The worst sandwich I’ve ever ever had. I was actually a part one… Barely any leaves on the road, the turkeys slide and the bread was horrible, and the jam was no good either… I can’t believe I wasted dollars here I am beyond furious.

Terrible customer experience. They were out of chai but didn’t have a sign anywhere and the manager was not present to help us. She left her phone at the bakery and so no one could call her. The staff was rude and did not want to try to be helpful. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Approx. $20 for a “panini” that is never pressed/toasted, with microwaved egg patties. Overpriced,mediocre food.

I'm actually really glad I did not read the reviews before going, as I would have not ordered from them. So far, I am eating a grilled veggie panini and it's on normal chewy bread, and the sandwich is nice and hot from the panini press. The couple across from me at our gate ordered grilled cheese from La Brea. I had just seen the overall 2.1 star review and asked the couple what they thought of their sandwiches. They said they were fine. Maybe not award winning, but certainly better than 2.1 stars. We all went around 9:20 pm, and they close at 10pm. They still had plenty of veggie options as well as meaty sandwiches. While I am not a big fan of spending 16+ dollars on a sandwich, the price is comparable to all the other food vendors in JFK, and most places were closing up at 9 pm (and rather stern about it!) Thank you for being open, and thank you for the quick, fresh service!

Breakfast sandwich was just gross. Flabby bacon, burned egg pucks, wet American cheese. Alll for $16. 🤬

This place is bottom tier. Overpriced $16 grilled cheese and the worst customer experience. The young lady at the cashier was too concerned about texting in WhatsApp, threw the receipt at people, and was generally low effort. You can do a lot better for food at JFK at a bother place. Avoid!

I tried to buy juice and some snacks, but the self-service machine wasn't scanning one of the itens, I asked for help and they asked me to wait. Two workers were organizing forks and talking to each order and ignored me for 5 min. I left the stuff there and went to Hudson instead.

I went to the one at JFK near terminal 37 and I asked a question. The person answered briskly that was fine. Then they turned their back on me as the other person washing dishes both ignored me till I had to raise my voice and ask if I could pay for something at which point the woman washingstopped and came over. Never said a word rang me up horrible experience.
