"Welcome to Caroline and Étienne Corson's eminently hospitable eatery. She is in charge of the front-of-house and, left-handed, hence the fork in the restaurant's name is on the right! The dishes celebrate the best of Brittany, showcasing first-class seasonal ingredients: monkfish gravlax with creamy fennel and seaweed jam; plaice, partly mashed potatoes and mikan sauce; melt-in-the-mouth baked apple with a crunchy almond topping and cider caramel, for example. We have travelled from Santander through the Pyrenees and up to St Malo - staying in 5☆ hotels all the way. But this meal was the best! Fairly limited menu, which means every dish is exquisitely prepared and delicious 😋. Also, very good value for money. We would recommend it 👌.

This is a great little family run restaurant. The menu is more limited then the bigger restaurants in St Malo, but every course was delicious and beautifully presented. They made adaptations to suit a gluten free diet. The service was great, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Best to book in advance

My favourite restaurant in the city of St Malo. This is one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had and I was absolutely amazed by the quality of the food and drink. The menu is sourced locally with seasonal variety of the products in season. The menu is superb with lots of choices, great wine list and excellent service. The tuna was the best I have ever tasted and the dessert was just unbelievably good. An apple tart with salted caramel. I could not recommend this restaurant enough and it was good value for the quality and service

Enjoyed a really nice dinner here. Ambience was calm and romantic, food was really tasty, simple and a very high standard. Staff were friendly and no fuss. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a quiet, intimate evening with good food and wine.

Great food. A bit weird to make a reservation with a credit card for 75 euros. I must say it was worth it… incredible meal, the maigre (a white fish cod? Grouper?) was incredible with all sorts of textures and flavors - awesome…my wife had the duck and loved it… frankly one of the best meals I’ve had in quite a while…. Highly recommended.
