La Dolda

Molto Molto Bene!!!! Love this place!!!! Incredibly fresh pasta and it's organic too! You have to love a place that imports its flour and olive oil from the homeland because it's 100% pure! The gnocchi is so good and I recommend every one of their dried pastas as well. Took home some of their biscotti and my son who never had it before essentially at the whole bag and didn't leave any for me. Do yourselves a favor and treat yourself to La Dolda's delicious food and exemplary customer service, it's worth the trip!

I liked the gnocchi. Very soft and good but the portions were small for the price. I was underwhelmed by the porchini mushroom ravioli but I would come back to buy the dried pasta to make at home. Freshly made by their kitchen in Bedford.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. I've been living in Lexington all my life and have been to many Italian restaurants including out of state and this one right here, in my hometown, is by far the best! Nice that it's local, as I'm used to having to travel for good eats.

Just finished an order of tagliatell with Bolognese. Fantastic fresh clean taste, tried some Gnocchi with Basil Pesto the best I've ever had. Picked up a bag of their dried pasta more on that later. I will definitely be back for more. You can get a prepared meal, dried pasta or fresh pasta. I highly recommend trying La Dolda.

Wonderful fresh pasta and great service. We tried a variety of pastas (tortellini, ravioli, etc.) and it was difficult to choose a favorite. The simple butter is a nice complement to the ravioli fillings and the bolognese is delicious. I look forward to going back.

Truly a gem in Lexington town with incredible tasting pasta. The gnocchi is so soft and flavorful. I’ve been craving good quality hand made pasta for a while and I’m thankful La Dolda is finally open!

La Dolda brings a bit of Italy right in the middle of Lexington with delicious organic, handcrafted, artisanal & freshly made pasta. I tried several types (gnocchi, tagliatelle, tortellini) and sauces... :) All amazing! If I had to pick one I'd probably go with meat ravioli with ragù alla bolognese, but honestly you can't go wrong. I can't wait to see and taste their next recipe. Grazie Matteo!

Very tasty, but the portion sizes are pretty small. I really liked the porcini mushroom ravioli. The beef ravioli with Bolognese sauce was quite tasty as well. The speck ravioli had plenty of bacon, and was good as well. In general everything was great, we'll probably buy again (though might have to order an extra portion or two to fill everyone up).

Today was the 2nd time we ordered from La Dolda. Absolute deliciousness as it was last time! The pasta and ravioli was cooked to perfection. The sauce was wonderful as well. Will definitely return.

Delicioso! We visited this quaint fresh pasta restaurant in Lexington town center last week and loved their delicious meat raviolis in Bolognese sauce and their Porcini mushroom raviolis! Each bite was more flavorful than the next. This restaurant opened about a week before the Covid lockdown occurred, so my family and I wanted to pay them a visit to support them during this tough time. We were pleasantly surprised and we'll be going back often to try their other fresh dishes.
