L.A. Birria Pizza

Absolutely delicious Birria Tacos, great flavourful and cheese pull! The tortillas are freshly made and their consome is delicious. Small tables available but also takeaway available!

This little stand has no business being this delicious!! The flavor was excellent and the meat was so juicy. I really liked the regular taco and sauces that they had. The quesotaco was good as well but I just felt like the flavor of the regular taco was really great on its own

So gotta say some of the best tacos I've ever had. Very authentic, only beef tacos and burritos etc. But they were worth it. The broth they give u is wildly good. Great taco making section. Alot of options and all extremely reasonably priced. These are the places that need to stay.

Horrible birria tacos their main in the pizza oven, the meat was dry and the cheese was burnt the condiments was salty beef broth with no meat pieces in it. I’m so disappointed In what I paid 17$ for, the guy was trying to charge me 25$ for 4 tacos consommé and a drink. Never will I go there no recommend anyone to eat there.

Theresa and her food ROCKS! Delicious. Definately worth the drive! 9am - 10pm EVERY DAY. Birria Tacos are the BOMB. A+++

L.A. Birria is a food stand that specializes in beef birria served in styrofoam cups or in tacos. Birria (which is a slang term for "ugly mess") is a rustic Mexican stew made of meat braised in a crimson-colored guajillo chile-based broth. The proprietor of L.A. Birria, Josue Eduardo Anaya, is a graduate of famed culinary school Le Cordon Bleu and was raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, the birthplace of birria. L.A. Birria's consommé (i.e. birria broth) on its own tastes a bit tinny, a flavor surprisingly not evident in the delectable beef itself. The meat instead is intensely savory and beefy in addition to having a satin-like texture. I recommend consuming the birria served at L.A. Birria by ordering their "Quesatacos," which are stuffed with stewed beef and white cheese that melts as the tortillas harden until they're crunchy from being griddled in oil. The "Spider Taco" is similar, but the result of splattering the cheese on the flat top so that it fries up dark and crispy, creating what looks like a "spider web" around the taco. Adding the piquant and rich salsa de aceite (oil salsa with roasted chiles and garlic) makes these tacos even better. This is a cheap, no-frills experience: there are no tables here, just some plastic stools to sit on. Cash only, of course.

Ran into this place randomly and I'm glad I did. I've never had birria tacos 🌮 and I'm so happy I took the plunge, in fact I'm low key upset non of my Mexican friends ever even suggested I try birria tacos but here we are. It's right in front of the 24 Hour Adam's Coin Laundry. On top of everything else the service is top notch and they take card.

Hate to leave a negative review but ordered regular tacos with consome, worst consome I’ve tried tasted like pure water with salt was not even able to finish it also because I found a fly in it…
