LA Burger Bar

As a faithful Jew, I am extremely upset. I thought the whole point of being kosher is to ensure the quality and holiness of the meat. Almost every single chicken wing was deformed and didn’t even look like chicken. I used to eat here all the time, this is my last time ever getting food from here. Absolutely ruined my night and I’m starting to question why I’m kosher if all the kosher food in Los Angeles is absolute garbage.

Great place! Filled our order quickly and food was exactly how I requested. Prices are great too. 5 stars deserved!

It was a little challenging to find parking, ended up parking a block away. The food was good and burger was juicy. The sweet potato fries were amazing. I think it is a little over priced for a burger, fries and a fountain drink. Two of us ate for $52. Staff was friendly and inviting.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and it’s easily one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve tried just about every item on the menu and have never been disappointed. The food here is always fresh and always tasty. Of course, my favorite thing to order are their burgers and they have a variety of different styles of burgers to choose from! I personally don’t feel like you can go wrong with any of them. They’re all unique in their own way. The restaurant itself is always clean and bigger than many other kosher restaurants in the area, with seating available inside as well as outside. The staff are all very friendly as well and the food comes out quickly, which is always a plus. Their extensive menu means there is always something for everyone so it’s where we usually go when we go out to eat with a large group. LA Burger Bar has been my go to spot for years and it’s a restaurant that I consistently recommend to anyone looking for some great food.

So this place gets REALLY busy on Saturday night, nonetheless my food was ready quick and tasted pretty good. I ordered the Lamb Burger as well as the Buffalo Wings. The burger tasted good but the wings were smothered in Frank's red hot. I still ate them though! 😉 🤷‍♂️ 7/10 would recommend.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the meal was disappointing from start to finish. The burgers were thin and overcooked, completely lacking flavor or juiciness. Others in my party ordered a salad, which arrived undressed, with wilted lettuce that looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The wings looked decent, but taste-wise, they were nothing special. The fries were just okay, and the onion rings were overdone. On top of that, parking is nearly impossible to find, which just adds to the frustration. One particularly surprising aspect was that we were required to bus our own table—something I wouldn’t normally mind, but given the cost of the food, it felt a bit off-putting. To make matters worse, there were people hovering around our table, clearly waiting for us to finish, which made for a rather unappealing dining experience. Overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

If you are a delivery driver, don’t even bother accepting an order from here. They don’t confirm them so you end up wasting your time and gas, because other drivers steal them. It’s unfortunate for the customer, the restaurant and the driver.

Great food, average service and ambiance. They used to be open till late during the week but they close early now.

Love the food. Everything came out quickly. The restaurant was very clean, and service was great. they are the only one that are open till late in the valley area.

The cheese on the nachos was not warm. I asked for warm or hot cheese and they said they would redo. Then they changed their mind and just gave me a plastic cup of cold cheese again. The cashier had a bad attitude as well. I complained and they said that's all they would do and have the manager call me back, which they never did. Disappointing

One thing for sure is that this place is super popular for the twenty year old young men who come to socialize while enjoying their burgers. I ordered the classic cheeseburger with everything on it plus a side of garlic sauce. The burger looked very good but after my first bite it was just an average burger at a hefty price of 15 plus bucks.

The customer service in this place MUST to change!! They speak very rude!! The food is. Ok.. good for fast food but the people that works there... OMG!

The burgers and onion rings are excellent. We dropped in for lunch while we were in the area and we were the only people eating in the restaurant the whole time we were there.

LA Burger Bar was solid. Everything we ordered was good, and the chicken fingers were definitely the best part -- crispy and cooked just right. Would recommend if you're in the area.

This is a local place not far from me but this was my 1st time here and I liked it . It's a kosher and gluten free place as well . I came here at about 8pm on a Thursday night and it was crowded. The menu is relatively simple - burgers, salads , fries , onion rings . I ordered a pastrami burger and it was served on a chibata type bread . Sauces come on the side . I had the onion rings and sweet potato fries and both were excellent! Cooked just right and extremely fresh . The decor lacks just simple tables and some booths . They also have outdoor seating . You order your food than receive a buzzer so you can go sit until your food is ready . I saw someone eating something that looked like nachos but it was different because they don't do real cheese . I saw they have a catering menu and the prices were reasonable . I will definitely stop by this place again .

Came in to LA Burger Bar for thr first time ever. The male cashier made me feel uncomfortable and like I didn't belong there. He actually made me feel like an idiot for asking questions about the food. When I looked around this beautiful and luxurious restaurant. I realized that I was the only person of color there. And just then I understood what was happening very well. So whether the food is good or not when I receive it. I will never come back here again.

Amazing food one of my best spots in LA. Thanks to them I now found out my favorite sauce of all time garlic mayo.

Is it too much that ask for seasoned food? Ice for your drink? To be greeted as you walk into the restaurant? When my friend and I walked into the restaurant, the cashier at the front was having a discussion with a coworker - they did not break the conversation to greet us. Eventually they took our order but the cashier was not very friendly and we did not feel welcomed. I got the L.A. Burger and it was horribly UNDER SEASONED. These beef patties, onions and mushrooms have never met a single crystal of salt or dash of pepper in their lives. And to top it off, my burger was COLD. The BBQ wings were decent; nothing to sing about. So what do you do now? You've lost your burger to winter (for all your GOT fans), so you put all your hope on their large array of sauces for relief ... only to find that they're ALL WATERED DOWN and FLAVORLESS. Their thousand island sauce was 999 island short of being a good sauce. Then we headed to the fountain drinks to try and wash down this waste of calories, only to find that the ice machine has NO ICE. Perhaps they used all the ice to cool down my burger. Two stars due to very overpriced ($15 for just the burger) bland food, poor customer service and no ice. The only friendly encounter we had in this establishment was from the fly that kept nicely and persistently trying to eat our food.

I hadn't come to LA burger bar for a while because I wasn't impressed with the food 5 ish years ago last time my family ate there.. We dined at LA Burger Bar yesterday and I was so impressed with the food. My family and friends, total of 8 people all left feeling so satisfied, well fed, and enjoyed all of our food. The portions were generous, the flavors great, and everything tasted hot, fresh and presentable. I ordered a Cobb salad and only was able to eat 1/3 before I was full- the portion was so generous. Highly recommend the chicken strips, hot wings, chili cheese nachos, crispy chicken wrap. So happy with our experience! keep it up !

Very chilled, relaxed atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. I've always had helpful and attentive staff when ordering. The beef or chicken added to the salads are tasty and very plentiful.

I went to burgers bar with some friends and we took the tower burger and other things from the menu.very decent prices and food came out rlly tasty .highly recommend people to take their families .

Food was not good and it's more like a fast food burger joint. Also, It is more for Jewish ethnicity. The service was below standard and the food was served in the little plastic containers. I would not recommend this place.

I ordered for pick up. When I got home I realized they forgot to give us our drinks and one of the order was wrong. They refused to refund us and they asked for a proof. Absolutely ZERO apology. They even made me feel bad for calling. Horrible horrible. I would never ever order from them.

Great kosher alternative that is very tasty and they are open late. Lot's of great choices on the menu. Try the spicy lamb burger.

Great burger joint... Wonderful service... I love the interior decor gives you a nice, nostalgic, burger, parlor... I will become a regular here.

Our first time there today for lunch. I had the steak salad and I have to say it was probably one of the best steak salads I've had so far. The quality of the steak was not only juicy and tasty but also plenty of it. Many places put two strips of dry steak on top of a bed of lettuce and call it a steak salad - not this place. They are very generous and you most certainly get your money's worth. The salad was fresh and well seasoned. The burger was also delicious - it looked and tasted homemade and the fries were hot and fresh. Loved the experience! Definitely coming back.

I ordered Jr Burger with lettuce , Tomatos The Burger veery juice. The place is clean and has a nice bakground music.

The burger was tasty but..... 49 dollars for two burgers no drinks and no fries? Then the whole time we were trying to eat, 7-8 children were running around the entire place, almost tripped us grabbing our food from the counter, screaming one of those ear piercing kid screams. They have fallen into people several times and tripped and fallen on the floor. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT? Also after 50 bucks, we still needed to stop for another snack.

Food was okay. Customer service was good. Place is cool. Would try them again. Other than that nothing stood out. That was disappointing.

I visited this place and had a horrible experience here. One of the customers came in with 4 of his grandkids and he changed his grandchild's diaper on the leader chair in the middle of the restaurant. I was horrified. We were sitting just a few steps away from them. After he finished with it, he placed the dirty diaper on the dining table.. I was like what??? Then, he threw the dirty diaper in the trash can and did not wash his hands. Non of the workers said anything to him. The place was packed with customers and no one seemed to care because they all came with kids & animals and one of the kids was butt naked. Im never ever going back to this place. Im so disgusted.

I was about to order here... But I decided not to order at all when I was treated with a bad attitude by the lady behind the counter. I had questions about the vegan cheese and what it was made out of and she was impatient and told me that vegan cheese was "no milk"... I said I know it's not milk, i'm curious what it is made out of. She kept asking me if I was ready to order as I was looking at the menu and eventually I just walked away because she was rushing me and very rude. I couldn't see a name tag so I took her picture. Establishments need to hire people who treat customers with kindness and respect. I won't be back here.

Went in today with a large group and we were all met with an instant piss poor attitude from the lady working the register. She was outright rude, discourteous and hardly helpful. She wouldn't help explain items unless you pressed the issue and when she did explain it was a chore and every other second she would pester with "are you ready yet?" By far the worst representative for a restaurant I've encountered in months. Her behavior completely negated any positive work by the cook staff. The owners should sit her down and make sure she understands her attitude and behavior directly impact sales and service. Our group had about 10-12 new customers and all of them felt uncomfortable and dismissed by her actions. If she goes on uncorrected she will cost this business more revenue and support.

While the food was tasty, and reflected a hard working kitchen staff, the service was abominable. Many items state "Drink included", yet after paying $185.00 for 9 people, one such drink was disputed at the walk up counter by Maya, with an additional $3.50 charged on a separate credit card transaction before getting another cup to use at the fountain. Fortunately, a tip option was not built in during the electronic transaction. Gam Zu L'Tovah, but there are other Kosher options in the area, and this poorly managed business will never see my business again

I usually taking my kids every Saturday night to eat at la burger , driving all the way from reseda. This Saturday night was the worst experience eating there. We come early, before all the teenager usually coming, and found a table easily. While waiting to our food almost 50 min, 2 drunk persons sit close to me and my young kids, start screaming and cursing , all the restaurant staring at them I asked the 2 girls behind the counter to do something about that because my kids were scared of their behavior but they did not do nothing. At the end 1 of the drunk person took his salad plate and throw it on the girl behind the counter Everyone were in shock. I don't understand where the owner are, they let everyone in Girls entering in a group to the bathroom , teenager making terrible noise , and crazy people celebrating there. If we decide to give this restaurant another try is only by ordering pick up, never ever bringing my kids there anymore.

I got the chicken salads and chicken wings + French fries The food was good I really like it, they got it ready about 10 to 15 minutes, The only thing I wish was there To be more patient with the orders, The girl there, was kind of rude and rushing. (And Was No line) Also because Covid it's outside sitting I wish there some heaters because we was freezing to death

The best chicken soup in town. Very tasty vegetables with chunks of chicken. I had few weeks ago the heavyweight burger that was delicious. The restaurant very clean and you have outside tables

Perfect Kosher burger place parking was easy there was not much wait.the service was great and the way they have it set up was great you order pay and they call you when your food is ready. Lots of sitting inside and outside very roomy. Also the restroom where very clean and organized.very family oriented place we loved it and definitely will come back.also the place looked clean.

Tonight, I had the most disgusting overcooked rock as a burger. The turkey burger. STAY AWAY FROM THE BURGERS. I demand a full refund. This is outrageous. Never in my 27 years have I had meat so overcooked. And it smelled awful. How are you guys still in business? I am utterly disgusted and feel like I got robbed for my hard earned money. $13 for a rock burger. This is not good, it's junk. Probably a 2 week old patty. Health inspector? Better believe I'm calling one. I feel sick to my stomach for trying to give this burger a chance. Please close down already. This is not food-- it's madness.

I like the spicy hot wings right here another great kosher place to come to with Many options I like this place a lot that's my opinion on this place I tried to look at the good rather than anything else in any establishment that I go to and every time I come over here it's always the same taste to me which is amazing and I also ask for spicy as much as they have which They don't have anything for someone like me unfortunately I eat too spicy :)

I love LA Burger, their food is always fresh and yummy. One of the best kosher restaurants in LA. I highly recommend their sweet chili chicken fingers and the steak plate.

They forgot parts of my order and then charged $13 for the most pathetic burger I've ever seen. The women behind the counter was incredibly apathetic and rude. I called and even emailed with no resolution.

I've FINALLY tried Beyond Burger and I'm a fan! The grilled taste and texture was very similar to that of a regular hamburger and with all the toppings, you can't even tell you're not eating beef. Their seasoned fries are really good too. I'll be back!

Big fan of burgers bar. Bring the family out here for dinner ever so often. Chicken fingers are great, all the burgers and salads are great. There can be a line at times. Can also prove difficult to get a booth but once you've got that warm burger in hand, coupled with their multitude of sauces... it's all worth it. You can find free parking in the two adjacent side street. Enjoy!

I was at this restaurant tonight and me and a lot of other customers ordered food and they didn't give it to us. I went up to the counter and said that I didn't get my chicken tenders and the staff looked at me and said "ok bro" and walked away. A few minutes later again, same thing. Four or five other customers weren't given the food they paid for and the staff said they don't care. They wouldn't give our money back. They're straight up robbing people. Disputing the charge and telling everyone not to go here anymore. On top of that the food was garbage.

I placed an order online after waiting patiently for 45 minutes the cashier told me my order was cancelled due to not having one of my items available. I didn't get a notification by email or text that my order was canceled. I drove 20 minutes to get there. Cashier was acting like I did something wrong and manager was worse than cashier. They cancelled my order and my son was very disappointed and I don't see refund on my credit card. I guess now I have to take more time and dispute that with my credit card company. I wonder how this restaurant after being in business for so long still don't know how to run a business.

The most horrible service!!! After an hour of waiting (place the order online)the lady said that it's not ready and we should wait to the French fries, which we waited for another 15 more min, and after all of that she said that it's not ready! At the end we left without the food!!!

This places customer service is horrible. Horrible. They never answer the phone and when they do it's with attitude.

solid burger place. i prefer their wings or chicken finger if im being honest staff is nice. seating area is nice sat nights and peak time can be a little annoying. wait time was qouted around 40min, it was peak time so i had to ask but the answer made me give 4 stars. it is what it is

Been to this place a few times. They have great wings and burgers. I usually get the LA burger. The fries are always perfectly crisp. I love the variety of sauces they have to offer. I once got the pastrami sandwich but I didn't like it at all. Overall I like the food here. I took off a star because the service is slow and rude. I always have to wait a long time for a table to be cleaned and the people taking orders seem like they are annoyed. The person cleaning needs help. He is always busy. I don't feel he's lazy or slow. This place is pretty large and has a lot of large parties so there is a lot to clean up. The people taking the orders makes me want to take off at least another star but I don't feel the establishment deserves it because the food is actually good.

This place is the it place! Kosher burgers and fries. They have the best sauces that go with the food. My favorite is the lamb burger it is a hit. Their salads are great too very very fresh. They have large portions as well most places do not offer such huge salads. Much love for LA BURGER BAR. Thank you for existing in the kosher food environment.

I got the tower burger and the sweet chili chicken fingers. The burger was good, even with all it had on it, it didn't taste that flavorful. The sweet chili sauce on the chicken was actually really good. However, I think they're inconsistent. They were crunchy and good one night, and next night I went it was soft and just tasted like non breaded chicken covered in sauce. Also, their ranch is not flavorful. Overall I'd give this place a 3.5.

The tall server at the counter with a beard is the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. It was absolutely shocking how disrespectful and unprofessional he was. Shameful. I will NEVER be coming back to this disgusting establishment that hires the worst type of staff and people and will be warning others to avoid this place if they value being respected. The food is mediocre at best.
