Where is the rest of the coffee? It’s not the size of the cup but the content that defines large or small, giving me a large cup with just half the coffee doesn’t make it large. I did pay for the large.

They close at 6pm not 7pm. I've been looking for the S'mores flavored and since they closed the Silverlake one, this one was the closest but they closed an hour early. My disappointment is immeasurable :(

Although I’m a big fan of La Colombe, this particular location fell short. The service was impersonal, pretentious, and outright rude. The baristas had an attitude when we ordered our pumpkin chai and a regular decaf latte. The decaf latte was far too strong, and when we politely asked for a remake, the barista’s response was less than welcoming. Unfortunately, the remake was just as disappointing. Overall, we didn’t have the best experience at this La Colombe.

We ordered the drip coffee and it was amazing.. During busy hours it could get very crowded,so plan accordingly.

Friendly people and a nice place to go to if you're waiting for people. I was hoping for better coffee but it's pretty much 2nd wave coffee. No go for me but for an older crowd maybe.

Nicely done space with lots of room to stand or sit and enjoy a coffee, before, during or after shopping in the Westfield. We love to grab donuts from nearby Randy’s (shhh!) and then sit and enjoy coffee before the stores open. I’ve always loved their mugs and saucers. The design of those plus the feel of this La Colombe in particular makes me feel more like I’m in a European cafe rather than an LA mall. Good, friendly service too.

So glad LA COLOMBE COFFEE ROASTERS has a location here at WESTFIELD CENTURY CITY. Finally, they have a selection of great coffee here. Ordered what they were famous for: Draft Latte and it was, of course, awesome. Their drip coffee, though it was full of flavor and didn't taste watered down, was still "light". Must be the roast. Kid's Chocolate was really good. They have wifi. They have tables inside so you can sit and take a break.

Came here a couple weeks ago with some coworkers after we had a team lunch at Panini Kabob Grill next door. Was craving some coffee so we ended up here. I couldn't really decide what to get so I ended up getting the gingerbread latte I believe which was a seasonal item I think. Since i'm lactose intolerant, I got the oatmilk substitute which came out to $1 extra I believe? And the final price for the small cup I got was over $7 if I recall correctly. To be honest, it was a bit underwhelming for what I got and how much I paid. I don't think I'll be back here again as it wasn't anything special in my mind. But i'm sure other people come here all the time and have their favorite drinks or reasons why they love this place. As usual, I recommend trying for yourself even if my experience wasn't a standout.

Came here for a quick coffee in the mid afternoon and have always loved the coffee here. We wanted to study here as well but they do not offer wifi, however they have outlets and good seating. I ordered a mocha draft oat milk latte and it was so good. It's perfectly smooth and the perfect amount of sweetness. Would have preferred some ice with it, but regardless it was great! Service was fast and inside was very calming. Probably my most ideal study spot if they had had wifi.

I tried La Colombe for the first time today and they did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly, and the service was great. I ordered an iced americano, it was slightly on the bitter side, which I like. I could taste their high quality beans. I will be back to try other drinks next time I'm in the area.

This was our first time trying this coffee shop and it was delicious! We are big coffee connoisseurs and the oat milk draft latte and vanilla latte were great quality! We were confused at first about the draft latte, and it was literally like a draft beer concept! It was foamy at the top and tasted nutty. The baristas answered every question that we had and the drinks are served on a cute small plate with a spoon for you to mix! The ambiance was very chill and lots of seating. Parking is in the mall parking lot.

I haven't tried their coffee yet but they hands down have one of the best almond croissants ever! I've ate them cold and ate them toasted up and both are delicious. Their almond croissant is huge with a buttery, flakey crust and inside they have a decadent amount of almond paste, topped with toasted almonds on top. If you're searching for the perfect almond croissant - definitely get it here. I'm not even a fan of almond croissants usually and have tried others, until I came across La Colombe Coffee Roasters!

I stopped by La Colombe to get a quick drink before heading out of the mall, and overall, it was okay. I love the store itself & the service was incredible. The coffee was watered down for my liking, but I really like the canned drinks, so I'm interested to come back to try other menu items.

I am a coffee guy and especially like my espressos and Americanos. So, why am I giving this place 5 stars. Couple of simple thiings. Very nice and professional service. First rate coffee without a doubt. But here is the key thing. Over in Italy, prior to have say an espresso one may have some sparkling water to clean the pallet. This place offers no cost sparkling water self service fountain. I mean, how phenominal. This is how you do it!

The highlight of this place is their draft coffees. My favorite is the black and tan. The draft latte is so smooth and tasty but not enough caffeine in my opinion. The black and tan is half draft latte, half cold brew, which gives that extra kick. This particular location is in Century City Mall but still has seats to sit and the feel of a coffee shop.

Lovely store. Friendly staff. Delicious pastry choices. Excellent drinks. It's a little hidden downstairs in a corner and we just happened to come across it while looking for a Starbucks. I'm glad we did.

The best. Got the black and tan (half cold brew, half oat latte). Def get the oat latte. The iced tea was flavorful and refreshing. Coming back for sure

Craving caffeine? Tucked inside a side aisle on the second floor of the east side of the Westfield Century Mall is a gourmet coffee cafe, La Colombe. I was exhausted, so I came in here for a quick pick-me-up. No idea how much their coffee was because I don't remember seeing a menu. Plus, I was too tired to notice. Ordered a hot coffee, grabbed a seat and drank it. The coffee was strong, the place was clean, and the mall covered 1-hour of free parking. Half an hour later, I was fully awake and ready to get through the rest of the day. Amp up here if you're in the mall.

Very friendly and welcoming La Colombe location. Recently came here to pick up some beans. To my surprise you get a free coffee with a bean bag purchase! If you don't know what to get here definitely try the draft latte, always so smooth and tasty.

One of my favorite places to get coffee. Draft latte / oat milk draft latte - insanely good drink, almost like a dessert.

I feel bad giving this place 3 stars because every barista I've interacted with is always so nice, and they're quick getting orders out (super helpful during rushes). It sucks because the food and drinks are overpriced for the quality (mediocre). I gave this place a few tries, but the last straw was paying $5 for a cookie that tasted like clay. You're better of going to Coffee Bean or Nordstrom EBar

This place is absolutely stunning and incredibly welcoming. The cafe here serves the most delicious food. I simply adore this place.

Love La Colombe! I'm partial to the draft oat milk lattes but also especially the free sparkling water that's on tap . The prices are a bit high but surprisingly haven't gone up as much during the pandemic as other places have. Always glad to have an excuse to come to the actual cafe to grab a drink - the cans in the grocery store are good but it's hard to beat a freshly pulled draft latte from the store!

Stopped by to get my coffee fix and order a pastry; realized there is a fly where the have the window with all the pastries. Mentioned it in a quote way to not make them embarrassed, I know accidents happen, but the lady said oh it's ok we still sell them. I told her this is against public health and they can close down the shop, she mentioned she's been told that's ok to sell the goods even if there is an insects flying and siting on them. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! & DISGUSTING

I had no idea La Colombe had a coffee shop! I came across it while at the mall and wanted to see what it's all about. Very short wait to order and I always appreciate a simple menu. Barista was very friendly as well and my iced latte came out quickly. Absolutely loved the taste of the coffee here and I am looking forward next time I'm at the mall to pick up another cup!

The cashier was not friendly. He was rude and didn't even bother to listen and answer my questions thoughtfully (he answered in a passive aggressive way like I was stupid). The pastry display also looked untidy and he threw my pastry in the bag like he didn't care. I would have liked to say the coffee was good at least, but it was not (it was watered down). I recommend customer service training for the cashiers because being treated respectfully is a basic expectation for good business.

Pretty pricy for what it's worth... but my standard order is the oat draft latte on tap, and no ice! It dispenses out cold, anyway ;)

I come here all the time because they have the best lattes but their drip coffee is very mediocre. It's interesting how they have the nerve to charge an arm and a leg for a cup of coffee and expect a tip on that as well...

Excellent coffee! I ordered an almond milk latte and received it quickly at the perfect temperature. Great flavor. The cafe is clean and the employees were nice.

I have a history with La Colombe. I went to college in Philadelphia and used to come here a bunch if I wanted something else for coffee besides Starbucks (that comparison doesn't do this place justice.) It has some of my favorite coffee ever (not biased at all...) My last visit, I tried their oat chai draft latte. Exceptional. I've also purchased a couple bags of coffee beans and you get a free hot/cold brew with it! Great service and will continue to keep going here as long as there is one near me.

Well has body, flavor, aroma, and more. I came here by walking around driven by the aroma. Stay for the draft, then try the Latte, then wanted to try an oat latte. Mmm, yummy!

I will never get a cold drink here again. I've been here many times. I work in Century City. I had an oat milk Black and Tan. These are the problems or why I'm disappointed, not in any particular order. 1. It costs $5.50 but rang up as $6.05!!! They don't tell you in advance, but they add tax and a tip because the worker told me I don't need to touch the credit card machine! Are you kidding me? 2. When I said I'm sticking my card in the machine, there is nothing for her to do, the worker did not care or respond. 3. They add ice. Why? That dilutes the drink and makes the nitro or fizz to disappear. 4. Never just get the latte because it's all foam and in 2 minutes you lose half the drink volume as you are walking out the door. Ask to add some regular black cold brew to it. 5. They need to get cups like Starbucks. They use generic pseudo sippy lids from Dart Industries that lack an equalizing air hole and the drinking hole they have is flat and too small. The result is the drink comes out slowly and is more prone to spilling on your chin like it did for me. 6. The best drinks there were single origin iced pour overs. Especially the Ethiopian coffee. They stopped having those. So they no longer have their best product. As I write this review I'm not returning. But their canned drinks are still the bomb!

Hands down the BEST coffee in LA. That's all I really have to say. The black and tan (part cold brew part nitro latte) with oat milk is so yummy. Without sugar, it's like a milkshake. The coffee is strong but not acidic. Not sweet but not bitter. I would drive 30 min out of the way to have this! I don't have no complaints about service, etc. It's all about the coffee. AND THIS COFFEE IS GOOD.

I love their coffee, but please baristas, fill the cups. Today both of my drinks were half-full....at La Colombe prices, totally uncool. These were NOT draft or foam drinks of any sort....

The coffee is fantastic here, excellent quality. I loved both the cortado as well as their triple shot on tap, the first coffee on tap I have enjoyed, strong without being bitter and just enough sweetness to it, very much worth trying. Service is great, very friendly and helpful, drinks made quickly. They do have lines off and on, but they move quickly and the coffee is well worth waiting a bit for. Prices are on par with other places, great addition to the mall, worth checking out!

If you're a coffee snob then this is the place to get your caffeine high. All others can get their coffee at an am-pm mini market. At first we weren't sure about which premium coffee drink to get - either the Americano or Mocha. The cashier/barista was very nice and informative on what to select. We ended up getting both drinks and were very happy with the taste.

Bomb coffee! Ordered an iced American (4 shots over ice) for $4. It was a smooth americano :). I added a little bit of creamer because I needed to dilute it since it was 4 shots of espresso after all 8]. Next time I'll hold off on the creamer though. Inside: clean with cool decor. Staff: They were cool, not too friendly and not too rude. I Will have to try their cold brew latte next time. I was too afraid to try it in the afternoon, since cold brew pretty much = crack. .

Not sure about their coffe (never had it )but their hot chocolate is the best I've ever had. The only bad thing is I am addicted !))love it Inside the store is always nice and clean great atmosphere Definitely will be back)

We love this coffee place! It all started off when we tasted their famous canned coffee at Trader Joe's. We heard an actual store opened up at century city mall, so we had to taste after having it for the second time in Philadelphia. We got the draft latte with oatmilk and it's so very flavorful. Definitely not sweet and we loved it. The cans are all delicious as well. We haven't had a bad flavor!

I had been wanting to try La Colombe and I was excited when my friends recommended this place. Draft latte ($4.50) with oat milk: it was just okay. I wish the coffee was stronger and the oat "milk" tasted weird. The worker was nice and the service was quick. 3 stars!! La Colombe is almost yummylicious!!

I came to Century City Mall and paid the parking fee (btw, La Colombe does not validate) to try out this new coffee joint. The place reminds me of Gelateria Uli in DTLA if you have ever been there. So La Colombe is hidden (kinda) in the Century City Mall. I say hidden cuz the mall is still under construction. I came to try the draft cold brew but I personally didn't like it because it tasted a bit sour to me. I ended up getting the Ethiopian coffee Pour Over over ice. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of the coffee and it was extremely refreshing as I walked around the mall. It was $5 and took a bit to get ready but it was worth it. I also tried the draft latte, which I heard they don't sweeten but it is actually sweetened by the milk they use. Every sip felt like I was drinking coffee foam. it was so smooth and I will totally be back for that. Worth a visit. They have a variety of teas and coffees. They also have some still and sparking water for you if you plan to chill at the cafe.

Amazing oat milk lattes!! The milk is super rich and nutty which pairs perfectly with flavor of the butter espresso. They also pour it from a beer spout which is unique and matches the vibe of this coffee bar. Highly recommend the oat milk latte. I also got a chocolate croissant that was unlike any other I've had. It was incredibly flaky and delicious. Parking is fairly easy since this coffee shop is located inside century city mall.

Love La Colombe and love this location!! Have to try their black and tan and also their oat milk latte. You won't be sorry. Most other stores are fine with you shopping around with your drink (as long as you're careful), so grab at the beginning of your day. Can't wait to go back!

This review is solely off how rude the employees are here. I went today Sunday the 27th of December around 2:45pm. The coffee is top notch and probably my favorite draft latte out there. I came with my 90 year old veteran freind. He put his coffee down on the table for a second to ask for a straw and the employees started screaming at him. They did not want to do anything work intensive like grab a straw for give sugar. When I ask the last if they have non fat milk , she said NOO! To the point that I felt like i really did something wrong by asking that questions. We left with great coffee today but such a negative experience getting it.

Over priced drinks and not impressed with my mocha. It was bland, watery, and can't taste any espresso; it was more of a frothy milk drink. I didn't even finish my drink. The Strawberry croissant was underwhelming; average tasting with generic strawberry jam. They also didn't offer to heat up our pastries. Now I would like to think that it might be an off day and give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened but the place wasn't busy when we visited and I would think that they would put their very best during the beginning.

Great ambience, great customer service, great staff, super clean place. Happy and entertaining place to hang out. Highly recommend.

Cold Brew Oat Draft Lattes. That's all you need to know. They're insane. Returning 2x per day to have one. Just so so good. My only issue is they close too early and they ran out one time. This might be because I drank it all. Idk.

Update: service has continued to deteriorate so I am updating my review accordingly. Apparently baristas no longer feel the need to even SPEAK to customers. I went in today to get a canned draft latte to go and was appalled by the baristas behavior - he literally did not say hi, my total or thank you. In fact, he rang me up and walked away before I even finished the transaction! I'm taking my business to blue bottle where the coffee is just as good and guess what? The baristas actually know customer service 101! Thank u, next. Coffee is great, can't say enough good things about their wonderfully frothy draft latte with half espresso/half milk, especially when it's fresh from the pump. However service is atrocious. I consistently dread coming here because each time I frequent this coffee shop, I'm so turned off that I leave vowing to boycott the business. Take today, for example. I came in around 6pm, so there weren't many customers left. The guy at the register wasn't particularly interested in helping me, felt like he was just doing the bare minimum in terms of answering my questions. The woman who made my drink was actually frowning at me as she handed me my latte - what gives?! I'm sorry I interrupted your conversation and made you have to work. Then, when I was pouring simple syrup into my latte, as soon as I set it down, the dude decided to take it away without asking me if I was finished with it. I regret leaving a tip because neither of these asshats deserved

For me, La Colombe is the most delicious coffee there is. The Nizza bean is top level, their Gibraltars, the optics, the good vibes, the nice baristas, it is great. Their succcess is absolutely earned. The best thing they have is what they call the iced redeye. Pure iced coffee and espresso magnificence. Any La Colombe is an improvement from where you go for coffee, but for me the best one is the first one in NYC , at Church and Lispenaard. If you go there ask for Angie, tell her hi and that I sent you.

Probably the best place to get coffee in the Century City mall. They roast their own coffee beans and you can really tell the freshness of the roast in their espresso drinks. The drinks are rich in texture and strong in flavor--for real espresso lovers. The drinks are nicely presented even for to go orders. They give you a long spoon to mix sugar, etc into your drink. Added plus they have sparkling water on tap if you feel the need to hydrate!

Thanks La Colombe for getting me acquainted with oat milk lattes! My new favorite go to coffee shop!! Even though I've only been to the century city location, I give this place a 10/10z if you're looking for gooood coffee and tired of starbs and you run into this place get the oat milk latte! You'll thank me later :) I'm not a coffee connoisseur (yet), but I do know the oat milk latte is bomb af

The draft latte changed my life. He explained what happens to it and how it comes out of a tap but it doesnt matter. Just try it and you wont regret it If it's too sweet, you can make a black and tan, which is just half black coffee and you can have the draft latte on the top. Delicious! Cant wait to come back to try their other drinks
