After building a following for their roving operation, they now have a sit-down restaurant in Kent with a bar, a television to watch soccer, and a handful of tables. But let’s be clear: the trompo-sliced pork is really the only thing you should be ordering. It’s simply the best al pastor in Seattle. Other menu choices fail to live up to that glorious standard, including underseasoned chicken and carne asada that's fine, but forgettable. This place is a good choice for one particular dish when you’re already in Kent. Otherwise, it's okay to run into them at a random lot elsewhere or find a wider variety of great tacos in Seattle.
