La Dolda brings a bit of Italy right in the middle of Lexington with delicious organic, handcrafted, artisanal & freshly made pasta. I tried several types (gnocchi, tagliatelle, tortellini) and sauces... :) All amazing!
If I had to pick one I'd probably go with meat ravioli with ragù alla bolognese, but honestly you can't go wrong. I can't wait to see and taste their next recipe. Grazie Matteo!
