just be one of the most disgusting things you could see in food handling. I'll assure you it happens often, this is the 3rd time i see it within 3 weeks.

Dope pizza joint to grab a few slices and chill . Right off of 86 st so you don’t have to walk that far. Food is pretty good and location is good. 👍🏻 I definitely recommend swinging by for lunch.

This pizzeria very nice and good, personally friendly and helpful, your order cook very fast and perfect. Eat this place delicious . Pizza 🍕 and all eat this delicious I recommend this place.

Not the most welcoming, but they'll tend to your service request asap. It's a small place that accommodates indoor dining. Prices are comparable to the other pizza spots in the area. Still, it nothing to run home and tell mama about. There is no signature items to make this place stand out. The person that served me and touch my food didn't put on gloves. I guess you can say the heat killed any lingering germs, this is how pizza is made and served. I won't be going back, but go see for yourself, maybe you'll get a more rewarding experience.

Pizza is excellent, friendly service, quick turnaround. You get the authentic Brooklyn feel when you stand in this establishment. Two slices and a soda for $7 sounds like a good deal to me. Highly recommend.

Came here because Lenny's was on vacation. I'm happy I did it was a good Brooklyn pizza. The cheese was fresh and it tasted good. Made me miss living full time in Brooklyn

I decided to order from this place. When I opened up the box I smelled something funny. Then saw how dark the sausages looked. I figured maybe it was overcooked but the sausages taste like they went bad. Stay away from this place. You tried calling them back nobody's answering the phone.

Pizza I got here was horrific. I came here to pickup two marinara slices and I've never seen such disgusting slices in my life. The guy doing the service was incredibly rude but what made it worse was the slices. Literally looked like pizza dough that had ketchup on it and smelled like toothpaste, almost no cheese on it too! I'm pretty surprised by how polarized the ratings are for La Bella. Most of my friends that have lived in Bensonhurst share the same consensus as me: La Bella is the best Brooklyn slice you'll ever have. Affordable and tasty New York pizza with a local staff that just emits warm vibes. The place is small but friendly and endearing in its own way. The regular customers that you'll undoubtedly see talking to the staff speak for themselves. You can never go wrong with the pepperoni or cheese slices. La Bella always has the perfect ratio of cheese and sauce and the ingredients taste fresh all the time. I've bought pizza at around ten at night and it's tasted wonderful. I recommend the buffalo chicken slice and they can also make a mean vodka pie on request. The vodka pie is some of the best I've ever had. The crust is always great too. You also usually get a free soda most of the time too when you spend a certain amount (which isn't a lot at all). Something that's unexpectedly fire is the buffalo wings. You'd never expect a random pizza joint's wings to taste so good, but in my opinion, the wings from La Bella are some of the best I've eaten in my life. They have the perfect orange creamy color and have the right kick to them. La Bella makes them completely fresh. Overall, this place is a hidden gem, but real ones know La Bella has always been good.

Horrible service. Person behind the counter became extremely mad at a kid for no reason, screamed at him loudly. He has no decency. The pizza was cold and very smaIl, almost the size of my palm. New York is all about pizza, but this is not the one to support.

The best pizza in Bensonhurst hands down!! Always fresh. Crust is always perfect. Chicken caesar slices and buffalo chicken slices are a must have!

Most DELICIOUS Eggplant Roll Everrrrr!! Soft well cooked eggplant, yummy homemade sauce, ricotta and cheesy cheese in a crispy Yummmmmmy crust that's not soggy like the rest ! Came with a homemade marinara sauce for dipping ! Omg Soooo Good!!

Came by for a quick snack after hitting the gym. 2 slices and a soda for $5. I ordered a plain slice and sat in to eat. Sprinkled a bunch of stuff on it like garlic powder, red pepper, parsley. The slice was freshly made and delicious. Bottom and crust was crispy and hot. The cheese was hot (be careful as it slightly burned the roof of my mouth). The slice was extremely enjoyable. The garlic knots were not bad either It was flavored well, with lots of garlic and oil. Only problem was that it got can get soggy. I would come back again.

One of the best grandma pizzas in new york if not the best. Amazing chicken salad and wonderful service. This place is one of the reasons we go back to bensenhurst sometimes. If you are ever in the area, take the time to try this place, you will love it.

Wow, ew ew ew! Somebody call Gordon Ramsey. I have no words. I'm born and raised here and this is the WORST pizzeria I ever ate from. I ordered the eggplant parm. hero w/ linguine with fish/clam red sauce. It came LOADED- I mean loaded! With clam meat and only about 4 shells... This is such a hard and disgusting indicator this was frozen seafood.. sure enough even after removing 80% of it was so salty, I had to spit it out all over the pasta and throw it out. The eggplant parm hero was a complete mess. It wouldn't stay together and the cheese looked microwaved. So gross. A lot of grub hub businesses generate fake reviews. Always google a place before ordering.

My favorite from la Bella is the bbq chicken slice, buffalo chicken slice or the chicken cesar salad slice. They're pasta is decent as well. I think La Bella is better than Lenny's on 86th. But the last time I came here, the pizza dough was too think and chewy. It's not as good as the usual. But maybe it was just a fluke. The place is small, but they do have seatings inside and outdoor. I would recommend takeout though.

A little away from the main avenue but this hidden pizzeria always hit the spot. Love the flavor of the sauce. Pizza is always on point. Their cheese ravioli are a hit... def recommend it

The food tasted bad. I called for delivery and was told it will be around 30-40mins. I came like an hour ago. Fine with that. I ordered the special pizza, buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, and a can of soda; Mountain Dew. When I got my delivery, there was no mozzarella sticks and instead of Mountain Dew, I got Pepsi. Pizza was soggy and the crust was very hard to chew on. The buffalo wings were just fried chicken marinated in spicy sauce that's it. Worst wings I ever tasted. Didn't even finish my food and had to throw it away.

I love this place! Firstof all of pizzas i tried are delicious and they always have many different choices there. people who work there are so nice. It's like a fast food tho. People come and go. really fast service. Highly recommend

nice neighborhood pizza place that's been around for a while. It's right next to the 20th Ave train station, so it's very convenient. Only minus is that they refused to deliver a pie to my house :(. Eh, that's ok. I understand the margins are probably a bit thin. However, I probably wouldn't make this my go-to pizza place.

I am a little sad for not writing the reviews of all the nice eating places in my neighborhood. This is next door pizzeria for us and my husband used to frequent this place before our marriage. We absolutely love all the pies here. Highly recommended.

We were here because of the burek's place next door closed down. We got a slice of chicken salad pizza, a sicilian, & two meat byreks. They were all just decent. The food wasn't freshly made. The food isn't bad but just don't taste fresh. It's probably better if it was freshly made. The service was just okay. The guy wasn't rude or friendly. Overall this place is decent. We probably won't be back but if you live around this area, this place is worth a try. 1 slice of chicken salad pizza, 1 slice of sicilian, 2 meat byreks, & 1 can of soda, all total was $15

Delicious pizza and pasta dishes at great prices! This is our go-to pizza place! The garlic knots are very garlicky without that raw garlic taste at some other places. It's so yummy. They can make a vodka pie at request as well. Look for the specials. They make it easy to order and I love that the prices end in .00 or .50 making it easy to do the math!! Highly recommend this pizza joint.

I went last week and they really amped up their dishes. I ordered the chicken penne vodka (doesn't contain any alcohol) and my friend ordered the Sunday special and they were amazing. The portions were huge and could easily be for 2 people.

Never had an issue when we order pizza here but My Husband & I got severely sick after eating a pasta dish a few nights ago... still dealing with symptoms as I write this review. Definitely staying away from now on.

Our local pizzeria. Variety of food here: pizza, calzone, rice ball, to pasta dishes. Small own family pizzeria with few limited tables. Takes cash only. Pizza freshly made by staffs here wearing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle logo. Cute. We had calamari linguini with white clam sauce. Not too bad.

These guys make the best Pizza around Bensonhurst hands down. As Chef Emeril says.. It's da saaaaauce! Thin crust, not over-cheezy (I invented the word). Apart from the fact they've been long time staple here, they're also accomodating if you want a say, a custom chicken roll with garlic and veggies..you just wait..as fresh food is always worth it. Check em out!

Yes, I ordered a pie from a while ago. All I remember is how dry it was. They really didn't put any sauce on it. This is not good pizza. I would be embarrassed to serve something like that to a customer. They need to get a new person to make it. They'll probably close down soon since Lenny's is right around the corner

It's a nice, cozy pizza spot that is located in a relatively busy area, providing a welcome reprieve from the loud surroundings. Their slices come with thin crust for the most part, which for me is certainly an upside, as you get less of a doughy flavor and more of a crunch to go with whatever the toppings are. When I ate recently, my slices of choice were the buffalo pizza, which packed a nice kick, and the Caesar salad slice. That must have been the only time I'd ever seen a salad slice heated in the oven. While it definitely improved the chicken, I can't say the same for the lettuce, dressing and croutons. I'm sure there are others who would prefer it in that style though, so it seems like this is certainly a place that caters to specific tastes. While I doubt I'll be getting the salad slice again, I can certainly see myself returning to try the other flavors they have on offer.

Well, you gotta think to yourself...Hey they haven't poisoned me. That's what I appreciate most about going out to eat nowadays, that they haven't given me food poisoning. I had a vegetable slice, It was surely appetizing. I enjoyed it very much so. I also had a bite of a white slice and that wasn't half bad either except that it burned me. I only gave it three stars because usually you're suppose to be informed of your food, but someone I was with had to go up there and ask if it was ready. Thus, it was ready so that was a star dropped. Speed matters when you're hungry. I don't have too much else to say except maybe you shouldn't use the restrooms here. People are kinda careless about hygiene, if that says a thing or two.

Gr8 quick stop, fresh n' pretty tasty foods, the grilled chicken hero tasted like an import from heaven period, so fresh. [Bon D.] I had my food delivered when i was just sitting across the oven, and have no input on the bathroom hygiene. Also i liked the 15min wait for my hero, it shows me that its 100% fresh. very efficient and friendly service. Watch out for the older red dude coming in screaming for coffee, he's after women... be aware....

Passed by here the other day and wanted to try it out since I haven't had pizza in a long time. The place was small but had tables indoors and outdoors for you to sit. They had a special "buy two slices and get a free can of soda". I ordered a pie, half margarita and half mushrooms. It cost $19.00 and took 20 minutes to make. The pizza was super oily ( they put olive oil on top of the margarita slice) and there weren't any signs of basil or garlic on the pizza. The mushroom slices had very little mushroom on it but tasted okay. I saw a lot of other goodies there so I'll give this place another try but for now, it's three stars!

Please, if you see on google maps that this place is temporarily closed, it is NOT. It is open and in business and only takes takeout and delivery. Same if you order on SLICE, it says it does not take orders however it does, please do not be mistaken.

Ordered for delivery and after 45 min the food was still not here so I called them to see how much longer. It finally came about 10 min later and everything I ordered was cold. So cold that I had to microwave the pizza and everything else I ordered. The vegetable pizza did not taste good at all. Mozzarella sticks weren't good either. Not sure if the food tasted bad because everything had to be reheated in the microwave or because it was just bad.

Good place for calzones, regular slices, and rice balls. Other than that, the new owners are terrible compared to the old ones. For one thing, the new owners have thick eastern european accents and they have absolutely no idea how to make pizza. The pan pizza that they have on display is pretty bad, I don't recommend it. Their spinach rolls/calzones are delicious. The one thing I like about La Bella is the fact that they close much later than the other local pizzerias around. Other than that, I would definitely go somewhere else during the day. Overall, a decent place. Not bad, but not great.

Love, love, love this pizzeria. Pizza is always made fresh; my favorite is the whole wheat veggie square but I also think eggplant role is divine! Yum! One of the last authentic Italian eateries in the area. La Bella is in a great, convenient location - although the parking may sometimes be a little sucky. There is a small area to sit and eat outside. The place is quiet and friendly. They do not accept credit cards. If you ever need napkins, straws or utensils - just ask, they will be happy to supply you with anything you may need.

Today I ordered for home delivery 1 pie no oregano and half mushroom the pizza was horrible it was reheated they put the mushrooms on top it was not fresh from the oven it was reheated you could taste the after flavor like burnt pizza on the bottom maybe they're busy but it was a home delivery if I stood there and watch them do the job they would of gave me fresh pizza pie but not that they had one extra pie and just put mushrooms on it and reheat. This is the second time that's happened I'm not sure I'm going to try the third time sorry guys it is what it is. Sometimes I go in the next much fresh they look at me and tell me everything's fresh what I mean is what is hot not to reheat it of course everything is fresh but when it's reheated it it's not fresh from the oven I would recommend to make fresh pizza when it's a home delivery.....

The only way you will know if you try it your self for us Excellent and that's 5 out of 5. And service the guys are Excellent.

Ordered a mushroom pie. It was disgusting. It's not pizza, it was bread. I don't know if ordering a topping made them put less cheese, there was no sauce, it was SO dry. I don't know what else to say, it was one of the worst "pizzas" in my life (I don't know exactly where it sits compared with the frozen pizzas). It's cheaper than any pizzeria around the area but spend a couple of $$ more and get actual pizza.

I've been here for years now and their pizza is okay. The only reason I come back is cause they're extremely hospitable

Nice neighborhood pizza. I love the chicken caesar pizza! Baked ziti with meatballs is delicious as well as their penne a la vodka! Meatball parm hero is great too! Appetizers are decent.

Tasty food , love their calzones and pizza. Everything i have tried is delicious , I would definetly reccomend the place, especially in bensonhurst you dont really come along with decent food these days but these guys are definetly the ones to go to.

So me and my hubby decided to order from here thinking delivery would be faster since he just moved around the block, we where starving! So we ordered a regular pie and two orders of chicken wings, they were horrible. First the pizza didn't taste fresh, the crust had like a plastic after taste. The chicken wings where so saggy. It really wasn't worth it, seriously guys. Try another place.

Great place. The pies are ok but I think you can get the most out of their Italian dishes. Their pasta and baked dishes are well worth the money. I recommend the la Bella pasta and baked ziti. The food are fresh and always the right temperature.

La Bella isn't far from where I live and I order it whenever there's no time to cook and the family wants pizza. The crust is delish and you must, must, must try the grilled chicken pizza - to die for. Food is always hot when they deliver it and I always get a free soda with it.

I really enjoy their pizzeria. They have a variety of tasty flavors. I love their deep dish mushroom and chicken pepper slices as well as their thin crust chicken Cesar. Their chicken and mushroom sandwich is pretty awesome as well. The staff is friendly. The place is pretty clean. And so far, the food has always been fresh and tasty.

best pizza place in brooklyn. very convenient because it's right next to the train station and the guys who work there are extremely friendly. they accept cash and credit cards and their prices are really good. really good deals and they have a nice clean restaurant where you can eat outside too. pizza is really yummy and would recommend it 100% . delivery is free too. also, they provide you with any utensils you need and are very friendly. would definitely come again

The mini pies are the best. We order them on a daily basis. For 6 dollars a piece and they are made fresh for you. I love when they are well done. Also the Buffalo chicken roll is great too all white meat chicken. All the guys from "THE GARAGE" love it...

I went to this business and ordered pizza and sandwiches. While waiting for my order the food preparer/ deliveryman left. When he returned, I watched him lock the bike, put on an apron and start preparing pizza dough. When I asked why he is doing that w/o washing his hands, he smiled and then went to wash them. The owner was standing there and said nothing. When I told him I would never return, he said the preparer was "in a rush".

This place is ridiculous one they create a tax amount from the top of their head and two when I had a cooked baby mouse in my chicken parm they only offered me another dish and refused to give me back my money.worst restaraunt in bensonhurst.

Fresh delicious Pizza always hot out of the oven I will definitely recommend it to friends and family
