if you’re looking for high quality, local cuisine at a fair price in Bordeaux look no further.
this charming little restaurant offers a 4 or 6 course menu, plus a little greeting from
the kitchen to start with, a cheese selection and sweets to send you off into the night.
the full menu is a great option to savor all the flavors from the sea and the land. surprising taste combinations, without being pretentious or too artistic.
the ingredients are all fresh and perfectly prepared, making this menu thoroughly enjoyable.
we didn’t go for the wine pairing, but it looked very nice.
and definitely save some space for the cheese. the selection is very nice and it makes for a nice link between the main courses and the two desserts.
the restaurant is quiet and gives you enough privacy. staff is very well trained, polite and helpful - also
explaining certain dishes in english, when i couldn’t understand the french word.
do plan enough time (we left after more than three hours).
