La Colombe Coffee Roasters

I come here often for good coffee and a nice environment to get work done. The coffee is great. I know they are actively building their menu, too. They also have a still and sparkling water tap which I didn't know I needed until now. The employees are incredibly nice and you can tell they love their job. They're always roasting and testing the coffee in the roastery, which is fun to watch through the window. There are no outlets so that is my only complaint but I come here on a full laptop battery because it's such a nice place to work.

Excellent coffee and a variety of flavors. I had the seasonal gingerbread latte. It was not overly sweet and the flavors were on point. Sterile seating area with an open air feel.

Smooth espresso, small but adequate space for seating. Friendly staff. Cappuccino was really well textured, maybe not perfect on its he foam, but we’ll done. Probably wouldn’t make a special trip for it.

Just stopped in as walking by. The cappuccino was excellent. They also provided a glass for cold fountain water. They offered both sparkling and still. Nice touch especially on a hot day. The service was great and staff very friendly. I will certainly be back.

Very lazy baristas. You would think they’re qualified here, at a main location, with pour over options, until they say they are incapable of mixing honey into espresso, during down time with 1 other drink in line. I understand letting customers do their own simple syrup and sugars, but refusing to spin a spoon a couple of times to mix in some syrup is next level useless. If you can mix some mocha syrup in espresso, you can do it with honey

I came to La Colombe because I wasn't yet full from lunch. I had a hot chocolate which was ready in a short time and which, accompanied with a sachet of sugar, was delicious and also the place is convenient for studying. In short, it's a very nice and peaceful environment to spend time.

Clean and basic coffee shop attached to the Whole Foods. A little bit corporate feeling. I had a straight espresso (Nizza - dark roast). It was very good. Not amazing, but very good.

This location is nice because there’s a lot of natural light and comfortable places to sit. I’ve only been here once but my drip coffee was served warm and not hot, the seltzer tap was not working, and the heater (large device over the door) was roaring so loudly that we wanted to leave as soon as we sat down. However the crew were friendly and professional, and my friend enjoyed his espresso drink.
