Visited here for lunch and had the La Brianza Special. Started off with two bite size appetizers (fig with stracciatella and seaweed ball), both were very tasty. For the antipasto, the yellowtail carpaccio paired with the pickled sweet onion was refreshing, and the deep fried mussel with the prosciutto and herb paste was delicious; wish there was more of the couscous as it was literally one spoon's worth. The freshly baked signature egg gratin was creamy and delightful with the added shaved truffle. The pasta was their take on cacio e pepe, topped with mushrooms and porchetta; pretty tasty with a unique sharp pink peppercorn flavor, though maybe overpowering the cheese a bit. For the secondo, it was upgraded to aged beef sirloin which had a pretty intense depth of flavor and was tender but it would have been better if the meat was seared a bit more. Dessert was ice cream with poached pear, caramel sauce and puff pastry which was nice and sweet. Overall it was a tasty meal at an affordable price, and the service was good with the staffs being helpful and taking the time to explain the dishes.
