I tried the Ramen and Poutine DAC Biet at La Belle Tonki, and both completely blew me away. The Ramen Laksa was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor a perfect balance of spice and coconut that warmed me up in the very cold night instantly.
The Poutine DAC Biet was another highlight, classic Quebec comfort food with a fun twist. Crispy fries, melty cheese curds, and that savory gravy that ties everything together. You can tell they put real care into combining Asian and Montreal street food Fusion in a way that totally works.
Ending everything with their Creme Brulee Cafe Viet et Amaretto.
The vibe of the place was super chill and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Not to mention the Manga/Old School/Gaming vibe that you get from the decoration!
Definitely we'll be back for more from this spot.
