Now, this is what I'm talking about, chile! Right by my house, I had been walking past this cafe for like half a year without knowing what it was. Well last weekend, I finally went in.
Every Sunday, my boyfriend and I try a new coffee shop, and this was last week's choice. It's cute in there and there are French imported goods which I love! You can also purchase things like eggs and milk, etc. there.
Prices across the board are reasonable and I got the drip coffee, with vanilla and oak milk - very well-rounded flavor. On top of that, I ordered a sandwich on a baguette with chicken, greens, apple butter, and brie and that was so good. I'm a sucker for apple butter and especially for brie.
We also split a quiche and my partner ordered a raspberry white mocha, which I think is limited to February for order but that taste was next level. We tried one of the quiches as well, which was light, flavorful, and fluffy. Do you know how hard it is to nail quiche? It's not easy, but La Boulangerie figured it out.
Very clean, cool staff, a little small of a space if they're busy, but I mean, if you're just popping in for a sandwich and a coffee, whatever.
