Where to Eat Fondue and Other Swiss Food in Montreal - Eater Montreal

"Forty minutes northeast in Repentigny, La Chaudronnée Suisse offers, as the name suggests, classic Swiss fondue and raclette, as well as crepes and a wide range of desserts (including chocolate and maple fondue). An extensive list of options for dipping — vegetables, meats, seafood — is available for individuals or pairs." - Holly Tousignant

The best ambience of a restaurant that I've ever been to. Very quiet despite it being full, and love the free bread. I had quite an experience tasting the fondue!

You have to eat here if you like fondue. Server was on point, atmosphere was great for a date. Food was awesome.

Nathan was very helpful, service was excellent, not rushed at all, made a great café au lait for my grandpa a real barista. Everyone enjoyed their meal for a special birthday for my daughter. We will come again. Keep up the good work.

It is a very romantic place, the lighting, the decor and ambiance are great for a relaxing night out with friends or your significant other. The food is absolutely delicious. Careful not to eat too much as you might not be able to reach dessert. We had a great time!

We visited La Chaudronnée Suisse for the first time recently and it will definitely not be our last! We were warmly welcomed by the staff as soon as we entered and found the atmosphere to be inviting. We had "La Traditionelle" raclette, which was a fun and delicious experience, and there was more than enough food for our group of 3. Customer service here is impeccable; Nathan, our server, was charming and he was a highlight of our night. His tableside execution of the crepes Suzette was flawless and the crepes were a decadent and perfect end to our meal. Merci beaucoup, La Chaudronnée Suisse!

While a bit on the expensive side, plan quite some time ahead of you because we stayed 3 hours from start to finish. It took quite a while. We did have enough food for two and were not hungry at all afterwards.

Good but really really expensive for what it is. Scampi the size of a shrimp and half a chicken skewer half the normal size for 50$ . I wouldnt go back sorry
