Anne-Sophie Pic's La Dame de Pic at Raffles Singapore offers a stunning blend of aromatic flavors and exceptional service in a charming, atmospheric setting.
"Renowned chef Anne-Sophie Pic and celebrated hotel Raffles make a fine match, as the smoothly run, bright and comfortable dining room provides a worthy canvas for her culinary vision. You’ll find a number of her celebrated specialities here, like Berlingots and the White Millefeuille dessert. Much of the produce is from France, such as John Dory from Brittany and pigeon from Bresse, but her accomplished kitchen cleverly adds some local touches and flavours." - Michelin Inspector
"The most recent in Singapore, which opened in the newly-refurbished Raffles Hotel in July of this year." - Stephanie Curtis
"In addition, Pic has taken the family name both nationally and internationally, first with the opening of a restaurant in Paris, La Dame de Pic, followed by two other Dame de Pic restaurants, one in London and the most recent in Singapore." - Stephanie Curtis
"Acclaimed French chef Anne-Sophie Pic, who helms the three-MICHELIN-starred Maison Pic in Valence, France, is deepening her love for Asian ingredients with her latest restaurant, La Dame de Pic, which opens in Singapore's famed—and newly restored—Raffles Hotel on July 5. La Dame de Pic is the first celebrity restaurant to open in the historic luxury hotel, which will be fully opened to the public on August 1 after an extensive year-and-a-half refurbishment. The chic 46-seat restaurant features pastel pink walls, plum-colored seating and vases of peonies, which is Pic’s favorite flower. Also reflecting this is the tall ceiling, which is adorned with peony-designed bas-relief. In the heart of the restaurant is a visually arresting gold chandelier composed of cascading discs designed with spades, which is a play on the restaurant’s name that translates to “queen of spade” in English. Cuisine-wise, her contemporary French dishes are imbued with light, bright and citrus flavors, and peppered with herbs and flowers." - Kenneth Goh
"A fine-dining restaurant set to open in the historic Raffles Hotel, focusing on local and Asian ingredients with a precise feminine touch." - Rachel Tan
